SCAM/FRAUD ALERT! I am an Iraq War Veteran. I called and asked a question concerning an injury I sustained in the Gulf War. The question was concerning whether a doctor can determine a injury had occurred in service with my documents and MRIs in hand. The person on the phone stated I had to make an appt.. I took day off from work, arrived at the appt. and talked to someone other then the Doctor. 5 minutes later, she stated she couldn't help me. She stated, not their policy and she could have told that to me over the phone. Now, they bill my insurance $250 - $100 I have to pay. SCAM, something they could explain to me over the phone and not have to take a day off and pay $100 deduct. Afterwards I disputed this charge with the receptionist and she was rude and unhelpful. SCAM, they make you get an appt.. This is how Im treated after fighting for our country. Disappointed in this business.
