They are always efficient. Everything seems clean, restrooms, offices, floors, elevators, windows and doors. I rarely have to wait any time at all if I have an appointment with the doctors that I see.

J.A. Wartman

Buyer beware!!! Don’t have dental implants and need an esophagus scope!! If the tube doesn’t fit, your implants will be removed without your consent. My friends watched me go to surgery with implants securely in place and saw a very bloody mouth and no implants when I returned to my room. My teeth are lost!!!! Of course these noble healers find no evidence of them being removed. Just because it isn’t charted doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. A typical trick of the least skilled practitioners. It just didn’t happen. Worst hospital experience of my life!!! Be careful

Heather Swindell

I went star deserve less first we cleanliness. Had to give urine sample toilet seat was covered in blood had to clean this off before I could go pee.

Dierdra Soap

This is the dirtiest hospital I have been in awhile compared to used to be OSU in Tulsa. The ICU waiting room was a pig sty with trash and dirty carpets and bathroom was disgusting with paper towels everyone on floor and overflowing and no soap in dispenser and not toilet covers! So mad that my husband was brought here instead of a cleaner hospital than this close to home in Tulsa! We have private insurance too!

I have been going to Saint Anthony North since 2012, it's being a wonderful experience at saints, from doctors to nurses, a very calm and soothing environment.Women if you are in need of an obgyn find Doctor Willis or doctor Wiley they're amazing. not forgetting my awesome Nurse Jennifer who works with doctor Willis and Wiley.

My daughter had extremely high fevers all day yesterday, we went to the ER, although it took forever to be seen (which is normal since its flu season) the P.A. Farzana Jahangir and the RN Anthony G. were so comforting they had such great bedside manner, they diagnosed her with the flu they kept us until the fever went down and continuously check on us while we where there to make she we didn't need anything.

gg little

do not go here! very expensive and you will not receive care.

Ralene VanHorn

I will NEVER, EVER go here for care, we have had NOTHING but trouble with the I.V. pain pump for 4 days straight, they are P.O.S. that need to be replaced, the pharmacy personnel and the nurses were both past the point of caring at the expense of the patient...... they were very irritated at each other and at the stupid pump. The only person that suffers is the patient, and THAT is NOT right! There were issues with giving the proper medications FOR the patient as well, even though the doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses, etc.... were all made aware of what the patient takes on a daily basis, as well as what pain medication works and DOES NOT work for them. When you are in pain from a MAJOR operation the last thing that you should have to do is ARGUE with the nurses about what you thought that you had already discussed!

Lisa Pettigrew

Apparently accidental overdose is a suicide attempt and they can admit you to a crisis center without a psych eval, doctor didn't even talk to us or the patient just signed the papers to send him away... Male nurse on the six floor was intoxicated tonight, and ICU had some nurses yesterday that were making fun of another patients genitals in front of other patients families...I expected more from a supposedly religious based hospital.

Brandy Holm

This hospital is deplorable and highly unprofessional. While going through a crisis and very unwell I was told this was a Christian faxility and to watch my mouth not considering what I waa going through or religious preference. I had vomited on the floor and was handed a pillow case and made to clean my own vomit off the hospital floor while being stood over by an employee holding his nose and blindly being sprayed by chemicals in the face while I struggled to wipe my vomit up with the pillow case. My necklace was removed and tied in knots around my wedding rings completely destroying the chain. I was not offered any water or medicine and was released while still having very high blood pressure and vomiting. I will never get the image of that man with the spray bottle watching me struggle to wipe vomit off this hospital floor while burning up beyond sick. This hospital especially those who treated me so poorly should absolutely not get away with these actions. I have been traumatized when people should be reasonably safe within a hospital.

Angela Brown

The breast center and staff are great. Unfortunately their billing practices are VERY DECEPTIVE. I called before my mammogram to get a price. I got a price and the discount amount for paying the day of procedure. I paid in full. A few days later I was sent another bill. I called. The amount I was quoted was an estimate she said. I spoke to the supervisor with the same response. I was never told that was an estimate. The staff at the breast care center quoted me the same price I got on the phone. Under that system they can come back on you and charge any amount they want and you have no choice but to pay. That is DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES SO BEWARE!!!!

Nikki Is Sweet

This place has the rudest most hateful staff. They are unprofessional and treat patients with no respect.

Sydra Vasquez

Some of the staff was nice but it is the SLOWEST hospital I've ever been to by far. 8.5 months pregnant, 8 hours there, 3 different departments and only got 1 out of my 4 symptoms resolved. Not very happy.

Jordin Wilson

Would not recommend this place, their staff treats people poorly. Honestly if my leg got cut off and this was the nearest hospital I would go through the pain to get to a different one. No matter who you are, homeless, or just got out of prison, they take an oath to help all people that need it and i have not seen that from them.

Tyler Cranford

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely horrid service. No one is in any of the er rooms and no one is in a hurry. I thought that's what "emergency room" meant

Jessica Joseph

The nurses were great but the doctor was very rude. He walked out the room while we were having a conversation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Allan Trowsdale

My wife was abused by the overnight staff and nurses aides by several black men that were working last night. If you plan on going there expect to be religiously persecuted.

Christy Burton

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!!! !My daughter called me while I was at work crying telling me she couldn’t go on and she was hurting herself with thoughts of suicide. She said she wanted help. I took her to SSM /St Anthony’s ER. They said I couldn’t stay. I called the next morning on 8/17/2018 and I was told she was no longer there but they couldn’t tell me where she was.. She was released hours after she told the nurse she was Suicidal with no one there to pick her up. I found her sitting on a curb crying outside the hospital.Worse than she was yesterday. She said she was treated like a criminal and they were cold and rude. She asked 3 times for a counselor or a therapist to talk to and they told her to go back to the holding room. After she was admitted,. no one ever asked her any questions except who her ins was with. They released her before anyone could there to pick her up. I was so livid I couldn’t even go back in there because I was afraid I’d end up in jail. That is so wrong on so many levels. My daughter said it as the worst experience she’s ever had and she’s had some bad ones. Now she won’t go anywhere else and I’m scared to death. I feel horrible for taking her there. Saints? Quite the opposite!

