Had an appointment at the APC. Got a reminder call that confirmed time, date, floor number. When we arrived, I was not on the schedule and they said they never heard of that doctor. Spent 2 1/2 hours going from floor to floor. Finally said they would have to reschedule. A few weeks later, saw the doctor and said I would need a pet scan and they would call when insurance authorized. Waited 2 weeks and called them. They said that our insurance did things a different way and that's why it took so long. Got a copy of the expedited authorization 2 days later. Authorization was not requested until I called. Followed the instructions (I am a smoker and told them so). Got there and they said they couldn't do it because I was not supposed to smoke for 12 hours. No one told me that. I would have gladly followed all of the instructions. It's as though it's run by the keystone cops. I've had it. I'm done. Never again.

Horrible service. Transferred via ambulance from another hospital to sit in the e.r. waiting room filled with people that have been here for hours to be told that i have a 6 hour wait and theres many people ahead of me. Not to mention the fact that they have patients in johnny gowns out in the waiting room waiting for the doctor to see them. The information desk receptionist was not nice at all very rude manners. The other hospital transferred for a reason due to the lack of proper stafd to care for my situation and now i sit waiting for what the nurse said maybe 6 hours. Just insane.

Amazing staff . We couldn’t ask for better care, Doctor Parmegiano was so incredible and determined to find out what’s going on with my son. Definitely trustworthy. The nurses as well were incredible helpful.

Doctors do not care and the rest of the staff is VERY rude. Doctor on the 8th floor threatened to take away the only treatment that can help me because he gave me the wrong type of medication and I called him out on it. If you are truly dying find a better hospital. If you are looking for an easy Lawsuit RI hospital is the perfect place for you

Michael Barker

It's ok here a place you never want to visit. Wait times are a bit long

Renee Cortez

Very unprofessional. I was genuinely shocked by the uncaring attitude of the staff members at Emergency room including nurses. The staff members were more focused on their personal lives and on their cell phones than the patients they were assessing. The waiting time was very long but that’s to be expected at an emergency room. The service and care delivered is not what you should expect. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this ER.

yaritza aguasvivas

Ri hospital is a shelter now, plus there is no nurses and long hours wait.

Krishna Bhattarai

Horrible experience in emergency room . I went for sudden hearing loss and worst ear pain but the women Stephanie working in emergency dated Jan 22 2018 was so rude that she told us to leave . She mention us to leave instead of waiting . Thats not a hospital , that’s a hell . I recommended all Rhodes citizen not to choose this hospital. Government shouldn’t fund this kinda hospital . Thanks .

This used to be the go to hospital, but my last few visits were beyond disappointing. I went just this last Friday with Flu-like symthoms, and was forced to wait five hours in the waiting room. By the time they finally saw me, my fever had spiked, and I was hypertensive so they had to rush me into a room. They ended up giving me an IV with pain meds, and diagnosed me as having a respiratory infection, but that's all they did. I've been running fevers and coughing up bloody mucus since.

My mother suffered a massive stroke on Friday afternoon. She was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital and diagnoses as having sever inoperable and irreverable bleeding in her brain. Having received this grim prognosis were left with a decision to end her life support or attempt a futile process that would leave her at best able to move a toe or blink an eye, with little to no quality of life. My mother touched the lives of so many and this happened so suddenly that our family felt it best to keep her intubated and allow family and friends to pay last respects. The staff at RIH hospital moved her to a private room in the Neuro/Stroke Unitand for the next 48 hours drones of visitors came by to see my mother and share their condolences with family. There were literally at times up to 25-30 people in her room. Visitors came at all hours of the night, we ordered food to the room, toasted a final drink (mom loved her wine), read poetry and even had a choir singing hyms amongst other very un-orthodox final celebrations to honor my mom's wishes. She was loved by so many and since her wishes were to be cremated and her death was to sudden an unexpected it was important to provide an opportunity for loved ones to say goodbye. For two days hundreds of people from every walk of life came by and of course everyone was very respectful of all the other patients and their families but on behalf of all of us I can not express enough gratitude to the staff at Rhode Island Hospital for their understanding, acceptance, comfort, empathy, care and kindness. They could not have made us feel more comfortable in accommodating our unusual parting ways. We would like to thank the doctors who were very straight forward yet consoling in giving us the most dire of information and most importablty our genuine appreciation to all the nursing staff, aids, techs and others who showed us such tenderness and empathy during the most difficult or times. I feel terrible I can not remember all their names but in particular the night shift. Thank you, thank you, thank for all you did, all you do and how you treat patients during challenging times. I can not say enough about how special our final hours were with Mama Judy and you played an important role in fulfilling her final wishes and comforting our family. Much love and appreciation.

