All the negative reviews of this hospital are accurate, it is worth driving the extra distance to avoid it. The receptionists and most of the nurses have disgusting attitudes. They are poorly trained, have poor communication, and they are extremely unorganized. Dr Brendan Cunningham is the biggest POS doctor I have ever met. It amazes me that someone as incompetent as himself could pass medical school, let alone get hired as a doctor.

If you're having a mental health crisis DO NOT GO HERE. If i could give negative stars I would. I went here for help because I was having psychological issues. I needed mental health help as well as medication management. Was told by a social worker that they don't have a psychiatrist who works at the hospital so further care was not necessary. Nurses were not even using gloves. Wasn't even offered anything to drink or eat, had to ask for water. When they took my clothes I didn't wanna take off my socks, was told they would provide me with socks... never happened. When the social worker decided I didn't need to be helped further the doctors told me I was good to go and move on. When I asked the "doctor" why don't they have mental health services and that I thought it was ridiculous he basically argued with me instead of offering help. Facilities in ER are out dated and dirty. Nurses are chatting about personal stuff in ear shots of patients. Wait times are long and people who work there seem more concerned about their break times than helping people. If you're having a mental health crisis DO NOT GO HERE.

I am disgusted and dissatisfied with the ER doctor who didn't value my son's condition. Let me tell you how this happened. I walked in trying to check in my son and asked how many patients ahead of me she said everyone been seen it 5:45am so maybe a shift change wait. 6:37 comes no Dr yet I approach the dr/nurse area he is sipping coffee talking to a tech guy about irrelevant things. I asked what's the wait time? The Dr immediately leaves the tech guy behind to hear me complaint. I told him there is a needle in the biohazard bag. Than Dr comes in and says I been with a sick patient disregarding that I just seen him doing nothing but enjoying himself and the conversation. Also told me that my son already been seen for this and why didn't I try Benadryl? Like really!!!

If you dont want to live or want to stay in horrible pain then this is the place for you. Last three times over the course of 6 years have been absolutely a the worst experience.

Horrible! Hurt my knee & could barely walk, doc sent me to hospital for X-ray, check in guy was too busy talking to a coworker in scrubs to even acknowledge me waiting!, only person in line! After a few minutes I stepped up to the desk and got the wait a minute finger! Then had to limp two blocks without help, X-ray nurse was going to help me back to my car but it was “too far” I want new insurance or will try another facility.

Very poor service. I went in with a collapsed lung and waited for almost 3 hours in pain and struggling to breath after my xrays before i left. The doctor made no attempt to even come tell me what was going on with me, just treated me like some junkie in there for pills

After debating for day I was finally told by my PCP to go to the emergency room. Upon arrival the staff were quick to get me seated. I waited over an hour before I was triaged. Then waited an additional 30min to get seen. I intially came I. For a persist headache causing nausea and dizzy spellls. The medical staff ignored this concern to focus on the fact I have asthma. Offering breathing treatments. I politely said no thank you I am here for my head. They attempted to give me meds that would mess with my medical issues. I said I can have those. After that I was treated as a drug seeker. I was brought back to the room around 4:30pm and have been checked on twice. This is a horrible experience.

I have often heard negative comments about this ER. This is not our experience. We found the staff to be very kind and professional and the evaluation and diagnosis very complete. Dr. Joshua Johnson was thorough in his examination and so very kind in his advise for follow up. He Is a credit to his vocation and we can only hope many people in need in the ER draw him.

Just plain criminal, I wonder whose pockets are being padded to let this go on? I've been to a lot of emergency rooms in my lifetime, and this is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in any medical facility ever ever ever!!! Wow I've never left an emergency room feeling worse leaving then when I went in. Two thumbs down for sure...

Worse hospital ever!!! My daughter had pneumonia, and they kept her over night... but they decided that she needed to stay in the hallway in a bed half of the time she was there. A nurse came to take her upstairs, and another nurse told her to leave her, that someone else would come and move her upstairs.

Today I pulled out my own IV and walked out after two hours, so that I could be in pain at home rather than in their overcrowded facilities. I’m new to the area and wasn’t aware that this hospital is the place to avoid, I will never make that mistake again. I was admitted for extensive vaginal bleeding and pain, and told after no examination or testing (besides a pregnancy test) that it was just my period and I was okay to go home. There’s nothing more demeaning than being told by a man that the only thing that could be wrong with me is if I was pregnant and bleeding. My period was 23 days late, when it’s normally regular. Being told that I was essentially wasting their time and can go home was a slap in the face for a first time visit. I will never return.

I wasn't even seen by a doctor. I waited such a long time. I'm literally in tears because Im frustrated I'm not getting much help. They're nice nurses but where's my care. They've taken complete care of the stroke guy next to me but I was here first and still haven't seen a doctor Now I'm being told I'll be here a while when I've already been here along time. And they've done nothing for me they've got a urine sample which they didn't even pick up from my room yet. That's it theyve collected info 3 times and still nothing.
