I’ve been to this ER three times. Never again. Nurse Myka in the Emergency Room was horrible her attitude is trash. She treated my daughter as if she was a liar regarding her pain. (She suffers from migraines). The concierge is trash. Security just sit and watch the unprofessionalism. Will start sending complaints to the board of nursing and medicine. That place need improvements.

My husband had a very positive experience here tonight at the ER. He was in and out very quickly, the staff and PA were extremely nice and compassionate. Most importantly I’m glad they understand there are still people who truly have pain that need treatment and relief from it! He never goes to the doctor and never takes meds, I’m very relieved that when he actually did need to go he went to a hospital where he had a positive experience because if he hadn’t I probably wouldn’t have been able to get him to go again. Thank you Mercy and the staff for taking such good care of my husband tonight and for giving him the relief he so desperately needed after hurting his back! Highly recommend them! :)

I had to give 1 star to leave a review or they wouldn't have even got that!!!! Horrible experience....no one in that ER cared...except for the girl collecting money!!! Which is all they seemed to care about.....the nurses attitudes are horrible!!! The nurse stuck her glove, covered in blood, in the drawer searching for a blood vial and touching many other things in the process that are going to be used on the next patient....disgusting!! After we left 5 hours later...with no results...just a bill...I call back up to get advice on what to do next and was hung up on!!!! Go anywhere but here if you have an actual medical emergency because you will leave with the same medical emergency and 5 hours of bad attitude that they will charge you thousands of dollars for!!!!!

They were great when I was there in August. I have a chronic medical condition which flares up occasionally. They admitted me quickly, got in touch with my doctor back home in Arkansas, and provided treatment. I was able to resume my business the next day and finish my work in OKC thanks to them.

Apparently, the young lady who injected my IV had no previous experience. She blew out the first vein, blood was dripping on the floor, then blew out the second vein, but then wiggled it around until blood finally started seeping blood. I'm shaking in my shoes wishing for it to be over. Her supervisor didn't seem very concerned that she was making such drastic mistakes and that I was in pretty bad pain from having my veins blown out. I would have been more than happy to have gone to another hospital if they did not have the professional staff on Duty to perform services. Here is a picture of both of my arms 3 days after getting an IV from Mercy Emergency Room. So basically they injured me before they assisted me with my original emergency. Beware of untrained staff.

Most of the staff are friendly and many physicians have a great bedside manner. I have encountered several EMTs or paramedics on staff who don't seem to care about/for the patients and seem to have negative attitudes towards the patients, hospital, and their jobs. Otherwise, I think Mercy Hospital has a great Emergency Department.

Absolutely the worst ER experience and Customer service. Waited in the emergency room for 4.5 hours and then wife simply received a sonogram and was charged 3k dollars. After trying to fight the charge (which I was willing to pay, just not that price) they told me that they could put me into contact with financial services if I could not afford the charge. They also told me that they were sorry that I was so young and didn’t understand the experience of an emergency room and the costs accosiated. Never received a phone call from the finance department after 5 calls and and 20+ emails. The most unprofessional provider I have ever seen. Would be very skeptical to let a company which provides medical services perform something on you or a loved one when they can’t even get the billing/finance portion of the job completed correctly. Again, the most unprofessional medical service provider I have ever experienced, and will not only never bring myself or a loved one to this hospital or doctors office but will be dropping my wife’s doctor who performs through this organization.