This hospital is horrible. They will take one an hour or two to see you. The administration is always leaving from there station to go somewhere else. If you’re really need help DONT GO HERE!!! If I could give a negative rating I would.

CELIA M RESENDES

Have been waiting for 5 1/2 hours in the emergency room to be called. This is NOT delivering health with care. These patients should not be waiting all this time to be seen. Most waiting here are not here for the hell of it. No communication from the staff. Don't usually like to come here for ER treatment. Now I know why.

Liu Xinbei

I would give no star if possible. I met the meanest people in this ER. My friend had been bleeding for six hours and the nurse was like "Hey you only wait here for three hours. What are you expecting". They even didn't want to give us gauze to stop bleeding 'cause we "ONLY" waited for three hours. Why the nurses can be that mean??

Paula Gurney

My mother was brought in to the ER following a fall. She was brought in by ambulance from SMITHFIELD. By the time I closed up the house and got to the ER she was already taken in and was down having a CAT scan. The doctors and nurses were attentive and kind. Thank you trauma staff. You folks made her ER visit as pleasant as an ER visit can ever be.

The Food is Good here and in psychological unit i ask The doctor for double portions. I guess this hospital is more like a free restaurant for me. So i guess i Can live OFF recursive funktion and buy something i dislike at cvs Then walk there. I want too bring s friend. SomewhT claustrophobic on psych unit. I Think i went back there again to eat they sent me away but at least Its a free place to stay at when relatives are apprehensive about their relative visiting

This is the worst hospital ever the staff are sooo rude they treat you like your not even human I don’t mind waiting but this is nuts some of the white staff are racist I saw them let a guy in who literally was waiting as long as me when I said something they said they just gave him a bed but still that’s not fair to the other people who been waiting the guy said I would have to wait more then 3 hours to be call cause it’s the night shift and they shut down some units

Went for pain in my tooth. This was not my first time there. I had to call out of work it was very bad. They saw me, gave me a list if dentists I could go to and a prescription. When I had complications with the prescription I called and was directed to a lovely women who helped me solve the problem. A great place, great nurses and staff in all my experiences.

Anna Karaski

Horrible E.R. Doctors and staff dont care, very rude. If you dont have a gunshot, don't bother they wont treat you. And its dirty. Littraly old dried blood and dirty floors and dirty beds. Tell the E.M.Ts to take you anywhere else. There is a reason it only has 2 stars.

RI hospital is a terrible joke of an excuse for a medical facility, use your judgement when caring for anyone you know and choose anywhere but this place with rude employees that couldn't care less about anyone. Thier ghetto disorganized approach to healthcare is sad especially from the little boy at the front desk with the dirty red checkered vans I bet he wears everywhere. #1 MOST CLASSLESS PEOPLES.

Rude nurses in triage, waiting with chest pain, nausea and abdominal pain for 3 hours! Shaking and crying from the pain and shortness of breath and they don’t care still make you wait. This is the very last time we come here... Roger Williams is where my doctor always recommends and that is where we will be going from now on, last time there in and out with respect and in a timely manor. It is not even a busy night here at RI.

Raquel Donnelly

My mother is in excruciating pain so we thought her best bet would be to come to the ER. We have been here since 5:00 PM Wednesday night and it is now 11:45 AM on Thursday. She has had a 20 minute MRI and a 10 minute CT scan during 19 hours!!!!!!! We are STILL waiting... most people have been nice, except for 1 nurse in the ER, BUT this is RIDICULOUS

Michelle Sarao

Horrible. Waited 3 hours to be seen. I left, absolutely ridiculous.

