If you expect any sort of competence from the front desk to simply get an appointment, you will be disappointed. I called twice and was told I had an appointment... when i called to confirm I was told I had no appointments. It's a total clown show. Can't say anything about the Dr's because their incompetent scheduling team can't handle iCal.

I am a patient, and I work in another provider's office. This is an excellent facility! They treat all their patients with the utmost respect. I was surprised with the 2.5 stars rating. It's hard to find a psychiatrist at all in this area, so having a nice facility with very qualified providers is a boon to the city of Edmond. I highly recommend Integrated Psychiatry! Dr. Ruth Seaman is so devoted to her trade; I know I am receiving the best care in the entire state.

I planned on making an appointment, but others say that the office staff is rude. That is unacceptable for a business where they help people like me, who need to see smiling faces and be greeted with kindness and understanding. People who treat me poorly makes me feel like it's MY fault that they act like that. It's not my fault. It's theirs. It sounds these staff members needs to be let go and replaced by FRIENDLY people-persons!

The women that handle the administrative end of this office are annoyed with life. They have so many signs on the front glass telling you “what not to do” that at first I thought it was a joke. As it turns out it’s not. Do not attempt to speak to one of them, because they will not acknowledge you until you fill out a business sized card at the front desk first. Mind the “do not touch glass” sign, even if you need a pen to sign the card with. You may actually warrant a verbal or physical greeting, and that is just not something they are willing to do without poor body language or an eye roll. Phone disrespect is taken to an entire new level. I dare you to ask a question about an appointment or bill. The tone and voice inflections will quickly remind you that YOU are here for them. Mrs. Robyn Cowperthwaite was fine to work with, but the group up front was bad enough that we changed the Doctor we used. I did have a conversation with her about the behavior of her staff, but after the audible annoyance heard in her voice over having to deal with yet another complaint about her team, it was clear where the behavior was learned. I would recommend going another direction, but please try it yourself. Enjoy the signs on the glass…

I can’t express how thankful I am for Dr. Molina. She helped me recognize addictive and destructive ways I was coping with my anxiety and depression. She took the time to listen to me and actually find medications that worked and weren’t just quick fixes. Without her I truly think I would have dove straight into drug abuse and further depression. I recommend her without any hesitation

Dr Molina is an amazing psychiatrist who takes a personal investment in her clients. She views her patients as patients not a number.... I've spent hours in her office discussing my difficult case brainstorming and researching with an open mind also thinking from a multidisciplinary view point. I am a disabled get who's struggled for nearly a decade to find the right team of doctors to help me with my conditions Dr Molina and her referrals have helped me tremendously worth the wait in the office knowing she cares and isn't one to watch the clock and push you out the door so she can pad her pockets.

Always feel welcomed and comfortable here. Doctors are skilled, caring, and passionate about helping their patients. Some older reviews report an unhelpful front desk staff; in my experience, this seems to have changed, as they always seem warm and friendly as well as being helpful with scheduling appointments, refilling prescriptions, etc.

I love this Dr and this office! Dr Molina is so caring and knowledgeable ! The staff has always been very respectful and courteous every time I have come in. After a long search it is nice to have finally found a psychiatrist that 'gets it' and an office that cares!

Lain !

Abysmal. Don't get me wrong, the doctor I saw there was the best I've ever had, but the staff clearly does not have his passion. I call in numerous prescription requests and their claim is that they never received them. They processed my insurance incorrectly several times and claimed I simply wasn't covered, not knowing I was on the phone with my provider as they said that. I had terrible trouble getting appointments with my pychiatrists. They don't send my doctor my messages. Then they told me to call 911 when I had suicidal thoughts, when I just wanted to talk to my dcotor. It's an absolute shame, as this doctor truly gave me hope. I just knew I'd get better under his care. Unfortunately his staff is literally playing with my life, and they get to go home and ignore me for the rest of the day, while I continue to go through antidepressant and benzo withdrawal. If you have a serious mental condition, please go elsewhere. I've had friends who have dealt with the same issue with this group, so it seems to be the standard.
