I had an amazing experience at Alliance Health Birth Center !!! Firstly I want to say how much I appreciate Dr. Hawkins, and the easy fast birth I had because of her :) . Each and every one of my nurses were phenomenal. I am 19 years old, and a first time mother. My nurses were always there, on time, and were always aware of my current status. They helped me with any, and every question that I had, and even when I didn’t ask they made sure I knew what I needed to know. I could go on about the woman that helped me before, durning, and after birth but I want to take the time to thank each of you . Thank you for the wonderful first time experience that will last me a life time ! Again , thank you Stephanie, Marcia, Melissa, and Shelly . You women I am so grateful for , you made my experience over the top. I am forever blessed to have had the help I had .

I had a procedure performed at this hospital on August 1st by Dr. Hinojosa. He and the staff at the hospital were amazing. In particular my nurses James and Patrice, the anesthesiologist Dr. Patel, and Kelly at Registration. I was a bit nervous but they all made me feel so comfortable and assured that I was in the best hands. I had such a great experience thanks to this team :)

Admitting needs to get more organized. I was the only person waiting while they were sitting around talking. They never did call me so I had to go ask when they were going to get to me. I had two test done and was there for half the day. Ridiculous. Never again will I come to this hospital.

Normally the Docter's come in the room and talks a few minutes and leaves.,but this Docter just walks in stays 2 mins.not enough time for no one to ask any questions. He did this everytime. I recently had a sleep study done here. I'm not sure if her name was Marion or Mary Ann (I was very nervous and had to be at work the next morning). Mind you, the sleep study was because my sleep...well... sucks! Immediately, she made me comfortable telling me just what to expect, being so sweet and convincing me that she was there "for me". I had to push my call button twice that night. Her response both times..."I'll be right there" (and she was). Crazy as it sounds, I had my best night's sleep in a long time that night. She's awesome. Room and hospital were very clean. From registration to testing to checkout... very professional, attentive and caring folks!

I was at this hospital on 9/24/19 and had to stay overnight unfortunately. The room I was brought to was 7742 and was very impressed how clean and fresh it was. Having been to other hospitals this is not always the case. The morning before my discharge my housekeeper Kamlie which was a very nice young lady and cleaned the room. She has such a sweet demeanor and caring soul showing much concern while she did her job. I told her if I could afford it she’d be my personal housekeeper she such a jewel. Thank you for your time I just want to let you know you have a great employee.

I was seen at Alliance Health Midwest on 10/8/19. I was greeted by reception staff and they were all EXCELLENT! I was then transferred back to radiology for my appointment. Casey was my ultrasound tech and she was FANTASTIC. I was nervous but she made me feel at ease and very comfortable. She talked me through my appointment and was very thorough and gentle. Dr Hawkins delivered both of my girls and preformed my tubal ligation and she was incredible. Very easy to talk to and actually cares. I recommend her to all of my female friends and family. My labor nurse Elizabeth was a literal angel, she made me feel so strong and empowered. My surgery nurses were also amazing! Nyree & Michelle! I will be forever thankful for this staff and facility❤️

If I could give fewer than 0 stars I would. Worst experience EVER. There were only a couple of nurses that made my stay half-way bearable. They messed up my medications and gave me only part of them and at the wrong times. They caused me to start opioid pain medication withdrawals by not letting me take my own prescription, insisting on giving me them only part of the time I was hospitalized. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to my worst enemy or their pet.

The staff was very friendly & considerate. Jodi & Jacob in the emergency room provided great service. Luda on the 7th floor explained & provided info about the medication I was taking. Jacory , Curtis, Imelda & Brittany on the 7th floor were wonderful in taking care of my medical needs. Jamie made sure I understood the menu & would remind me to order what I wanted. The kitchen staff was terrific in providing quality food. Also Lindsey Moore, Dr Patel & Darrel the scrub tech made sure I understood what was going on before my surgery & were ready & willing to answer any questions I had. My whole experience at Alliance Health was pleasant & I would definitely choose this facility in the future if need be.

Took my friend to Midwest city Regional and she was very well taken care of by Tami who was a Paramedic and Kenzie who is a nurse and these ladies were absolutely amazing to her. A lot of bad reviews were made on the maps and I will say a lot of the reviews were made by butt hurt people who don’t here something they like so they write bad reviews but let me tell you this. I love this hospital. I had one bad experience in my entire life regarding my son and it’s not at all the hospital that’s a bad place. It’s the doctors and nurses you get. There really are amazing doctors and nurses here and the bad experiences I have had don’t even work here anymore. They really do care about their patients and their problems. I give these ladies 5 stars and more if I could not only because they took good care of my friend but because they have care and love for her and were very respectful and caring for her situation that she had going on. I will continue to come here because I really do trust these doctors and nurses with my life and the lives of my loved ones. Don’t read the bad reviews. They were years ago and they really have stepped up their game over those years.