Late night arrival, on a very busy night and I was treated with compassion and kindness. From triage to recovery, every person introduced themselves, explained what was going to happen, and was extremely kind. I was overwhelmed with the level of care I received. I was in extreme pain and they worked very quickly to diagnose so that they could treat me properly and I am so grateful. Thank you

Andi Haze

I came in with chest pains, shortness of breath, high blood pressure, and a severe anxiety attack because I was scared and had reactive airway problems. They triaged me right away at 12am and said I was next to be called. At 1am i still hadn't been seen. I walked up to the nurse who was texting instead of doing her job and asked how much longer the wait would be. She said your next so sit down. 30 mins went by and I was furious and scared clenching my chest as I watched others walk out too..I Returned to the desk where the 3 er nurses were sitting around laughing and not caring. I ripped off my braclet. And All I could say was "I'm going to a different hospital. You dont take my life seriously or anyone else here suffering waiting to be seen." And dropped the mic as I left. Hoping what I said resonated. Im hoping no one seeking immediate care died or otherwise suffered under thier negligence.

They sedate people for asking for water. Lol. All absolute miserable people.

In pain but they not doing any thing to help me got here at 3pm yesterday and told them when they brought Me to my room at 2am that I was in pain and didn't do anything I'm up set doctor told me ever 6hours for pain meds I have mess up stomach

Severe dehydration and After 6 hours waiting never got fluids nothing. Had me sit on the FLOOR in the waiting room. Left. Went to Miriam.

The experience I had here was awful and painful. My attending nurse (Lorraine) was very careless and dismissive. She threaded at a painful spot and there was 0 patient care whatsoever. I respect nurses quite highly so this was a punch to the gut! Came in eventually, didn't say a word besides carelessly taking my administered IV out again very carelessly. Cute silver haired lady with no bedside manner. It's been 30 minutes since my 2nd IV completed, yet no sight of her or attending physician.

Paul Cunha

This is the worst Hospital that I have ever seen, my advise is if you think that you are going to die. Take your chances and stay home. My mother got admitted yesterday and it took a Doctor over 24 hours to get a visit from the Doctor. Regarding the nurses (2 South section) they should be thrown down the stairs and admitted to this section of the Hospital and I'll take care of them. I hate to post something like about a Hospital because like in any other place there is some good people that work there. Unfortunately where my mother is they all suck. I would rather be taken to the ACI. Just very sad that these people are allowed to work with sick people.

Went in with serious chest pain to the point where it hurt to sit still, also the sweats. It was midnight, and we waited for about 2 hours before I asked what was going on. The lady responded with “there have been people waiting for 6 hours” THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPTIAL

For a hospital that prides itself on its Psychiatric Department and the Professionals they train, hire and allow to work with patients ensuring these patients are being cared for by highly credible, law abiding licensed professionals who would never violate State or Federal Laws or be a part of a business or Trade that would jeopardize the reputation of this institution, I can honestly tell you, the Human Resources Department must be a hack to let a Local Drug Dealer who sells Crystal Meth to his “clients” and who Cyber Stalks and uses Psychological warfare to threaten, harass and attempt to kill. I met with Human Resources Director Robert Duvall who handles the Psychiatry Department and brought the evidence that he needed against Dro Mirabal Flores aka Pedro J. Mirabal and asked that he do a full investigation into this individual and when he located him, I asked that he contact authorities due to the seriousness of his criminal activity. I have been the victim of all the above abuses from Dro Mirabal Flores aka Pedro J. Mirabal who works in one of your offices as a behavioral health therapist and deals with peoples wellness. The unwillingness of this institution to rid itself of a negative influencing person who deals drugs is unforgivable. He hacked into my google account on several occasions and has had members of his group continually delete key evidence that I have to prove his illegal business dealings. However, Google can testify to the number of times my account was hacked and the items that are constantly deleted. Google keeps fully restoring all the evidence against this Dro Mirabal Flores aka Pedro J. Mirabal, as well as his cohorts that participate in illegal activity with him. His latest hacking of my Google Account proved that he deleted my original post regarding warning this institution of Wellness. This individual is highly dangerous; he continues badger, harass, cyber stalk and destroy my life because I am holding him accountable for the choices he has made to lead a double life while endangering this institution. If you can’t find it in your position to address this issue then pass it on to someone else because if he continues to sell illegal drugs and someone dies, that death with be due to your inability to act and his connection to this hospital and also that you have an opportunity to prevent such disasters.