If I had the option of not giving a star I would. On April 21st 2018 I got into a bad car accident. After this car accident I felt I was fine and did not need to go to the hospital. I walked away with tons of bruises, headaches, knee pain and some back pain but I felt I was fine. On April 26th after dealing with headaches and lower back spasms I decided to go in and get seen so everything is documented. When you first walk into the ER there is no one at the desk. So you have to stand around a bit. (There was even a guy who walked in with chest pain and could barely stand up. He was leaning over the counter for about 2 minutes until another patient waved someone down behind the doors.) After sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours I was called back. No hospitality treatment at all no smile no nothing. Soon as I get in the room my nurse bursts through the door (no door knock). I felt so rushed. He didn’t even introduce himself. I wanted to tell him all the issues I was having but soon as I started talking he didn’t seem interested at all. Doctor comes in and makes me feel the same way. I explained my back spasms to this Doctor Conrad Caldwell III and he put his two figures in between the joints I’ve complained about and basically walked out after that. He didn’t tell me his plan he made me feel like I shouldn’t have come in. And how the hell do you diagnose someone with acute lower back pain without sciatica without doing a straight leg test?! When I would talk to him he was just keep blinking his eyes at me like I’m stupid. After all of that 40 minutes later some nurse bursts in again this is a different one. No introduction. She just says I have a shot for you. I waited til right before she got ready to give me the shot and then I finally asked her are you not going to tell me what you’re giving me? What it’s for? What’s happening? 1 hour after the shot the first nurse that I had bursted in and said your being discharged. NOBODY properly assessed me. No stethoscope was put to me. I’ll be waiting for my press ganey review in the mail. Only person who seemed concerned was the registration lady. I don’t go to the ER for fun on a Thursday night. So to be treated the way I was I’m just shocked. Stay away from this ER.

Trying for 2 months to get written confirmation from Medical Records of which IVC filter was implanted into my body. Medical Records advised the information was missing from their records; but hoped to retrieve in from another source. The last time I spoke with Medical Records was 4/11/16, now they do not respond to requests to call me. Call to Administration on 4/18/16 provided no results.

For a hospital I have to say it was not a bad experience. Located in downtown OKC they were busy when I came in with chest pains. Diagnosed with pneumonia and pleurisy I ended up staying for over a week. The staff was friendly and the food (believe it or not) was actually quite excellent!

Russell Benson

My experience is mostly based on the South Healthplex off SW 134th & I-44. My PCP is located there and I have been going there for several years. So far I can say that the staff, nurses and my Dr. have been great. Never an issue and they are friendly and communicate very well with me and I love Dr. Ram Singh. As of today, I am also dealing with St. Anthony's downtown due to my brother being in ICU fighting cancer and a viral infection. Again, the nurses and Dr have been wonderful so far and go into great detail to explain everything. It is comforting knowing my brother is in good hands.................

David Sheehan

I needed some last minute blood work done before surgery the next day. I went to the new St. Anthony Healthplex in Midwest City. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile, and helped within minutes by a very nice young lady named Jenny in the lab who did my blood work within minutes and with a friendly smile and a great attitude. Having a bad day was turned around quickly when you deal with people like this. Thank you

Carrie Brown

Love this hospital in my opinion its the best one in the city and their friendly helpful staff are second to nonealw7ays treat you with dignity and respect

Elizabeth Burkhart

I have been here 5 days SO far and nurses for most part been great but kidney doctors are hateful and rude I have seen 3, 2 of them barley can understand what they are saying and 3 one was ok he actually told me what was going on but I am flustrated and he was getting irritated with me bc I ask alot questions the first lady was the most hateful she told me it was my fault my kidneys are failing and was hateful and rude and had worst bed side manner I have ever seen what I could understand her say. I still in the hospital I want to go home. No one care all they want is the money they are getting off of me staying in here I am so disappointed in this hospital I have heard good and bad was hoping when I came it would be good but I was wrong. Again the nurses and techs have been great and dr Edwin Chandra was great to. I am hurt and distress over the care and discontent of my feelings and well being from the doctors here. I get they are specialist in there fields but bed side manners is everything. They dont have clue what the patient has to go through or been through in life how dare them judge or talk down to a patient.

Melissa Fair

They overmedicated my brother and then sent him on his way with no follow up plan. No refills of medication, no doctor or therapist to see when he left, nothing. The attending doctor, I was told, is in his 80’s and has no clue how to properly medicate the patients. Unfortunately this is where they take the mentally ill during an episode. Afterwards once they are so medicated that they can’t function they are sent away to only return in a few months, then the cycle continues.

Eric Webb

Nurses and Dr.’s treat patients like garbage.

Theressa Cantrell

Worst hospital I have ever visited in any state. Staff is rude and treat patient as property and do not inform family of treatments being given to underage staff. Do not take your dog there!

Miss B

This hospital doesn't care about your sleep or rest, everyone knows you can't sleep in a hospital but this is ridiculous, their over head pages are ridiculously loud like they want to wake the whole hospital.

PeppyPerson3000

Those guys are jerks. They change her meds from a 2 mg to a 5 mg then to a 10 mg in 4 days. They should've just slowly gone up on the doses of medicine.

donna copeland

I rushed a dear 80 year old friend to the hospital Friday afternoon with a swollen, angry looking ankle. She was in a lot of pain, compounded by fear & anxiety. The staff immediately set about making her comfortable. They spent time explaining every step they made. By evening she had been diagnosed with osteomyelittis. She had an MRI, wound & blood cultures done, and was given her first dose of IV antibiotics while still in the ER suite. By 8 pm she was checked into a hospital room on the 5th floor and met with an infection physician. We were amazed at how kind & efficient everyone was. I highly recommend St. Anthony's hospital. It is an excellent facility. They really get things done!

Steve Schlegel

They have some of the best drugs in town I love when they give me opiate pain pills or Adderall I love snorting Adderall

mike brown

I've been dealing with St. Anthony's for 5 year now I've stayed on every floor in this hospital except for maternity floor and I've had very good experiences. This time around has been the worst my nurse's in Icu have been great. I can't say to much about the doctors. Last night I was sitting up in my bed watching t.v. and this Rude young Dr Name Ahmad yelled at me like he lost his mind whay are you doing I said watching t.v. is replied I'm sending you home tommorrow he stormed out mad. Here it is the next day I haven't seen him nor has any of my nurse's heard anything about me getting discharged. Why does it take so long for patience to go home the isn't the Oklahoma county jail and I'm posting a bond waiting to go home. After this stay I will never come back to St.Anthony I would rather take my chance with Norman medical center killing me then coming back here.

Cheyenne Lowe

Worst place ever, the staff was extremely rude, I asked a simple question and they gave me and attitude. After my very bad experience here I would not recommend this place. I was also there for an hour without an arm band. They need to get it together or shut this place down, this is the worst hospital I have ever been to!

