Everytime I go in they are very friendly and the doctor actually care about their patients. It's not a five minute visit whereas some places. I live this location!

The front desk ladies are very unprofessional. They booked my appointment on MLK Day which would have been fine except they were closed. About 2 months ago it took me over a week and 3 trips up there to get a copy of my foster child's shot records. They said give them 48 hours but then they didn't have it, TWICE. Another time I called because we were running behind, she said that's fine, then when we got there 10 minutes late they would not see us. I believe that they treat us badly because we are a foster family on Soonercare. Just for Kids Pediatric is down the street and their front office girls are younger, but more professional than the mean ol' bitties at this clinic.