The workers are rude, there slow at there job, I came to the hospital at 12:30 am and I didn't go into a until 3:30 then I had to wait 3 hours again to talk to the dentist than they said we can leave it's 8:05 and we are still waiting

Leanne

If I could give less then 1 star, I would. There is zero communication. They tell you a time and it is double that. They said they will check on how long and then never get back to you. Do not go to this Er.

Emily Fries

Overall the specialist I saw knew what they were doing, were kind, and got things done in an efficient manner. I will say the time was very slow but this is most likely due to understaffing and me not being an "emergency" case.

Was in ER with a very good friend of mine who was waiting to be seen by Dr. When she finally gets a room in the back they put a male in the same room. That was not just very uncomfortable but they're some things that she didn't feel comfortable saying because a male was in the same room. I just wanted to know how they have people sign saying that no one else will get information about you but they is someone else in the room not even a foot away hearing everything that is said. NOT A GOOD THING AT ALL

Tricia Erb

Scott Pierce

There is 1 person in the ER to look up where patients are, and then she has to bring you to who you're visiting. Needless to say that line was long, and in necessary. They should have 2 or 3 people to bring the people to the patient. That is so ridiculous. That's the best system they can come up with. I thought UMass hospitals were bad. This place is terrible! I swear hospitals like to see how long they can make you wait in lines.

Bryan Gonzalez Munoz

Horrible service, on the 20th i went to the er at 10, left 640am next day since i waited to get seen, after i got there i only got an xray, that took about 2 hours, just to get an xray, and then i wait over 7hours, they didnt give me anything for the pain, even just getting ice was a hastle. And the staff most of them didnt not know how to treat people they were jerks. The security too, they treat a lot of people like criminals. I had one keep following me to the bathroom like i coildnt even get stand up from my seat, and i didnt even need him. Like i wasnt suicidal or anything a nurse kept telling him but he disregarded. I didnt felt the hospitallity or helped. Most felt rejected. You have to retrain your staff, never going back to this place if i ever need to. Worst experience in my life.

Taylor Hutchinson

I went to the ER yesterday unfortunately for a miscarriage. The staff there were excellent. Very understanding and kind. I do not like hospitals but they made me feel at ease the whole time. I was there for a bit of time (4/5 hours) but that is to be expected for an ER or walk-in.

Paul Samson

ER nurse was very rude. Went there with my girlfriend who was bitten buy a dog. She was bleeding and the nurse behind the glass was ignoring us, talking to other nurses. My girlfriend was very nervous, knowing that she needed stitches and to stop the bleeding. She tapped on the glass. The nurse snapped at her, and told her, to sit down and wait to be called. And not to tap on the glass again. I then took my girlfriend to Miriam Hospital. Which is another lifespan Hospital. She was taking right in and stitched up, by a very efficient carrying doctor Perry I believe her name was. You need more people like, the very efficient people at Miriam emergency room. And the wonderful doctor that took care of her. Send a girl from Rhode Island Hospital to, Jerry Springer Veterinary Clinic she might fit in better.! Visited 6 / 21/ 19. At around 2

Charles Gonzalez

I am still at the emergency room waiting to be seen. I am a patient person so I don’t mind waiting. what I do mind is how me and my partner were treated and how others were being treated. For starters the nurse who checked us in and took my bpm was extremely rude. She pushed my arm down as if I was a child and then told me with an attitude to not move my arm. Next issue is the fact there was a teen waiting to be seen (and she was in a wheel chair) for two whole hours and it wasn’t until the mother spoke up that they were seen. Lastly, there was a Spanish elderly women who had fallen asleep in the waiting room chairs (and her name still has yet to be called) and rudely told her you can’t sleep like this, your not supposed to be even sleeping in here, are you checked in? And then promptly told her to put her shoes back on. This is an elderly women who’s been sitting here only god and the cameras know how long, if she needs to take her shoes off or rest her eye until her name is called then she should’ve just let her. Ever time we come here we wait 2-3 hour in the EMERGENCY ROOM. Worst hospital ever.

Rachel Fann

There isn't a way to give them zero stars. Their service sucks...the staff are a bunch of ignorant twits that dont communicate the status of patients that are still waiting before they leave for the night. They didn't give my daughter any meds knowing we just came from urgent care with all her stats...4 1/2 hrs later she still wasn't seen, but was left in the waiting room with an IV in her arm...we were told they had no beds....totally disgusted by the entire visit..