Saxon Ray

Billing department is getting on my nerves

Jeremy Kelly

The experience was fantastic. The staff is wonderful. The only problem I came across was trying to pay for my procedure they don't take Care Credit. They have to be the only place that doesn't take Care Credit. All because Care Credit cards don't have exp. Dates on them. They would have been paid today and I would have saved 200 bucks. I think they need to rethink that.

Sarah Allen

St. Anthony's took amazing care of my father during his stay, he became to be a difficult patient & they never faltered in their care or empathy. His disease process worsened where we decided for comfort measures until he passed & they were wonderful during this difficult process. My family will be forever thankful!

MF Zed

Terrible staff, treated me like trash every time I went.

Lisa Harris

my boyfriend was in for pneumonia and found out he had lung cancer and he got great care while he was in the hospital unfortunately the prescription was so high that he couldn't afford it. I tried to contact the hospitalist coordinator I must have called her eight times and she never returned my call granted some of my calls were on Saturday and Sunday but on Monday morning I never got a call from her she should have called me first thing. I was only wanting either an antibiotics he can afford transfer to different pharmacy score a paper written out prescription that I can take to the county pharmacy. His pneumonia symptoms I've come back because he's been without his antibiotics and as we all know it'll come back worse if we don't do the whole treatment of the antibiotics. This is not a prescription refill this was the prescription he was released from the hospital with and the only reason why I'm leaving this review it's because the hospitalist coordinator has not returned my call and I have no other way to get ahold of the doctor short of going down to the hospital they call these doctors hospitalist get rid of the hospitalist and put the doctors back in the hospital and certainly don't have a coordinator handle the doctor's phone calls that should be left for his answering service or his receptionist this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever dealt with any hospital i have ever been to. I lived in Los Angeles/Orange County California and have reiceved better communications there than I have here and they have 3-4x's the patients there. The nurses on the 8 the floor were great and I asked them what if we can't afford the medicine and needed a written prescription to take to the county pharmacy they said call back and they can have the Dr write one out. They made it sound easy no Hassel. Ladies you were Wrong about that it's all been a big Hassel and his pneumonia has gotten worseI think I'll go down to the hospital and let the ladies know because they gave great care where they where he was in the hospital I hate to think that their work is going to be Shadow by the hospital is coordinators inability to return a phone call and make a bad situation even worse if there's any resolve to this issue I will post it until then worst communication between a patient and hospitalists coordinator I've ever experienced

Chuck Flint

Excellent service and treatment to a family member of mine that required an ER visit followed by admission. Great nurses and doctors. None of the "negative" things that others have posted.

Sheila Reynolds

I had the unfortunate fate of breast cancer. My surgeon, oncologist, primary care and ob are all a part of Saints. Together we made it through to come out clear. However, the minor heart condition changed for the worst, and two months after the all clear I had my first heart attack. This new condition delayed my reconstruction for three years. During this time my daughter and I walked the Susan G Comen Three day walk, 60 miles each time I had no heart trouble. The cardiologist released me to have my recontruction surgery done 2 1/2 years after the cancer. Finally. Yeah. The surgery went well, two days after they took me out of icu, in the wee hours of the early morning I had my second heart attack, back to the icu. Nothing to bad, my mother was on her way. By the time she got there the hospital had to call my children back, I had another heart attack. The widow maker. Long story short when I woke up from the coma all my family was there, my son was brought back from Afghanistan and my husband from Iraq. The level of care I received was absolutely beyond exceptional. I'm still alive and returned home 70 miles away, but I drive the distance to see my incredible doctors. Thank you to my team of doctors, nurses, lab technicians, from the top to bottom. Thank you Saint Anthony's.

Michael Carrington

Me and my wife must of delt with every clown that works here I'll tell u what they don't care about you all they care about is they have a job don't go here. I REPEAT DON'T GO HERE~~~~~~~~~~~

Vicki Coovert

I normally get really good care however i went to the ER last evening and the dr dod not address i thing i was there for

T.J. Durham

Guess what, guess what? Your hospital has ticked off the wrong witch! Yes I said witch! I suggest sending your psychiatric Department back to school, instead of getting their licensing out of the bottom of the damn Cracker Jack box.

Toni R.

Pointed out the heart monitor was not working..the nurse really didn't care. So I left AMA I rather die at home then here.

David Ward

The staff is always courteous, treat the patient with care, and they treat us EMTs well too. I have also been with my girlfriend when she needed to go to the E.R. and they treated her well and, despite being, what seemed to me, overwhelmed that night, admitted her as promptly and moved her upstairs. 5/5 for staff, 5/5 for patient care, 3/5 for the long wait before between triage and examination, though I do understand their plight.

Hyde Van Brutton

As a Traveling Doctor this place is okay to work at. But some of the staff and security could be a bit more courteous and friendlier. The patients have enough problems on their mind and we may not understand their situation or what they are going through so a simple soft tone or a smile can go a long way. thanks. spread the love

Deryck Stidham

Worst hospital ive ever seen!! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

Echo Beavers

Very unprofessional ,none compassionate.the wait is ridiculous long.my mom sit in the waiting room for two hours with no help.was told she had two peopl ahead of her when four went before her.the house keepers hread her throwing up and started she hope she had a bag cause she wasnt cleaning up no throw up smh.this is not the place to be if your really sick !

Drew Austin

I've had two inpatient stays and both were quite good. The nurses and aides both cared a lot, and were super helpful.

Julie Coke

Sister has always been treated well at this hospital. I find the staff willing to help when needed, they take their time to visit with her even if its just a couple of minutes, at least they are checking on her. Thanks St. Anthony for the care.

roberto Anguiano jr

Arrived in horrible pain was seen told I have sciatica of right side n given meds. went got the meds and hour n half later am in same exact pain feel no different can't sleep it hurts constantly no matter if im laying down sitting standing walking etc. Have no clue what to do since I have tried every thing they said to do to no relief. Im about to go to a different hospital for real treatment.

john rice

First understand this isn't the newest or nicest hospital, but more than adequate. Everyone we dealt with from the Dr(s) to nurses to NICU staff even the ladies than bring your food to you are some of the most professional and atentive hospital staff I have ever delt with anywhere. The food service is great here and is more than I would have expected. During or stay my sister kept offering to bring us food if we needed it, but never felt the need to do that. I have been in many hospitals across the country have three children several surgeries myself and many stays with one of my children and have to say St Anthony's is on par with any of them, I would not hesitate to go back.

