Had xrays done, never told about a payment or any deductables. They send me a bill for 1500. Never going here again, and I am telling everyone I know to stay away unless u want a huge bill. Would have been cheaper to go to dmxi.

Sent me to collections prior to my insurance paying and sending me responsible amount? This was wrong, these companies can do things like this and ruin your life and that is ALL it takes these days. Yet, when your a consumer you have absolutely no rights and don't tell me AG Office, Consumer Protection Office or anything else because they don't do anything and don't care-complete waste of time-you just do not have any rights.

They sent my elderly aunt out a rear door and left her in a cold hallway while I was in the waiting room where she checked in waiting for her to return from having a MRI. After an hour I went up to the desk to inquire if there was a problem, the front desk attendant went to see what was going on and when she returned she stated "she's not back there"! I found her out in the hallway, cold and alone. The MRI was supposed to take 20-30 minutes so I assume she sat there for at least half an hour, she couldn't tell me how long she was out there waiting alone but she was visibly scared and upset. Shame on you staff of Cleveland Clinic/Star Imaging. There was hardly anyone else in the waiting room and it was not busy, how would you feel if one of your loved ones received this kind of treatment!
