The front desk staff is awful. They're slow to respond to voicemails. My chart doesn't allow me to book appointments because I get an error saying that I can't schedule in that time frame even though I select a range of weeks. I tried booking my annual physical with blood work and the front desk girl kept giving me times late in the morning even though I need to fast for the blood work. She acted like it was impossible to find anything in the next several months earlier than 10:30am. I went there to pick up a prescription the other day and it was closed with no sign on the door - an hours before they were supposed to close. Great doctors. Slacking front desk staff. Update: I called in advance to make sure the office wouldn't close early today. Julie at the front desk just kept telling me that she can't promise me that the office will be open by the time I get there. She kept saying that instead of telling me she will find out for me. I'm an administrative assistant and don't get to make decisions but would never just tell someone that. I'd get an answer for that person instead of telling that person she has a shot in the dark. I just wanted to know if someone will stay after a few minutes later if the last 4:30 appointment ends before 5pm since I was already driving from work to get to the office. I had to get angry with her for her to find the answer out for me. I was not going to hang up the phone and just hope the office would be open after driving so far. If the reason behind closing earlier than the posted times is because there aren't enough doctors in the office right now, maybe update the hours to opens at TBA and closes at TBA since that's the case. I'm change physicians.

The worst voicemail ever: our office is now closed... So? When does it open then? No office hours on the voicemail. Google says you are open since 7.30 it is already 8 and I get the same thing.

I have always received great care from Dr. Sheridan. She always takes the time to answer questions and never gives you the feeling she is rushing you out.

Evidently they haven't gotten any better the the previous reviews....And shockingly they are not accepting any new patients. Amazing...I recently moved here and I live within a mile of this office and they are not accepting new patients.

Dr. Sheridan and Dr. Beiter have always been so helpful, responsive and respectful. My husband and I been with them for several years now. They never have made us wait when we arrive for appointments, are good listeners and work with you rather than dictate to you. Today I called at 11:30 a.m because my husband has a spider bite that is concerning. They were able to get him in right away with a 2:45 appointment. We come across town from Wyoming to this practice because they and the front office staff are so accommodating.

I have been coming to this practice for over twenty years, the two doctors that I deal with Moore and Weisketal know what there doing and are pretty decent. The manager is the worst arrogant piece of garbage I have ever seen in my life. She does not know how to run an office proof by the phones take ten to fifteen minutes to be answered , the people on the staff that answer the phone are not too bright I think it's time to find a different doctor since they don't want to do anything about there staff.

Physician was pleasant but did not take much time in evaluating our health. We found out later he was prescribing medications that should not be taken together. There are better choices in the Cincinnati area. Office staff member said most of them aren't happy there because of the Office Manager.

Our Doctor of 30yrs retired and we were of Medicare age and doctorless! Dr Sheridan and Robin Schuckman took my husband and I on as new patients. We cannot be happier. Robin was thorough and sharp during her initial exam. Dr Sheridan was also and very pleasant in demeanor. I could talk openly and easily with both. They took the time to listen...which I feel is a great attribute in a doctor and nurse practitioner We are both so happy we were able to get in. We have found the staff to be pleasant and competent.

Most of the staff are great, but If they offer to schedule your appointment with Patrick Beiter, I highly advise you to request another doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Messer for 10 years. She is the most incredible Dr. ever. She cares about me as a person, she always listens and shares her thought process with me. Since I have joined the practice my entire family and a couple of my friends have followed. My sister was one of Dr. Messer 's patients. She cried along side of me when my sister passed away.

Since they became Tri health everything about this practice has gone downhill. They used the be good docs and a friendly practice. Now you can’t even make an appt. it’s just about profits and his much your insurance will pay. I was on hold 10 minutes before the rude person answering the phone told me they were all booked and no interest in helping me to see anyone. She said I could call back Sat morning at 8:30 to try and get an appt between 8:30-11. I asked why I needed to wait again tomorrow morning for someone to answer the phone since I already waited 10 minutes just to get anyone to answer their phone this morning? Apparently it’s a free for all on Sat. If you’re ever sick, don’t plan on being able to see your doc for 5 days!!! Last time I was sick I was forced to see the nurse who made a misdiagnosis and I had to go to an urgent care to see someone after I left there. Corporate greed is all it’s about there now! No interest in your health.

Total mess since they left Madeira and became Trihealth. More concerned with profits than care, I'm very aware that's the goal of business and that's fine but the best doctors offices understand how to walk the line. Also over the course of 15 years of care Dr. Weiskittel was literally not on time ONCE for an appointment, I've sat in waiting rooms for over an hour for scheduled appointments. Run the other way folks, or just read the other reviews.

Excellent doctors, HORRIBLE office environment. It's not their fault, it's TriHealth's. There are too many patients and too few doctors and too little time to see them. You used to be able to make a call that something was wrong, get seen relatively quickly (same day or next), have the doctor triage you or take immediate care, etc. Now TriHealth has geared everything toward using online services to do all of the work yourself. What's worse is that if you do have a problem (Example: toe nail falling off and possibly getting infected), the "front desk staff" of recent "college" graduates with nearly no experience and working near minimum wage will do whatever the computer says, including scheduling you week(s) out for important problems. I would say avoid the place, but the doctors are wonderful; they are simply being controlled by TriHealth to maximize profits at the expense of patient care. If there is ever a class action lawsuit, I'm IN! I LOVE the doctors (very much); HATE the corporation that is screwing them and us over. Where else are you going to turn, though? TriHealth is buying up everything and everyone they can so you don't have much of a choice except for Group Health Associates-related doctors, and those are just as bad in terms of being eaten up by the "best in care" medical corporations. Funny how every corporation has data to prove they are "best in care". That says a lot.

I have had good experiences with Dr. Weiskittel and Dr. Sheridan, but Dr. Schwendemann is a very mediocre doctor. He does not listen, he is dismissive, he rushes through the appointment and is never particularly happy to see or serve you. Do not see this doctor unless you have the most basic of concerns.