Austin Roddy

I went asking for help and asking for detox from drugs and alcohol. A friend was taken to this hospital, detoxed, and was never charged a dime. The same friend took me here to help and save me, then I told them about the drugs I was using. They told me to pay 5,100$ or to leave. Then a nurse apologizes to me and says "we just ran out of beds." I know they turned me down because of the drugs and the way I used them. No wonder people ask for help and they end up killing themselves or overdosing again. Asking for help was hard for me, then they looked at me like they were disgusted by me...

Mirandas Scoles

Worst experience at any hospital that we have encountered. WE will never go back here.

Crystal Henry

I have had a headache for three days. Going on 4 now. Went in. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. My sister in law is a nurse and was in shock. There is a rx on my discharge paper work but was not given a Rx or even told what's wrong. Just that my lab is normal. I have to go to the doctor again now tomorrow because I should not be this sick. I have Sooner Care so the tax payers are footing the bill for them to do nothing but draw blood and have me pee in a cup. I still have a head ache and can't stay awake. They did not even look at me. Ears, nose, throat. Not a thing. Not worth the visit. Waste of time and money.

Lisa Sintic

They have the best doctors, nurses and staff, Dr Ryan saved my life after I was having seizures and admitted into icu, I was given the best care possible by all the staff in all areas of the hospital ,this will be the only hospital I will use. I trust them with my life. Very clean, very good food, very friendly staff.

Jduane Feltmeyer

Me and my girlfriend was visiting from out of state her brother who was on 5th floor neuro , I normally do not write reviews maybe my 2nd ever but when we go to room to surprise her brother with video games we were down when we found out tv was locked an we may not be able to play but we asked a gentleman ( justin daughrty) at counter about a remote possibly and he let us know most of tvs are locked and didnt have remote but he went way out of his way not only to find 4 differnt remotes none worked but he didnt stop there he let us know his job wasnt done untill we were happy and he fixed tv, he called a tech then i belive jason and he came up in short time and got it fixed up for us ,thank you justin and jason for makin the last few days a little better !!

Kendra Adams

(Colonoscopy) Ron, Leah, & Laynie were all very hospitable. Mom was comfortable & thoroughly explained processes. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so kind & considerate during these moments of checkups & concern.

John Morris III

Ok but 500 just to remove staples. Lord have mercy

Niki Nicholson

Excellent care from start to finish! First and foremost I am so Blessed with my surgeon DR.SCOTT DELAGARZA and DR. TAMMY (don't remember her last name since I was treated like family on a first name basis) and I love ALL of his staff including Ms. Danielle and Ms. Ann. I never waited more than ten minutes (usually just five) to see the Dr. on my scheduled appointments. I have never been to a Dr that was more prompt, Ever! Pre Op admission staff, lab, x-ray process was very quick, EVERYONE was very kind. All of my nurses before and after surgery were very kind and took very good care of me. This experience by far is the best medical experience I have ever had!

Ashley Green

My issue took 30 minutes to be handled and 2 hours to be over watched at St. Anthony's ER. If I would have been at OU for this situation it would have been at least 4 hours to get handled..... (If they fixed it at all.) Then OU would have caused an infection and all sorts of other issues that would have taken 10 to 17 hours but St. Anthony's gets it all done in 2:30 hours. I love this place.

Kid_Draco SODMG

Terrible i went to their ER , they didnt do anything , no meds no help , wait was bad. Oh but they will charge you. Super freakin expensive for nothing at all , like i dont normally rant like this but jeez is this a terrible place. With so many other options do yourself or your loved one a favor turn youre car around and go elsewhere. I wish i could give it a 0 out of 5.

Don Threet

When I was the ICU, everyone and I mean EVERYONE, was so nice, they felt they cared about my well being, and they answered any and all questions I had in a way I could understand and comprehend. I was in the ICU for 3 days. The RN's made sure I was comfortable and even when the tech's came in to draw blood, they were all very nice and I knew they were all very knowledgeable and experienced. Then when I was moved out of ICU to a room a step down for there, I was treated just as great there. Not once did I feel that I was a burden on anyone and vice verse. The total 5days I was there, it was truly a great and learning experience. I was recommend St. Anthony's to anyone!

Kenny H15

What great care they have for their patients! I had appendicitis and they took care of that! You deserve the care that they bring.

Thomas Finch

very delayed er visit

tosha gillham

Just left there was not seen but had to.leave because the staff was very unprofessional and acted as uf they were at a fast food restaurant, just got trained the night before. They pay for education in that career field try and act like you want to be there and not like your only reason us for the pay check. The Latin Doctor gave off a rudeness my wife and i could feel her anger off her uniform. I'm not going to be touched by anyone with any kind of attitude. By law i have that right to see whoever and fire whoever i please! Nobody will touch me with that kind of attitude. As a patient i have the right to see another doctor and my wife has the right to know what's going on. Just sayin! Get better Doctor's and nurses please! Who like their jobs

Abdullah Fathi

If you go in with strep they tell you its negative but they want to run a test. Then three days later say you have it. AND it wasn't the first time! The level of gross incompetence is impressive

Vicky Kersey

Excellent staff and nurse's they were fast on their feet for my daughter's needs and if I asked for something they were quick to get what I needed. Y'all are beautiful God. Bless You All

Sandra Storey

I've actually had decent experiences with the hospital itself (I've visited the Radiation Oncologists). However, I found out that when visiting the doctor for a check-in after I've had an MRI that I got a $300 bill for "hospital services". I talked to my insurance company and they told me that since the doctor's appointment was inside the hospital they could charge this, but if the doctor had been in his own clinic, I would have been charged only $25. I did some research and found out that hospitals have a choice whether or not to bill this way. I think it is outrageous for a 15 minute appointment for an annual check-in on a condition I've had for years.

Donna Wynn

My new Doc Dr. Carroll is awesome, she actually teaches her patients, as a retired RN, it took me almost 10 years to find her. I don't think she glanced once at her computer and her staff is awesome .

Shawn M.

Call your insurance before paying the hospital up front. The billing department has a tendency to charge you for things that are covered by insurance. When I got there, I expected a $150 copay. They said they needed close to $1,000. I called BCBS on the spot and they said the hospital billing department was not correct. The response I received from the hospital was that they "have to go with what the system says and they would refund me any amount over the cost." I called the billing department and they said pretty much the same thing. If they can't get the bill straight, how can I trust them with my health care? I cancelled the procedure and went elsewhere.

Claudia Crow

Filthy hospital, lack of communication between doctors, poor, at best, discharge instructions. Do not go to this place. My husband spent 3 weeks there. After his last surgery it took his nurse 2 hours to show up. And she only came because I complained. I have proof of the pathetic state of the room we were in. Do yourself a favor, RUN!!!

