I was severely traumatized by staff while in pre-op for a tubal ligation. I had a panic attack (non aggressive), and a nurse named Sidney tried to have me arrested and had my surgery cancelled. She got in my face repeatedly making accusations I was schizophrenic (I have PTSD, not schizophrenia). She completely acted unprofessionally and made the situation worse. Now I have no control over my own body without sterilization. I've lost my insurance. I can't even afford my anxiety meds, much less birth control. I have no autonomy thanks to Sidney and OU Outpatient Surgery. Blessed be the fruit.

I have always had great experience with the surgery center. This review is for the very lazy valet service. I have been at the hospital for about a week my wife is admitted. I have used the valet at outpatient and so have several guests who have visited my wife. They just dont move, you pull up and they just look at you. You need to go in and go up to them and ask them to help you. Very lazy valet at outpatient. Maybe someone should supervise them a little. I have been coming to the ou health complex for almost 3 years now and have always had great valet service at the Stephenson center. But I was very upset with how I saw the valet treated the patients at outpatient.
