Welcoming receptionists, staff, nurse,and physician. Communicated effectively with me, which is often not the case since I’m deaf in one ear and wear hearing aid in the other. I must see the speaker’s face to “hear”. Dr Taylor introduced himself with a handshake and eye contact—I appreciate that. Didn’t use the computer in the exam room— I appreciate the eye contact and full attention when I’m telling my history and symptoms. The staff didn’t waste my time with unrelated data collection, such as height, weight, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rates. Summary: this appointment with this physician was just what I needed and had been looking for. Competent. Caring. Communicative. My only difficulty was locating the office. The clinic is inside of the McBride hospital, not a free-standing building. I couldn’t find street signs or building signs for the clinic. I may have missed them.

I want to say I met DOC.TAYLOR for the frist time on may 9,19 i love his demeanor &he was so nice, he took out time w me that made me feel like he cared about me. I hope we have a long road together. happy i found him.&his Nurse Lindsey is so nice& care 2! They truly care& that means a lot how sick Im.
