So I posted a previous review. And after only 24 hrs of being in the er I had to come to virtua urgent care because of my laceration bleeding like I said they are horrible and I'm going to fight that bill!!!!!!

It’s a mixed bag here depending who you get but overall they are not very thorough compared to other hospitals. This is my second time here, and this time I came in with a fever of 104 right after traveling from overseas. I went in the morning time and they didn’t seem to be busy. I saw the doctor after a short wait and she was very polite. I explained my symptoms but was told they didn’t have any more flu tests to confirm. I was literally there for 10 min with a high fever , I didn’t get an IV , blood test , Tylenol , nothing , they didn’t even wait to see if the fever would go down before I was released. I was miserable as you can imagine with a high fever , it passed after a few days and I was ok but worst part is they billed my insurance for 3000 dollars for doing nothing.

Only come here to re attach your arm or a finger cut off by an electric saw or something like that. These hospital doesn't do diagnosis nor can figure out any form of disease, sickness or virus, so let your doctor or a specialist figure your complicated issues, or you yourself. Out of all the 9 to 12 times I've been here with someone, they never tell you what you have. Just plugged in some iv and out you go after 3 hours and couple thousands in bills from labs tests that came back negative, hence why so many visits. I gave 2 stars at least because the nurses are great and caring. Doctors just send you away to your own doctor just to come back again when your condition gets worst, and then the hospital can charge twice or more. Each visit is a different deductible, so the insurance makes you pay more. Charge can be less in one visit, or so I noticed on my bills.

I am currently in the ER, have not made it into a room yet. The woman at the desk was very kind who checked me in. But I was absolutely blown away by how rude and nasty the triage nurse was. The first thing she asked me was why I was in a wheel chair in a very condescending tone. I am 27 and diagnosed with gout and am having an awful flare up where I can't even get a shoe on. She told me "I saw you walk in". Meanwhile, I walked in grimacing in pain because I had no one to take me to to ER. Maybe think about what you say as ofteb times you are the first person people see when they are scared or in pain. Who picks these people? I don't think I will ever be back and I live across the street. Updated: After 2 hours I went back. The person who took care of me was excellent. Super cool and very knowledgable. His performance alone took this experience from zero to 3 stars. Seriously though, I am not a jerk or a difficult person. That triage nurse shaming me into walking in beyond unprofessional.

My husband had a severe cut and we spent 3 hours in the Emergency Room. 2 hours were just for the wait to be called and for the staff to come back after leaving for tools like scissors.

I love this hospital. The staff, nurses and doctors in the ER that I have encounter are awesome. Very caring, friendly, patient and professional. I don't mind the wait because I am confident that when the doctor gets to me she will do her diligence to properly diagnose me and send me on my way. Thank you so much Dr. Johna Bingham. You are the best! I been here a few times over many years. I have no complaints.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. The wait for the emergency room is horrible. And I heard staff saying "these people are here for stupid things and they can wait" Unprofessional.

Waited four hours in the middle of the night with a vomiting child for a bed. No one checked in, no one bothered to help my sick child.
