Daytime staff was friendly and concerned. 3 PM staff not. Esp Megan. No compassion or empathy or even help. She should be trained by the daytime nurse who checked me in.

I had to take my mom to Bryn Mawr ER three separate times this week and each time I couldn’t have been more impressed with the professionalism, compassion and overall excellent care each person on the team offered my mom. Bryn Mawr ER represents the highest level of care and compassion that we should all strive to achieve.

Super long wait. I dont think they know what emergency means. I walked in 3 hrs ago. Saw a nurse, but still waiting for a bed and doctor. ☹ ........finally got in. They said it was just abnormally extra busy. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Was in the King of Prussia area when my Dr told me to go to the ER because I thought I had Bell's Palsy. Wasn't going to Norristown, so someone recommended Bryn Mawr. Got there and no one in waiting room for ER. Pleasant woman took my information and about 10 minutes later, a nurse came out to take vitals. Was taken right away to a room and the nurse came in was as nice as anything. PA came in and was amazing. Went down for CT scan and both were amazing. Back in room, the Dr. came in and she was fantastic. Waited for CT and blood work to come back. So, I had Bell's. Gave me pills and scripts and I was on my way- Only 2 1/2 hours in the ER. NEVER had I ever had that before. Will go from home in Bensalem to Bryn Mawr if in need- no St. Mary's or anywhere else

The night staff at this place is amazing (emergency room) I had the most caring, sweet, and personable doctor. Chadley Potter PA was the nicest person I’ve ever met in a hospital. Both him and the ultrasound tech made my horrible ovarian cyst pain experience comfortable and calm. Thank you guys!

Our worst ER experience yet. Told to go there today because they have pediatrics. They weren’t even busy and extremely long for everything. My child needed a sonogram. It took hours. Child hungry. No food and I couldn’t get any because you have to be with them. The ultrasound took so long because their transportation people were nonexistent. Once our ultrasound was done we waited in the dark room a half hour to be taken back to the ER. Totally ridiculous. Go elsewhere with your kids.
