Fast, friendly ER staff

I have recently gone there for a ear infection I have had for a couple months, I’ve taken different antibiotics and the last one I got seemed to help. Well one of my ears started having this awful pain non stop so I went back and the doctor only asked if I was diabetic which I said then continued to go pull my ear around as I was trying to pull away because of the pain I then explained to her that this pain is different and is much worse then last time I also told her I had been on ear drops and they didn’t work she then prescribes me ear drops that I have at home and they don’t work, when the nurse gave me my discharge paper work I told him they don’t work he then told the doctor and the doctor said there’s nothing else I can do. I feel as tho my pain was not managed at at all and the doctor didn’t even care.

And went pretty fast I didn't sit there too long and was in and out

The worst service, I called to the emergency and Bethany was incredibly rude, being smart and had a totally uncalled for attitude the whole 35 seconds I was able to sit on the phone with her. I beg your pardon, people in as much pain that they hafta go to the emergency room does not need to deal with disrespect from the staff, lol great way to keep them away, keep up the great service

I had the worst experience of my life here. Instead of listening to her symptoms and treating her accordingly, the hospital staff here let my wife writhe in pain from internal bleeding for 4+ hours. The hospital lacked basic supplies - no heat packs! - and the staff was inattentive and disrespectful. My wife and I were ultimately transferred to Providence Portland, where she got the treatment she needed and the decency that she deserves.

I will never go here again. The absolute and most inhumane ER! They don't know how horrible they are. The judgement, belittlement and lack of any kindness or emergency is and was rediculosly poor. I was miss diagnosed, treated as if I had no importance. Yelling for help after just entering the examination room then was left alone for 10 to 15 minutes while hearing the staff laugh and ignore their patience. I had to use my cell to call for help, 911, then being scolded for "going about it all wrong". Go ahead and try and argue the series of events here. I promise the authenticity and truth behind what I experienced. My friend, has the recording of the my admittance into the ER as well as the police have recording the the complete dissrespect. I had to endear from the doctor to be treated. You all have lost so much respect and need to reevaluate why your medical professionals. If I didn't go to another hospital I might have not been able to write this, saving lives as you and yours don't seem to care about anything other than your judgement of other personal lives. Be better Christians! REMEMEBR WHAT JESUS WOULD HAVE DONE. ...

HORRIBLE!!!! I have been here several times over the years and each time I regret it!!! First they are SLOW way beyond the normal ER ! They also treat nothing as urgent! Every single employee with the exception of the nurses are a complete joke! The receptionist are to busy giggling and socializing to care for patients. Typical wait in the waiting room is an hour plus (if you’re lucky!)then when you finally do get back to a room the DOCTORS are the worst! They are uneducated, have zero bedside manner and are some of the worst I have EVER encountered! I work in medical so I have an idea of how a doctor should behave!!! It is seriously a disgrace and I have no idea how they have gotten away with this without improving for over a decade!! So sad don’t go here if you have a choice choose any other ER in the area seriously!!!

PREGNANT FOLKS: DO NOT GO HERE!!! GO TO PROVIDENCE PORTLAND INSTEAD! It could save your life! I had a burst fallopian tube from an ectopic pregnancy and going here was the biggest mistake of my life. They let me bleed into my abdominal cavity in excruciating pain with nothing but hydration fluid for 4 hours. By the time I was transferred to Portland Providence for my emergency surgery (You know, because I was hemorrhaging) 40% of my blood supply was in my abdominal cavity and my lungs were strangling. I was on the verge of going into shock. They were callous and never adopted any urgency about my condition, even after they had diagnosed me. And it isn't like it wasn't obvious. Sitting up made me pass out. My vitals were causing alarms to go off, which they rationalized away or simply didn't react to. I am fairly certain I would have died if my husband wasn't chasing them down asking why everything was taking so long. I later learned that they have no OB staff in the entire hospital as they had shut down that department at some point in the past.

By far the best emergency room ive ever had to go to. Everyone of the staff are very helpful, polite and professional and i personally feel like theyre going beyond to give me the help i need and want.