Lisa Schmitz

I started out my experience at the ER at Western and Memorial. I wasn't aware, at the time, this isn't a full-service hospital. I came in a great deal of pain and was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Was quickly given pain meds and attended to. I was told by the doctor that I would be admitted and they would be transporting me. I asked why, thinking the facility I was in was a full-service hospital. They explained the other floors were medical offices. So, I was taken by ambulance to the downtown St. Anthony's. My room was very close to a nurse's station. You would think this would be good, getting quick service. Not so much. I vomited on myself from the pain, rang for someone to bring me a new gown. It took them almost an hour. I sat there in a gown drenched with vomit with my family sitting there, having to smell that. The wait for pain meds was also long, sometimes up to an hour and a half. High noise level being by the nurses station, hard to rest. They frequently left my door open and the noise would wake me up! The doctor attending to me was not a gastro specialist. Didn't even look like a doctor (didn't have on typical doctor attire - rather a suit). He breezed in and out of my room so quickly, I thought how could he possibly be REALLY looking at my chart and making thoughtful decisions? I was there 2 1/2 days, discharged while still in a great deal of pain. I was at home for a day, still in a great deal of pain. Called my regular doctor and she advised I should come to see her. When I arrived at her office, I was running 102.5 temperature. After taking an X-ray, she advised me to go to Mercy's ER immediately. Apparently, St. Anthony's had missed that I had a perforation in my colon. I could have become septic and died had I not gone to see my regular doctor. I was admitted to Mercy and stayed there for over a week recovering.

I spent the weekend getting testing and treatment at MD Andersen your facility could not/would not provide. Dr. "Quack" Todd Kliewer said it wouldn't happen. My wife had questions about my blood disease he was not prepared for. He became a little shook up. When he found out they were from a support group he went nuts. Yelled at her. Yelled at me. After his belittling us with phrases like "Who are you going to listen to? Me or the support group?" "I went to school for 14 years" Screaming "What do you want from me?" . It's obvious he doesn't play well with others. Stay away from Hematology/Oncology. Pretty much the whole facility is a joke. More than enough reviews to back up my statement "Pretty much the whole facility is a joke".

Shamia Jackson

Came in with neck pain after a car wreck. Been sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours in terrible pain.

Jonathan Malatesta

The doctor can be difficult to deal with in explaining why you arrived and what you need to do to leave. However, the staff can be wonderful if you just open up and be honest. That is what they are there for. Pull someone aside and talk to them no mater who it is. Be honest with staff and less honest with fellow patients. Stay involved and active in groups! This mental health unit for adults helped me greatly realize the combination of the medication they gave is positive for me. Stay on your medication and if something isn't right don't be afraid to tell them why - yes, even if this means staying longer. I know it's hard and you want to get out but don't avoid that, recognize your eagerness to leave. And once you do leave you'll be ready to approach all your problems level headed. Stay strong friends and don't give up no matter what happens.

Kathy Carrington

St Anthony's ER staff is the ER from hell. There's nothing holy, virtuous or righteous about that place. If you value the sanctity of life, Do Not take your family or go to St Anthony's, will leave in a body bag. They will lie on your medical records that you came in with a head injury, to validate the CAT scan charges they caused you to have a concussion in their ER. They will force blood draw and unsterile Cath on you, which will cause you staph infections and urinary tract infection and the nerve to ask you to apply for government aid to reimburse them for the hell horror of trusting them in place. They are incompetent, rude, and racist. Your privacy is violated. Take my advice, and avoid that place like the black plague. Trust and believe, there is a special place in hell for St Anthony's ER East side Okc. I feel sorry for the ppl on the east side. However, you've been warned!!

Kathy Oens

I came in last night in a lot of pain from a fall. I was honest and said I had 2 drinks, at home. I was pegged an alcoholic so no pain meds. Was in for over 5 hours and got sent home with Motrin. Will not go back!!!

kheme hotep

They have comfortable beds, the rooms are nice, the food is good, and the staff is friendly.

Sandra Spring

I have recieved some of the best care in this hospital and by my PCP Dr Duc Tu MD. I have been his patient since 2005 and he is very attentive and takes as much time as you need he listen's and truly make's you feel like you are the only patient in the office, im sure some patients may have recieved not so great care in this hospital but all hospitals have this problem dont discount this hospital because some of its providers arent good this is a nationwide problem for all hospitals

Daveed Ravens

E.R. will assume you are junkie looking for opiates until they get the x-rays back. The staff should follow a innocent until proven guilty policy when dealing with suspected addicts. I wasn’t and my x-ray (2 broken legs) proved it. They should be ashamed of their assumptions, despicable.

Erin Pena

Absolutely horrible care. They leave you sitting for hours waiting for tests results so you can be discharged, even though the doctor gave you said test results hours beforehand..had a nurse that continually threw monitors on top of my leg and treated me like I was burdening her. Had an allergic reaction to contrast and had to call for the nurse 6 times to get anyone down, luckily it wasn't an anaphylactic reaction or I would be dead.

Pam Brantley

My husband spent 11 days in ICU and they saved his life. The doctor's, nurse's and all of the staff down to the cafeteria were outstanding!

Michelle Kennedy

HORRIBLE!! ARRIVED WITH LOWER ABDOMINAL PAIN AND HAS BEEN SITTING FOR ALMOST THREE HOURS IN THE WAITING AREA. REGISTRATION KEEPS STATING THAT THE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT AS SERIOUS ARE GOING THROUGH QUICKLY BECAUSE THEY DONT NEED A BED!! WELL I CAN SIT IN A CHAIR IF THAT'S HOW YOU GET TREATED QUICKER. THAT IS CRAZY!! EVERYONE THAT WAS HERE AFTER ME ARE ALREADY GONE BACK AND SOME HAVE BEEN RELEASED!! DONT ASK ME HOW MUCH PAIN I AM IN, IF YOU KEEP ME IN THE LOBBY FOR THREE HOURS IN PAIN. I HAVE TO DEFINITELY FINE MY FAMILY A NEW HOSPITAL.

David

Staff was nice and professional and the food is by far the BEST hospital food I have EVER had!

Emma Marie

I was placed in the mental facility for depression, panic disorder, and violence. The therapist was horrible. She accused me multiple times of being manipulative and being privileged and spoiled and that's why I was depressed and suicidal. And honestly, she has problems. All she wanted to hear was that she was right. After I did that, I was let go, no questions asked. Even though she and I both knew I still was messed up, she got what she wanted and I got to go home.