Rick Carnevali

One word describes the staff and care received at Jane Brown Unit HORRIBLE!!!

Darth Princess

I've been there a few times. All horror. The first was with me ex who was having seizures. We were there from 4pm to 3 am the next day. He was placed near the ambulance entrance on a stretcher for about 3 hrs then placed in a rm for the rest of the time. We saw no one for 4 hours at one point. Even after we both tried asking for assistance to find out what was going on. We didnt even see a doctor that night. Just 2 nurses and a resident. In 13 hours ! The second time I went for myself, hours passing and the Dr l just dismissed me with her hand when I was expressing my conerns regarding my health situation. They d/c my friend's son in nothing but his hospital gown with IV line still attached and no shoes. She found him walking on eddy street. They had an elderly pt colapse on the ER floor and a nurse just grabbed him by the elbow and yelled are "you ok sir" several times as the other ppl in the waiting area watched in horror. His granddaughter kept trying to tell the nurse he was having chest pains and you could tell he was trying to say the same thing. This nurse just put him in a wheel chair and left him so she could get her takeout that had been delivered. Again in front of the entire waiting ER room while this man and his granddaughter both were left there crying. Not ONE staff member even tried to assist them and the nurse just took her food, walked by him and didnt look back. I could write an entire novel on Lifespan and their horror stories. Equipment had nothing to do with the expirences.Staff did. The sad part is I work in health care and it's not getting better anywhere. It doesn't matter how high the pay is or having every equipment possible. Healthcare has become for profit and making money is above all else. Not taking care of the sick or having good staff. Who cares about leaving someone in the er for 13 hrs or more as long as they have insurance that will bring them money. To the few that are truly wonderful, Thank you. Bc there are still a rare grp of really good healthcare professionals.

I was brought by ambulance to Rhode Island Hospital. When I was put in the ambulance, as everyone else would be, I was concerned. When I was told I was being transported to Rhode Island Hospital, I felt a sense of relief, a sense of reassurance, and a sense of comfort. ( I suppose mostly due to their commercials). However, when I arrived there, they treated me like I was dirt on someone’s shoe. I had a severe head injury. Little background - I walked by a fight, got pushed and fell, hit my head. I was then brought to a table, and passed out (due to the fall) and hit my head again. Clearly something was not right. An ambulance was then called. It was July 3 and I had been drinking, and I was very honest with the nurses. Unfortunately, they treated me as though I was nothing, because I drank. Falling, having a head injury and passing out due to the injury generally requires an appropriate course of medicine. Instead, because I had “alcohol in my system” I was put in a room with individuals that were withdrawing, and causing a nuisance. I was in this “room” for 3 hours; severe headache, forgetfulness, nausea, dizziness, confusion, and ringing ears. I was petrified. At the same time, for example, an individual withdrawing “wanted a bed” they would not give him attention, so he fell to the floor as an act. Sure enough, he got a room. That was when I realized that I was not going to be treated for what I came in for. Yes, I had been drinking, and I was very honest about that. However, it is beyond poor medicine to not give a proper evaluation to someone who comes in with the symptoms I was experiencing. I had to basically sign my life away to get out of that place, because they had not performed any tests (never mind any preliminary tests). P.S. The EMT explained to them my heart rate was extremely elevated, what had happened and that he was concerned. Once I left, I went to a different hospital and I have been there ever since with a severe concussion. Point is, a hospital should NEVER discriminate. I understand the “frequent flyers” but, especially, someone who has never been to the hospital and just because they have alcohol in their system (on a holiday) should not be treated the way I was. It was discouraging and I was truly saddened to see how much the “medicine world” has declined. Lifespan must make sure they hire people they seem to promote on their commercials. I am truly disappointed and discouraged by this hospital.

Robert Daigle

Serious bateria infection sepsis and they refused to treat it would never go there again something needs to be done with these hospitals treating people badly

Mariell Lantigua

I believe that a five hour wait is excessive and Iit’s worse when you don't see some of the staff trying or texting while so many people are waiting.

