Im completely disgusted with their service and there RUDE attitudes.. While sitting in room waiting to be discharged, all you can hear is staff talking about random patients in the room and about the patients health problems, I manage a restaurant... but im sure that VIOLATES HIPPA in some sort. They are extremely pushy and ruff. A lack of compassion. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Completely down hill. Now a Days anyone can become a NURSE.. So UPSETTING. Is this Allens ave or Atwood ave??? Point exactly!!!

It was 2 below zero and 8 people in line the staff arrived late they were supposed to be open at 9:00 am. Upon arriving we were left to wait another 10 minutes for them to get themselves ready to open instead of just letting us wait inside. Had to wait another 3 hours to see a Dr who knows when they arrived. If you have another option take it because this place is not worth your time or your dime.

Dr Coia is a great doctor but the medical assistants and nurses or whoever answers the phone's are very impolite and disrespectful as well as making myself along with however many patients have made comments to myself and my husband while in the waiting room about the nurses or medical assistants and staff.. And I myself can also vouch that every time I call for refills I get the run around with anyone who answered my phone calls ... Id so much rather Dr. Coia be with Landmark rather than Atmend due to the rude attitudes in person and over the phone by all staff. It's unacceptable and rediculous. I'm very unhappy with my treatment and I've stated such since I've first called for a prescription refill when my primary Dr left landmark for Atmend...idk what the difference is but per my experience id rather have no PCP than deal with these receptionist that yell and tell patients off when I call for a refill of my meds. Very upsetting especially when Cvs has even started they absiabsolu hate calling this office bc the person answering the phone are so rude and have any and every excuse for anything. It's unacceptable and if they don't like or appreciate their positions they should definitely find a new job and employment other than what their employed to do especially to do it as rudley as they do daily and monthly when I call for my refills like my PCP has informed me to do when a refill is necessary. I'm very upset and dislike traveling from Woonsocket to Johnston RI.. my PCP is now located here and there staff besides Dr Coia is horrible and horribly inconsiderate and Rudley unacceptable. I'm sick of dealing with it. I've mentioned it when attending appointments and nothing has happened and since nothing still has happened to a "Janette"... Which this woman has guvenme issues in the past regarding scheduling appointments and requesting refills by myself and CVS pharmacy techs who have also pursued complaints and negative responses and also no responses and have received any responses from this office which is honestly unacceptable. And umI sick of just dealing with it. Janette has given me issue after issue regarding appointments and refills for weeksw worry of requesting refills which is unacceptable and she gives attitudes and excuses when she shouldn't and the ignorance she treats patients with is unacceptable and rude. I'm honestly very upset to be treated this way every couple months along with every yearly physical I'm treated the same on the phone and in person! I'm very unhappy!!!!

I cannot believe that my daughter was treated the way she was! The doctor did not listen to anything she told him. She was basically brushed off because it was an hour from closing time. Meanwhile the staff is acting totally unprofessional. No help but I'm sure they will be billing my insurance for services that were not given. That will be our last visit to this urgent care!

On 4/17/18 I was treated extremely rudely by the girl that I saw prior to seeing Lisa Rampone, P.A. she questioned very rudely why I hadn't seen referral doctors. I tried to wxplexp that it has taken months to find doctors and then get Atmed to send referrals to them. When I was given referrals no one explained how to use or any information on the referrals. Now I get a letter dated 4/18/18 and not posted until 5/1/18 telling me I was disruptive and that Lisa would only refill my prescriptions for 30days from date of letter. I do not recommend this facility to antine very rudely abrupt only treat patients as a number and cash cow to get money

Worst place ever , I had a appointment for a mammogram and the girl just didn’t feel to do her job and wanted me to change my appointment for another day, I have something in my Brest and I need to know what it is, I have insurance and everything , but the are just bad people . They don’t care