Madison Vaughn

Staff was very rude. DONT go there!

Dale Walters Walters

There is a reson the county sends all inmates to this hospital. I was there because of 2 heart attacks and 95% blockage to my heart. Nurse there said to calm down your just faking it. The IV they left dangling out of my arm wich while I was sleeping was ripped out and blood all over me and the bed. When I called the nurse they were "oh that's not bad we have had worse." I have 9 infiltrated for the nurse to put in 1 IV.

Katherine Apple

Horrible service with rude staff and a dirty ER lobby! A woman in Labor didn’t get in at all, and left after 3 and a half hours of waiting! They didn’t get us seen until 5 hours later! With none or little staff on duty! Horrible dirty chairs, dirty walls, dirty windows, dirty bathrooms, and dirty everything!! Don’t go to this hospital for emergencies at all!!

Lashunda Steele

Nurse's in the new ICU I guess are to busy to ask may I help you even though they are walking in the hallway, puddle of water was on the floor with No WET FLOOR SIGNS). PAPER WAS ALL ON THE FLOOR IN ROOM AS IF THERE WAS NO HOUSEKEEPER

Lynn Jones

I think it's funny how this hospital has reviews from 7 months ago but you have a response from the hospital 6 months ago! How the hell does that work?? Seriously how stupid do the doctors and nurses from St. Anthony's really think we are?? You can't post a reply a month before the original post was ever posted!! Idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bre Jones

Its a nasty a** hospital they are rude no great vibes around it's like dead n reminds me of the show wayward pines where strange things happen there the room was dead n they were rude to my people and turned his water off and had no soap n dispenser and no cups n drink area nowhere for a patient or guest to warm up food at anything

Christy Christensen

I wish there was an option to NOT CHOOSE A STAR, they don't even deserve one! We were brought back immediately which was nice, only to wait on the doctor who when he came in was rude and acted like he had better things to do. After blood work was ran which was supposed to take 20 mins... an hour later I went to see what the wait was to find Dr. Finch or something close to that WRESTLING with his NURSE. HOW INAPPROPRIATE! Whoever did the hiring for this place needs fired. ALONG WITH THE STAFF. I have never seen something so unprofessional in my life! That doctor needs fired!

Nathaniel Scott

They saved my mom’s life from septic shock when her kidney stone ended up in her bloodstream. The doctors prayed over and saved her life. I will be grateful for St. Anthony’s forever and always recommend them.

Billy Renfro

Great Staff, had surgery on my neck June 2017, over night stay. Very protective about germs and bacteria. at home gave me detail instruction and a kit to clean my body before the surgery. After being admitted. IV, blood work etc. Sure came in and had a another kit to protect me from infection. Never seen any Hospital go the this far. Food was good as well.

Dana Aguilar-Richardson

Thanks to your facility for the kindness & helpfulness of your staff and cleanliness. We have been at this for over three yrs and Dr. Levine, Dr Ray, Dr Lam and Denise are great people and we appreciate you all.

Sharon Morris

Worst hospital ever! My 87 yr old father broke his hip early on a Saturday morning and the ambulance took him to St. Anthony's in OKC. I know that hip surgery is recommended within 24/48 hours for the best rests. Well they kept giving my dad medications that were not on the meds list that I have him...in particular, high blood pressure medicine which of course brought his blood pressure down so low that they couldn't operate the first day (Sunday). So I asked why did they give him that med and of course no one could tell me. I told them not to give it to him again because he is NOT supposed to take it. And so they said they would operate the next day, Monday and lo and behold what happened? They gave him the same med AGAIN! So of course they couldn't operate again. I was extremely upset this time. So finally they were able to operate on Tuesday afternoon. And everything after that was just a joke. I will NEVER recommend for anyone to go to this joke of a hospital.

Bob Beetz

Very very poor. My mom laid in her own urine for all night long until I got there to complain. Moved her to another floor and now they don't clean her bathroom or restock her tolit paper. I go to complain 3o min. Gose by and still no tolit paper. Staff on the 3rd floor was very good and nice.

R A

Mean and nasty security gaurd locks the doors in my daughter's face as she is trying to come in and visit her mother. All he had to do was to push the door open and let her through. Then she had to walk back in the extreme cold to the parking garage and drive to the otherside of the hospital to get in. He sure didnt care about my daughter's security. Pretty sad. My wife gets her first solid food meal in days and she is trying to eat and these two obnoxious youngerters come in to remove her morphine pump. Are these people just stupid? They could have waited to do it. First night they bring a tray of food in the room i told them she is not allowed even a sip of water yet... they people were not in sync with the Dr. There isnt even a box of Kleenex in the room They didnt have coffee, coke, water, nothing just an out of order vending machine down the hall. When a familly member is in the hospital the visiting family members are in the hospital too. After 4 or 5 days and time to be released all the Dr. had to do is call and say release her. No, thats to simple, to organized, we have to wait all day for this to happen. I could write a book about this experience. This place sure doesnt match up to my expectations.

Minecractrage16/extra content

The wait was HOURS and sat in our room for 3 hours and literally JUST FLAT OUT LEFT!!!!

David Webber

Complete douche bags! Horrible service!!!!

Brandon Roth

Had a great stay with the circumstances. Nurses are great. Were always theres at my any need. Made for a faster recovery. Food service was great too. Very good. House keeping and even transportation. Everyone i had to see or talk to was very nice, always telling me to get better soon, have a great day and let them know if I neex anything. My family and I are very thankful. Had open heart valve replacement. Today is my last day.

T- Rex

This hospital is the worst hospital and all of United States arguably worse than Bellevue Hospital in New York if you want to get better do yourself a favor and do not come to this hospital the nurses don’t know what they’re doing they’re not polite and all they want you to do is listen to them without listening to you and if you want to get better do yourself a favor do not come to this horrible place you’ll get more sick they’ll give you the wrong medication worst hospital in all of United States. If you are black if you are a woman do not come here I am of mixed race they treated me like if I was somebody from a Third World country so please read the comments and reviews because this place will make you worse

Aaron DAGUE

Saint his hospital The employees are very friendly and helpful My dad was in there for two weeks every time I went to visit The nurses were very nice they took care of my dad they made him very comfortably The doctors were awesome They help me and my family make make a decisions for my dad they were always there for us The hospital room was very clean The cleans that was very nice if I ever had to go in the hospital and want to go to St anthony’s I have no complaints about this hospital

Stephen Douthit

Worst Hospital. Nurses are not helpful and very rude. I wouldn’t even give it one star. Been here with my mom for 3 days have got no answers or help. Definitely don’t think I’d pay the bill. I will not be coming back or recommend this place.