Russ Benoit

This hospital is not like it use to be went down hill! Not sure why we all feel the same way about having to wait so long for medical attention. Or just to get answers for that matter! Maybe do to understaffed or some medical professionals don't care, don't know what to think at this point, but I do know that other local hospitals are runner better and give better service that I do know just from past experiences of being admitted or visiting......

susan bassett

I visited my brother yesterday and today in the Bridge building. I honestly have never seen such clean rooms and hallways in a hospital ever. I have stayed in Hartford Hospital, my son has stayed in Connecticut Children's Medical Center, and have visited friends at UCONN Meducal Center and St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. None of these hospitals were as clean as Rhode Island Hospital. When we were visiting, someone came into vacuum! I have never seen a hospital with a vacuum system! My brother received excellent care, and the nurses were wonderful as well!!

Colleen Anne

I would recommend Miriam hospital instead of this place

Mark Carrier

I really don't understand why the reviews are do bad for this hospital. I took my father to the emergency room today and all of the nurses and doctors were outstanding. I work in a hospital myself (a different one In MA) and the is not nearly as caring as RI Hospital was. They tended to everything he needed and did everything they were supposed to. Last time we went to fatima for the same issue and we were mistreated and CT/xray imaging was not done when it should have been. Through the whole night we saw several doctors a d nurses that were very caring and concerned. I can't even say that about where I work. Thank you to those people who helped.

Abram Dejesus

my gf tells me this places dr’s are good, but when it came down to the dr asking me questions, gave her solid answers, she hit me with nothing but sarcasm, extremely unprofessional, i do not recommend. no one wants to the person that’s supposed to help them to make them UNCOMFORTABLE WITH SARCASM ABOUT THEIR PERSONAL CONCERNS. unprofessional first visit, roger williams was much more professional.

Avoid this place if at all possible

steveskin1

Yes you will likely have to wait in most instances, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. That means that your life is not in immediate danger. Being a level I trauma center and having a burn unit, and stroke center mean that your sore hand that you just closed in a car door, or 2 hours of vomiting may have to wait. Most of the staff is dedicated and professional, and do the best they can given what they may see on a daily basis. Try treating them with a little kindness, it will go a long way!

Mambo Teacher

minimum you have to wait three hours, no matter how bad the patient is

jon hagenow

The worst experience I have had at any hospital. The 'volunteer' which is at the front desk was very unhelpful. I had followed the ambulance and EMS personnel, I parked my car and now I can not be let in since "Im not allowed to see them." This experience was terrible and Crisanta one of the paid staff members was even less helpful and seems to not care about any patients at all. The other interactions I witnessed in this place of death were terrible. What ever you do go somewhere else!

Tanisha Holness

Been here for almost 2 hours and my mom has yet to be given a X-ray for her back and neck pain due to a car accident. On top of that, they have her laying on a bed in the an hallway of the emergency department area. Worst hospital experience ever so far.

Staff answering the main telephone number at the hospital are very rude and not polite. No customer service skills. Needs much improvement.

I have to say, I had a very good experience here at the ER. It was my first time and everyone was friendly and efficient. I was surprised to see things move along as swiftly as it did. I went in before noon

I would give this ER no stars if I could. My father came in by ambulance with a crushed and bleeding finger. They sat him out in the waiting room(which is where we are still sitting) in a wheelchair. When asked how long we get told there are 8 people in front of him. This is NOT a first come, first serve situation. This man is in serious pain with a traumatic injury. These people need to work on their triaging and urgency. We have been sitting here for almost 3 hours. My father needs a hand surgeon, that's the only reason why we are here. Otherwise we would be somewhere else with better service. That's not including the people who have serious injuries that are sitting here. This is unbelievable!!! I am livid. We will NOT be coming here ever again.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Walked into the ER with my daughter who has a history of pulmonary embolisms. Who suffered a punctured lung last year due to her severe asthma. We were disregarded. I sat there and watched my daughter get worse. While I was told by a "nurse" that all she could do was take her vitals. A "nurse" with no stethoscope who never listened to my ASTHMATIC daughter, Simply told me they were very busy and my daughter would not be seen till someone else got discharged and there was an ER room full of people ahead of her so she was "sorry" but we would be waiting a long time. The nurse name was Jen. Needles to say I took my daughter out of there and to another ER where she got the Treatment she needed. I am new to the area just moved here a month ago and one thing I know for sure is that I will never step foot in that hospital again. Did I mention that I am a medical professional? So I know what can/cant and should/could be done. I wasn't asking for my daughter to get put at the head of the line. I just wanted her assessed to make sure she would be OK to wait. That's something that could've been done and wasn't.
