I relocated down to this area this past year and needed to find a primary care. I decided to use Cooper and see Dr. Louis. My first visit was for a physical. I really liked Dr. Louis and felt it was a thorough physical. During that visit I got a vaccine, which has two parts, and I was instructed to come back two months later for the 2nd vaccine. I show up two months later, wait 20 minutes in the waiting room, and am informed by a nurse or someone at the front desk that the physician made a mistake and it was actually supposed to be four months until I return. Well, I left there, furious about wasting my time. If a Doctor cannot get a vaccine schedule right, how certain can I be that they won't end up overlooking something major? In addition, it gave a very bad impression considering it was only my second visit. In addition, even after calling the office to voice my frustration, as well as contacting cooper's main headquarters, Dr. Louis did not even call me to apologize or take responsibility, which makes me realize I made the right choice. I will never use another Cooper facility again.

I've been using this office for a while now and every time I go I am seen reasonably quickly, and everyone is friendly and helpful. I feel like they're listening to me during my visits and communicating effectively about any and all concerns.

I recommend finding another doctor if you are thinking about going to this practice. They are the most unhelpful doctors office I have ever dealt within the last 20 years.

I don’t know why we make appointments. What’s the use of making an appointment when they make you wait another hour or so in waiting area and also in the room. This happens all the time.

I have been going here for over half of my life, and both Dr. Louis and Dr. Chan are incredibly intelligent and competent. They are very thorough and do a great job of making the patient feel comfortable.

I tried to call here earlier and I received a message that this office didn't open until 1 and that they closed at 7:30. So I just called again so that I could make an appointment and I check to make that they were still open. But when a women answered the phone said I called after hours and that I would call back tomorrow. First of all when that happen you take the person information to call them back. Secondly change your closing time on your automatic messaging system because it was wrong. Thirdly to the woman who answer the phone let the people know what time you all open to tomorrow so that they call back.

I was told to walk in between 1 and 5 with no appointment needed. I left work early and arrived at 4:45 and was told that the cut off was 4:40 and the dr refused to see me! This is the worst kind of patient care!! This facility is a complete and utter disgrace! Dr Louis is a disgrace to the medical profession! She should NOT be allowed to practice medicine! She is a completely rude and uncaring! Anyone even considering this facility - DON’T!!!!!! They are incompetent and just plain AWFUL excuses of human beings!

Literally some of the most incompetent, uncaring people I've ever dealt with. The staff here fumbled a prior auth on necessary medication for two weeks. A process that should have taken 24 hours or less.