Joaquin L.

Horrible. I called and tried to set up an appointment. The first time I called no one picked up so I left a voicemail requesting that they set me up. I never received a call back so I decided I would call myself once again. The second time I called to set up an appointment, the lady took down some information and said she would call me back to set up an appointment. I waited about three hours for a call and nothing happened. I decided I would call back again. I was then told that the lady with whom I last spoke to was seeing another patient and would call me back once she is done. I waited another two hours with no luck. I tried calling back once again and this time no one would pick up the phone. Horrible place. I then decided to look at other locations. I called Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Edmond and was set up with an appointment on the spot for the following day. Why is it so difficult to set up and appointment at St. Anthony Hospital? I advise others to avoid this location. - Joaquin Lopez

If you have a chance to avoid this Hospital please do. Lately we had multiple health issues in our family and visited various ER's. This stands out by far. By far the worst I have seen. We were in the hallway instead of the room for several hours: the nurse came and she was willing to talk right there in front of all the people. This is probably our privacy right. Then they suppose to transfer us to different facility and kicked us out of the bed to the waiting area hallway. There we were sitting multiple hours too. When o was trying to talk to staff I got yelled.

Vicki T

I went in with the symptoms of a heart attack, including passing out. Being a downtown hospital, they were very busy. They did not have any beds available for 2 hours, nor any gurneys. The triage nurse would not allow me to lay down during the EKG, even though standing caused sever pain. Standing was what caused me to pass out prior. She did not explain the results of the EKG and sent me back into the waiting room. As it is dangerous to wait two hours when you have the symptoms of a heart attack, I discussed leaving and going to a hospital that had beds available. They said I would not be charged... then they charged me. I have had several phone calls with their billing, who is incapable of applying my correct insurance information, and refusing to honor what the hospital originally told me, which was that I would not be charged. Do not visit this hospital if it truly is an emergency, and you don't like having long phone calls with billing.

Don Hafemann

My experience in the ER was the best I have ever had. The staff was polite and very caring. The wait was minimal and the doctor was very professional. Thank you all for the exceptional service.

Tim Newcombe

Mostly competent. Wear your Sunday best, and don't appear to have any problems associated with the untermenschen, and you'll probably think that they're "such nice people" there.

Delores Leslie

Clean & fast service! Very friendly staff

Adam Hyland

Don't get in a hurry. Going on 4 hours in the ER with minor chest pains. Haven't seen a dr or nurse in over an hour. Go anywhere else............. day 2 of worse experience in a hospital ever. I had better service in a Mexican hospital than I did at this joke of a place! Get some Dr's who care unlike the ones you got now! Sad thing is my wife works here and she comes home crying everyday from how horrible this place is. Place is a joke. They really need to shut this outdated place down! Go to Mercy where the Dr's care!!!

Ella Renfro

I could not ask for better care. St Anthony's is the best & their staff is wonderful. Much attention is given. It is clean. Food is great. I am happy to be in this facility. All my Doctors are St Anthony participants.

Michelle Barber

I shouldnt even give them one i took my disabled daughter there last night becouse she is haven some problems had to take her by paramedics got better treatment an respect than the hospital we got there at 200 pm they took her in told nurse whats goin on they schedule brain exams blood work everything they were goin to send her to a hospital that deals with disabled people well hours went on never seen the doc then never came told us how her test results were seen nurse maybe 3 times now here it is 10 pm still here no doc no help or diagnose on my child nurses stand at nurse station talk cuss up a storm i go out over an over to try an find out what about my child what is wrong all i keep here well send your nurse in wait for nurse over an hour come in nothin i go back out an had to get rood with them then finally a nurse comes in tells me they just did shift change how can she help i told her whats up she said she will talk to doc she ask me who is her doc assign to her its not on the board then she comes back in after 2 hrs waitin i went back out to ask for nurse she tells me they didnt have a doc assighn to her she looks on computer reads me what it supposely said about her exray still dont know about blood work now here it is almost midnight nothin done or said still no doc then im told after 11 hrs the nurse tells me they had 2 come in that was more important after 11 hrs only 2 came in that was more important an they didnt do anything to help my child this hospital is a disgrace to the health care an for people needs i would never ever take any one to this place or recommend them the hospital an employee s are awful beware of this place

John Matsayko

I have always had great care at Saint Anthony Hospital...

Jerry Nguyen

Do not recommend this place. Especially, ER Doctors are too .... stupid! They do not know what to do but Financial people have been trying to steal your money .... A Saint Anthony, but they are devils.

Kate C

I am very unsatisfied with my birthing experience at Saint Anthony's Joyful Beginnings Center. The staff had zero respect for my birth plan and continuously tried to interrupt a healthy, progressive labor with several, unnecessary interventions. They were aware I was having my first child, and their intentions were to take advantage of that knowledge. Keep in mind that hospitals are businesses and they desire to make as much money as possible. They fought me tooth and nail, but I had a smooth, easy and 100% natural birth because I would not allow them to intrude on my patient rights. Also, they are not equipped for natural labors/deliveries whatsoever. I was not allowed to get up, stretch, walk around or use the restroom. I was forced to lay completely still in a bed, with a pan under my bottom ("hospital policy") while they continuously monitored the baby for 7 hours strait. Dr. Willis, who I was not familiar with, was the doctor on duty. She was incredibly rude and aggressively shoved a catheter in my bladder without so much as a warning, which caused me extra pain and blood in my urine. It is never appropriate to violate a patient without consent. Overall, there was nothing but a lack of competence and professionalism among the staff. We will never use them again in the future.

Dan Summers

My dad went in walking, talking, and eating for a colonoscopy. Thirty days later he was dead! The treatment my dad received while in this hospital was horrid. He was rushed into surgery to remove a cancer spot on his colon. After the surgery he was placed in a room on the 10th floor that's where the horrid care took it's toll on him. He was basically left in a bed to survive without and nutrition until he got too weak and sepsis set in. During his time on the 10th he complained of severe abdominal pain. We begged the doctors, nurses, techs to do something about his nutritional needs, his abdominal pain nothing was done. He ultimately went into cardiac arrest and was transferred to the ICU and placed on a ventilator. He was given antibiotics for several weeks until he was well enough to come off the ventilator. But by that time his kidney function was terrible. The doctors could not figure out why the sepsis set in, but My guess it started when he was allowed to lay in a bed on the 10th floor without any nutrition and got weaker and weaker. My dad was transferred from ICU to a room in the next level care ward. He died approximately 5 days later. I will never go to St Anthony for nothing. If I'm in an accident and taken to This hospital because it's the nearest medical facility I've instructed my family to have me moved to any other hospital ASAP. Other than that I have it listed on my phone to take me to Mercy or an Integris hospital.

