Good doctors and good staff

I have not had a good experience with this office. I sat in the room for the dr for a long while and listened to Dr Guatam’s nurses down talking patients and talking about how they didn’t want to do their job when it came to calling them back on the phone because “they had already spent too much time on this one patient”. It is very unprofessional and I’m not sure I will be back because of hearing what I heard today. When you or your insurance pay a lot of money to be seen at a cardiologist office it is not professional for the staff to be downing the patients where other patients can hear. Not happy with this practice and I hope someone reaches out to me about it.
