Wonderful, kind and generous staff. More helpful than Boardman St. E’s by a LONGSHOT. I’m only giving four stars though because I had to wait for 6 hours panicking about my boyfriend because he was extremely unwell. Worth the wait for important and useful information. Wonderful customer service for checking up on us every once in a while. You don’t see that often.

Went to Er at 5:00pm today waited 3 hours to be brought back. At almost 8pm taken to a room. I sat in the room over 2 hours not a nurse janitor doctor nobody came in talked or even looked in my direction. Dr. Amanda Mason finally decides to grace me with her presence and says ok let me see the abscess on your back i said your kidding it on my lower left side front she the begins to push me forward to look at my back again. She then said i dont think i want to see you as a patient i want a new patient and walked out of the room nothing else said. But treat them bad and your ignored and told now you can wait longer.