Jamie Buck

My mom has been in the hospital for over a week now and the doctors and nurses and all staff have been excellent, very kind, sweet and on top of things I've stayed with her Day in and day out and not one time have I had a complaint nor has my mom!! I would always always recommend this hospital we was on the 5th floor and it was very clean as well !

Penny Booth

My mom went by ambulance at 7-7:30 on Thursday night with delusions & hallucinations getting worse by the hour. Nurse noticed & said would tell the Dr. They got urine sample by 9pm & knowing she was going to be admitted never checked to see if she needed a bathroom break. I left around midnight & returned around 10:30 Friday morning. Still no one had changed her into a gown or checked to see if she needed to go to the bathroom! That was just nasty when I got someone to finally do all that! Day shift nurse said night shift never told them about her condition going downhill. Talk about passing the buck! She finally got out of the ER & into a room by 4pm friday. Still every shifts duty to check on patients! Next time will take mom to another hospital.

Perla Fraire

I don't think this hospital is horrible. But our ER experience was BAD. The Doctor at the ER was full of attitude and made my family and I feel very stupid. Dumbed it down step by step like we didn't fully comprehend what was going on. I understand the ER is for emergencies only. But if her normal doctor is not helping ...as human beings our last resort is the ER. All the time that she spent hinting how "dumb" i was, she could have shown how good of a doctor SHE really is, and could have done anything to atleast help us find a doctor for us to see out of the ER.

Essence Lovely

I came here with my grandma she had surgery the doctors and nurses everyone that work here is so nice i love ssm health ...

David Wapskineh

Terrible record keeping.

Kelly Nelson

Awesome experience on all my visits and family visits! Had both my children here and everyone if fantastic! Love this hospital!! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Mike Denney

Their ER is the worst I have ever experienced! They were curt, treated my 61 year old sister like a drug seeker and she never takes medicine unless her Doctor tells her to. They were heartless and pathetic to an elderly women that fell and in pain. I really hate this non-Christian hospital. Hateful staff!

Semiya Williams

Apparently having an attitude is a requirement to work in any of their answering service departments

karen brandt

I WAS THERE TWICE. BOTH TIMES I WAS TREATED VERY WELL . THE NURSES COULDNT BEEN MORE KIND AND LOVING. I WOULD WANT TO GO THERE AGAIN IF I NEED TO GO.

Gary Stafford

Have been in ICU for 3 days with family member. Today is Saturday and up until now the entire nursing and specialist have been right on top of everything, very efficient and helpful, but the day shift today is very inadequate. Slow to respond. RN Tara and 2 other nurses to figure out why an alarm was going off, which by the way took ten minutes to come check on it. One is going off now guess I will see if I can get them to interrupt their conversation. Right across from desk to. Well they came in with a snooty attitude and turned it off. I will be glad when they are gone..OH MY GOD!! THE RADIOLOGY STAFF LITERALLY SHOVED AN EXRAY BOARD UNDER HIM, A 275LB MAN WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO RAISE HIM UP A LITTLE. JUST SHOVED WITH ALL THEIR FORCE. PROBABLY RIPPED HIS BACK OPEN. 10 days now. I came in late at 10pm and found my family member filthy. Blood on his gown, arm and other parts of the bed. He kept pointing to his leg and bottom. I turned him to discover in my 2 days absent he had developed extreme sores on hid bottom and his back of his thighs were starting to break down obvious he had not been turned or taken care of in my absence.

Jordan O'Reilly

Not only would I not recommend this place for medical treatment, I would not recommend it as a place of employment either.

Judy Baughn

Was there Aug.20th,2018 Not hardly any wait, everyone Very kind.LADY DR.EXCELLENT !! CONCERNED AND CARING ..THANK YOU..FOR THAT !!

Nicole James

St. Anthony clinics and hospital is where I go for all my health care needs

Rebecca Tagoe

Very good hospital. I highly recommend coming here.

CJ Franks

Extremely unprofessional staff.

Cindy A McCarty

I had carotid artery surgery in 2013 and spent three days in the intensive care unit there. My experience was entirely positive. I had such good nursing care and my doctors were very responsive to get me in quickly for the surgery which came up very suddenly. I love the way that all the doctors charts are accessible to each other on-line thereby ending confusions about medications and treatment. Test results are available on-line for the patient as well. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Travis Hoyt

The ER at Healthplex South is nothing more than an urgent care. The ER doctor's assessment skills were poor. The "nurse" makes up Vital signs to fit parameters of "With in normal limits". Nurses are not there to assess patients now. They only determine how many resources are needed for your visit. Nurse had the temperament of a rock, and verbalized how she could not wait to get off, and how the time was just going so slow. I called the ER Manager and was essentially told that was how they manage their ER now. I got a copy of my medical records and found the nurse and Tech who did EKG both altered the records. Very poor care.

Jo Jo

I went Aug 3 2018 to get my 8 wk infusion. Dr. Ali Tassef came highly recommended by my previous GI Dr. CAVEAT!!! Writing a book doesn't make you an expert in your field. He didn't listen to any of my instructions that were previously carried over. When I arrived for my infusion everything seemed normal however, it didn't pan out that way. Once they got my IV in, they brought my pre meds (BENADRYL, TYLENOL). Unfortunately, the Benadryl was not how I was use to taking it (taken ORAL, non IVP). They slammed the BENADRYL IVP within 2-3 seconds 50mg and then slammed SOLEMEDROL 60mg with 2-3 seconds right after that. There was no waiting in between or adhering to administering protocols of dosage. After 30 secs to 1 min my body began to tingle, then my heart rate went up along with BP, and my throat was closing. I felt as though I could not control anything that my body was doing. I began shaking and vision became blurry. During the process my BP reach 220/120, HR was 148. I really thought I was going to go. After 25 mins of flooding my veins with pure IV fluid my body returned to normal. I took this up with their hospital complaint department and the letter sent to me said I had a mild reaction, nothing further. This is BS!. My body would have acerbated to a more serious level if they did not dilute the meds already in me. These "professionals" violated their Hippocratic oath and caused undue harm. IF they had listened to their patient and executed as previously discussed then none of this would of happened. I have been getting this treatment for over 2 years now. They are the first hospital to SCREW up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR INFUSIONS OR IBD CARE.
