Went in for chest pain, treated as though I was crazy or an addict. I was relieved to find out it was not a heart attack but was released still in severe pain. I get to spend the rest of my weekend having pain while breathing until I can see my doctor to get real answers on Monday.

My elderly Father had go to the Integris Moore Community hospital yesterday because of a fall. The Nurse was lacking bedside manners and experience. She referred to him as The OLD Man and tried to belittle us why we were there, while asking question. She then tried to correct his IV without gloves and ripped the tape off his arm causing him pain. Didn't seem to know how to get a UA sample either. On the other hand the DR who saw him was great.

Went for very high blood pressure at 11 pm. Treated me like I have a mental problem, said my pressure was normal, talked about me as if I weren't in the room and sent me home after 5 minutes and checking my pressure once. My daughter who is an RN and the director of the Hemophilia Clinic for the state of Texas was visiting and took my pressure when I got home. It was 207/108. I realized their cuff was broken in the room I was in. It only blew up for 5 seconds. This "hospital" is contractors and only USES the Integris name. They cannot compare scans or see any records from the real Integris hospitals. Very misleading!

Had to go to ER this morning due to a Lupus and RA flare. Absolutely wonderful staff from the front desk to the nursing to physician. Saw complete teamwork amongst the staff as well, and made sure that my care was a priority. Highly recommend over any other ER that I have had to go to.

After trying for days to get into see a doctor during an IC flare I finally visited to get some relief. They did everything they could to get me comfortable until I’m able to visit a specialist. They were so kind and attentive I appreciate their time and care.
