DO NOT GO HERE! By far the worst medical center, when they have meetings they close the whole center until 1 pm. They dont have anyone answering phones, I waited all day to make an appointment just for them to say the don't accept walk ins. Any professional establishment would have someone answering the phone, so they could convey this message.

Had two seperate evaluation appointments two weeks apart. Both were canceled at the last moment because the dr was sick. Called them them up to let them know that i won't be using them or their services but their front desk person was more interested in interupting me and hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

First I find it very unprofessional to have someone that works at the counter chewing gum. Second, we were 10 minutes late to our appointment and they made us reschedule because they gave the spot away to someone else, even though in the past we have been on time and had to wait 30-40 minutes to see the doctor. When we finally got in, the doctor did not help my mom who has been having a perssistant headache for 2 weeks. The doctor did not take her restless leg syndrome seriously. Seemed like he just wanted to pass the buck. Very unhappy with the overall experience. Edit: Mom went to her neurologist at a different location, and he was very concerned about the 2 week long headache and ordered blood tests to check her sodium levels, which she has had problems with in the past, and should be on file with this clinic. Also the neurologist took the restless leg symptoms seriously as well. The doctor at this clinic has made us want to find another clinic that will take her concerns seriously.

Slowest lab in the Portland metro area of all the Providence labs. Worse than the main Prov Portland hospital lab. Maybe they could try and have more than one phlebotomist on hand at a given time. Just an idea. Do. Not. Come. Here. Unless you like waits similar to the DMV.

Moving cross country from the east coast was scary and daunting when it came to my health care, I was afraid of compromising my medical care. So much was covered in just one visit with physician's assistant, Dr. Mayer. At this visit I was referred out to more than one specialist, all of my prescriptions were refilled, and they did lab work. They really helped me to put my care in the right perspective and get my ducks in a row right off the bat! Not to mention that the entire staff...from the moment you are greeted...is lovely. So yes, I would strongly recommend this medical center to anyone who cares strongly about their own, or a loved one's health.

Was an established patient. Husband was told he had emphysema and hardening of the arteries. They gave no meds and no help. They told us we can not see our dr or even make an appointment. This is unacceptable. Filing complaints.. If you valve your life do not go here.

We're military and have to move around a lot so I've had the wonderful experience of experiencing many different doctors over the years in different parts of the country. And I'll have to say that my experience at Providence Gresham has been FANTASTIC. Seriously! This is the best care I have EVER received anywhere I have EVER lived. We love them and are not looking forward to the next move partially because we'll lose them as our healthcare providers. Highly recommend them to anyone who lives in the area.

I've never been treated so amazingly at any other doctors office as I have here. Dr. Martin is my PCP and she's hands down the most caring hearted doctor I've ever had. I've had many health issues throughout the years and she has been there by my side through it all to make sure I get the best care possible. When she was not available I've seen many of the other doctors at the clinic, and they are all just as wonderful! I saw Dr. Chong today, and he made sure I was throughoughly evaluated and taking care of. His medical assistant, is by far the best medical assistant I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She always asks if I need any juice or water while waiting, or if there is anything she can do to make me more comfortable. If every medical assistant was like her, no one would ever dread coming to the doctors. I never dread coming here, because I know I'll always be treated with the upmost care. Even the lab team in the back is awesome. There's not a single person at this office who isn't caring and amazing. If I could give more stars, I definitely would. They deserve every star given.