Cheryl the Hygienist was thorough, gentle and did not even have my eyes water one time! (Watering eyes- prelude to crying!) Excellent place to have your standard dental care executed! Plus they have the trains!

I was leery about Midwest City hospital I know some people that had some treatments that want good .My doctor is great Dr.kumar . He performed a total right knee replacement on July 29th 2019 and it was one of the very best care.. My nurses Lisa DE Kathy Tammy Becky Barbara Melanie Emily Farah. And Becky in pre op you ladies are wonderful thank you so much for the great care they made sure I wasn't in pain I didn't have to bother them they quickly came with my medication They helped me get comfortable they brought me water all the time and ice And the hospital was clean it was just a wonderful experience from what I had seen in Midwest City before so please come back to Midwest City hospital because I think you will be pleasantly surprised they are working very hard and you can tell to make it a better place thank you Midwest City Hospital sincerely marcella

Just had a 6 day stay, no one wants to stay in a hospital, especially on their birthday but the Drs, nurses, even the vampires (lab) were friendly. They tried their best to keep me comfortable and up to date as much as they could.

I would like to thank the nurses in the Cath Prep Recovery Team. They were so nice and very polite. Each one of them always had a smile on there face when they came in my room. They checked on me and my family to see if we was doing ok or needed anything. When I came out of the Cath lab I was hurting And they helped me from not thinking about hurting. They all went beyond makeing me feel so comfortable. I have never had that experience in a hospital before. They are great nurses. Came in for mastitis and it turned out that I had a sepsis infection. While the doctor was nice, he was not particularly knowledgeable on breast infections and had to seek further medical advice from trained ob/gyn’s. I’ve been in the ICU for almost two days now. I was promised a private room today but apparently the ER patients always come first before the ICU patients. I’m new to the MWC area and have only lived here for about a month and a half, I shouldn’t have gone against my better judgment and should’ve gone to Integris Baptist.

I was nervous about delivering here because it is a small facility, I see Dr.Hawkins through Alliance Health Women’s Clinic and when I tell you all the nurses I had during my 12 hour labor experience and care after were awesome! Very caring, supportive, and informative. I feel so comfortable here as a patient from all the areas of care I have received! Nurse Sherri took care of me and was teaching me along the way about my body, the process, and everything going on! Shelbi was also very helpful and informative as well!

There needs to be an option for 0 stars, because this hospital does not even deserve one. I was so upset to visit my cousin who is very sick at the moment. Just walking into the hospital it looks like it is ready to close. It is dirty and there is trash everywhere as if housekeeping is non existent there. I wish I had taken pictures. This here is just the beginning of my complaints. I will say that the nurse and the techs at the time I was there were great, but the rest of the staff were terrible. The doctors were clueless to my cousin's treatment or situation in general. They wanted to discharge her without any home care instructions or concern of her state. The doctor’s bedside manner was terrible. If it wasn't for my cousin asking the doctors to actually look at her wound, they would have not and even then they barely got close to her. This hospital is a dirty, old, empty hospital. I pray my cousin or anyone I know never has to return to such a disgraceful place.

Today I had a mammogram at Alliance Health Midwest, and I had an excellent experience. Cindy checked me in and was very prompt and cordial. She had all the forms ready, and it took very little time to handle the paper work. I had very little wait time. Jackie, the tech who administered my mammogram was very professional but also very friendly and put me at ease immediately. She answered all my questions and hope I will see her again next year.

I was on vacation in oklahoma and had a blood clot in my leg, I got transferred here from a small hospital. They did nothing for me here to help me in any way, and I was left unattended for hours at a time. Do not go here and especially do not let a child go here.

Kamlie is a great housekeeper and much more she not only cleaned her room but helped her to the restroom on more than one occasion. She also helped her to sit up straight in the bed when she was slumped over trying to eat. She is very professional and kind! Great worker!

My care was great when I arrived with my broken leg, the nursing care and operating Dr did awesome! The problem was the attending hospitalist. They kept me an extra day I was told I was leaving Saturday they did not discharge me until Sunday they also told me that I was to contact my Dr that did the operation for a follow up visit and when I called after discharge to do that I was told that I have to follow up with my primary care physician not them. So I was told different things I was not given the medication that I was on while I was there and tried to call the hospital to get that changed and never received a phone call back. Very disappointed in this hospital!!!!

Jeremy Bridges is always helpful and pleasant. I had busy day and missed his taco salad that is tasty and he whipped me up a special burger and loaded fries. With a huge smile close to close.
