Went in two weeks ago for abdominal pain, nausea and loose bowels. The abdominal pain was very intense and this had been going for a while until I went in when I started throwing up. I was told insurance would cover everything. The only thing they did was take a urine sample to test for pregnancy and then send me home with strong pain meds that ended up not helping. I went in last night because nothing had improved and was getting worse and now I was seeing worms in my stool. Which I had pictures of. The kept asking questions relating only to pinworms, checked only for pinworms, did not do anything relating to any other type of parasite. Then checked urine for infection and said well since you don’t have an infection you’re fine, go home. With another medication prescription for pain meds. They also took my blood but did not check it because the urine sample was fine. I’m beyond mad that they refused to listen to me that I know what’s normal for me and this is not normal. They refused to give me anything for deworming or even check for other intestinal parasites. To top it off, apparently the insurance does not cover everything like I was told because now I have a 2000+ bill just for the one visit that was just over two weeks ago.

I have heard nothing but good stuff about this place. This is a first-class hospital, and if you are needing to go to a hospital, this is an excellent place to go. The staff is knowledgeable and caring, they know how to take care of you with compassion and courtesy. The place is always neat and clean, and it doesn't have that really bad Hospital smell you get some places.

My sister fainted and i had to rush her to the hospital around 2am in the morning and i just had to express how much i appreciated the staff that were working tonight they all went above and beyond didnt half fast there job were so kind ! This one women in the Emergency Room stood out to me! She’s amazing! Her name was Brittany power to you all for doing such an amazing job i know ur job aint so easy but know you are appreciated!

Ok I have had several outpatient and hospital surgeries here in the last 3 years. More than I ever care to have in a life time! I am 3 year breast cancer survivor. I have herniated cervic disc 5-6-7. Pain so bad it literally knocks the air out of me. So I am here today for injections to kill the nerves for relief of pain. I was here on time and the check in went great. I go back to be checked into a room and was informed no rooms available! I would have to wait for 20 30 minutes. Living in pain is awful and frustrating and can cause you to act out of character. Plus i haven't eaten or drink anything for over 14 hrs now. I got nothing nice to say right now!

My Great Grandmother, Billie Barnes, was almost killed in this hospital. WHAT A DISGRACE!!! My Great Grandmother told me her hand was fine, until she went into Integris Southwest. One of the doctors gave her a needle shot, and caused one of the veins in her hand to pop open, later her hand was purple. That was just the beginning! They stuck a medical device in her hand, wasn't hooked up to a machine or anything! It gets worse! As I was saying, a medical device got put in her hand, later then, blood spewed everywhere! SO HORRIBLE!!! They said that the blood spewing part was my Great Grandmother's fault! TWO WORDS: THEY LIE!!!

My 90 year old Father was admitted through the emergency room. He received excellent care from ALL departments. Physicians, Nurse's & even the ancillary departments.

Such quick and friendly people I've been to the ER at Integris a few times and they are always fast efficient friendly and can always find out what's going on with me. Truly a great hospital.
