Construction has been going on so long its horrible. Sitting in a room trying to talk to your doctor and hearing nothing but bangs. Sigh...also getting moved from one waiting room to another is pretty horrible. And the VA knows you're going to be waiting so long you can read a book! Feel like just a number. No pharmacy No same day (heck sometimes same month)

I am sure there are times when things don't go the way we planned,but over all,I am happy with the staff and treatment given at the Mansfield VA. I have never waited more than 10 minutes an am usually out within a half hr. I always waited at least 20 to 30 minutes at an outside Dr. This facility gets a 5 star from me and I would have to see them privatize.

I'm a healthcare provider. I called in to ask a simple question, in order to provide care to one of our patients who is a veteran. After a lengthy hold time, the "gentleman" who answered was rude and condescending. Either reduce employee stress by hiring more vets to help at your facility, or revisit the soul purpose of your mission, so as they remember how to be respectful. I am not a veteran, but I will stand to say that those who are, who may call in, do not deserve to be treated in such a way.

I have had no problems here, except for today. I was looking for a same day appointment because of a upper respiratory infection. but was informed they will call back within 24 hrs. So there you have it for the same day appointment concept. I am have a high risk for meningitis because of my CFS leakage do to my service connected injury, I now have to go to urgent care to be treated. so I can be able to fill a prescription before to pharmacy closes.

Great service, I know theres a wait but people need to understand that this place is kinda under staff. But the people I go see like Tish Clark & Dr. Osorio are the best. They are 2 of the people that make this VA awesome to go to.

I arrived at the front desk at 1315 for a 1330 appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby I had to approach the front desk to inquire about the wait. After much confusion, I was led back to someone who could start the paperwork process. I inquired if a 45 minute wait is standard for this facility and was informed that when they are busy this is the case. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment only to wait 45 mins to do standard paperwork. This is another example of government efficiency. They have no problem wasting your time and there is absolutely no accountability for screw-ups. Government is not the solution to the problem.............Government is the problem. If you have the choice go somewhere else.
