Staff was so friendly we got rite in all the nurses & doctor was great. The doctor had my husbands shoulder popped back in place in no time. Start to finish we were in there an hour

Labeled a Hospital but is only a large emergency room

My boyfriend was there Monday for back pain. To rule out kidney stones they immediately went to a CAT scan versus a cheaper ultrasound. That bill is going to suck. On top of that, the urgent care that referred us to emergency room said he would need an IV for dehydration from all the puking. I asked the nurse and she said no, if it was 24 hours then we would talk. Also, he was in a hypertensive crisis with his blood pressure in the urgent care. His blood pressure was still high in the emergency room and they didn’t do anything about it. And they didn’t ask how long he needed on his work excuse and released him the next day. My boyfriend has a physical job and needed a couple more days. Fast forward to 4 days later...he is currently in the same urgent care about to be referred to emergency room (definitely different one) for high blood pressure that wasn’t even addressed at this location. Money pit and didn’t really do much for us.

Extremely nice people, from the fest to the room. Had taken care of and in and out fast. Definitely going to be my and my family’s go to. Thank you Dr. Daus Mahnke.

really love this hospital they gave my mother really good treatment and treated her like family the Doctors and the nurses and the lovely ladies up front are amazing !!!!!!!!

Don't ever walk behind the second e.r. door without seeing if your insurance is covered. I was walked back, vitals taken, then lady comes in, asks insurance, and one ins. they didn't work with. I said then I'm leaving, she says it won't matter you'll still be billed because you're back here. I couldn't believe it!! I walked out and Dr. And hospital billed me almost 1000. I'm fighting it. We'll see.

The ladies up front are nice but i had fallen couldnt walk was never offered a wheelchair and my pain was like a 9 told me take some tylenol and didnt even wrap it. Its swollen and bruised and then tried to say something about about not giving pain medicine unless your bones are broken, which oddly my boyfriend was written some two weeks prior without broken bones. I dont care about the pills but dont treat me like an idiot

You should not call yourself a "hospital" if you are not able to care for true medically ill patients. It is no fun to wait so long to be seen and then be told that you cannot take care of me and transfer me out of my community. Call yourself an urgent care if you dont have the equipment and staff to take care of "hospital" patients.

Lack empathy, doctors dont seem to have knowledge, seems to rush you, if the obvious symptoms aren’t there they wont treat you, yet theyll send you a bill as if they did. Go to one of the larger ERs may take longer but you’ll probably get better care!

My wife called an ambulance bc I was bedridden for 5 days for severe chronic pain of the hip and knee...neither one of us Drive bc of medical issues. After being seen gothe Dr. stated that he wasn't sure but maybe bursitis...the attending male nurse came in and asked me how I was getting home. I told him I would have to call a taxi..the only taxi service closed its doors last week so I was basically stuck and still in chronic pain. He just berated me and said I should've planned better and to watch more TV news and I would've known about the taxi business closing. I think I was treated like so much trash while being in pain. I still do not know the source of pain or the remedy. Do yourselves a favor and bypass this facility.

I went in for a bad ankle injury. Was told it was just a sprain. So because pain hadn't subdued went to pcp. He did an x-ray and pulled my records from the hospital which showed a crack and hairline fracture. Hospital never contacted me to tell me this. Other then that employees where nice. ***Update I filled that out the day I left this review. ***

I went after a bad car accident to get checked out. Had a concussion and my passanger had several cuts and burns. They spent more time hustling us for money than they did checking us over I ended up cleaning his cuts and burns at home. I will never go back and I am filing a formal complaint.

Went in for toothache that has lasted 2 days. Was given nothing but 2 ultram and a prescription for antibiotics. Didn't solve toothache... will probably have to go to another hospital er for a numbing shot in gums so I can finally get some sleep after being up 2 consecutive days...
