I have had Dr. Frank Cebul III ever since I was a baby. I have seen other doctors here as well. Including surgeons. Yes the wait may be long, but this is because they actually care and listen to you. LOVE this place as well as the doctors. I recommend it 100 times over

I had a good Doctor @ the clinic and they moved him to Cleveland! Then they had me see a nurse practitioner, not good! So I found a new Doctor and in order for me to get MY RECORDS THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THEM? The records are mine, they got paid every time I went in to see them! Why do I have to pay to get my records? Will never use Cleveland Clinic if I have anything to say about it!

I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. All these doctors want to do is send you for scans and tests over and over. Writing out prescriptions for anything and everything. They are just out to make money. Cant give straight answers. Stay clear of this place unless you like staying sick and like being in debt with no answers.

I've tried to remain positive for 10 years. Like most of Wooster doctors this is just a wack job place that doesnt listen, outs yiu down and give you pills you dont need with side affects. My sons pediatrician and her husband were the only good doctors in this town Dana Schmidt and Dr Strong are amazing and kind.

I'm tired of physicians a nd nurse practitioners listening to the FDA instead if their patients. I happen to be in tune with my own body. I know that I need antibiotics. I'm going to have to make an appointment with my regular physician or come back tomorrow if I can't get in with her. This was a total waiste of my time. I'm glad I recently got put on United Healthcare. If I wasn't I would refuse to pay for this visit. I'm not down with being a guessing game. There us no way to really tell if it is a virus or an infection unless they don't culture. Of course no culture was done. I don't think that is a standard they look up to any more. This maybe why the USA is ranked 38th on the list for countries with the best healthcare.

Wooster Hospital and Cleveland clinic are ran by the same doctors. The doctors are just out to make money. All they ever want to do is run tests and scans. They never have answers to questions just more and more scans and tests. I ended up finding a new doctor 2 1/2 hours away and finally got answers and my health is where is should be. I am finally feeling good. I had nothing that Wooster and Cleveland Clinic tried saying i had. If i would have kept going here they would have killed me by now. Learn to put the patient first and not your wallets.

I have had excellent help every time health care has been required. When I needed a world renown surgeon, we had miracle makers like Dr Kline and Dr Moon in 2011, Dr Benzel in 2012. When I needed advise and help with any health subject I have had Dr Velasquez FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS WE HAVE ALWAYS CALLED CLEVELAND CLINIC!

Dr Bursley is an egomaniac who told me I'd fail a drug screen because I used CBD oil, then said he needed to run a full tox screen because "they could be lacing that with any drug" and "where do you even find drugs like that?". Sigh. So ignorant. I found it at a natural drug store. He accused me of being a drug user and even when I told him repeatedly that it isn't illegal or even an intoxicant, he held his position. Ridiculous! But he's still less ridiculous than Greg Barton. Such a princess! Petty af. Largest most fragile ego I've ever encountered. Simply nauseating.

My wife and I took our 4 day old baby to Dr Meissa Seifried she was rude to my wife spent 5 mintues with us said Kyrie was under weight which he is a small baby but despite that he's healthy. So my wife and I talked and decided to switch doctors so I cancelled our appointments and told them we got a different doctor. They called my wife four times she said she was not coming in and so the called 911 and had the police department do a well being check on him. The doctor was very rude from the start maybe cause we looked like crap after being in the hospital all weekend maybe cause I have tattoos or hey maybe cause shes black and I'm white w tatoos so we must be bad parents? Don't k ow the answer but I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Melissa Seifried . I could understand had we done something all we did was pick a different doctor because she was very rude to my wife. I wish I could attach a picture of my beautiful wife and happy baby boy so you could see just how outlandish this truly was.

My doctor was great. Then she was no longer under my insurance. I dealt with that and switched to another doctor. This doctor, imo, was prescription happy. Instead of dealing with the problem she just wanted to treat the symptoms. Don't be fooled by your bill. I went to their "urgent care" several months ago. Since then, I have received NUMEROUS bills even up until this month for new things for which now they are saying my insurance did not cover. Mind you, my bill shows that I do not owe anything else. I will not refer anyone to this place. I will not ever go to them again. Once we are done with this bill, I never want to hear of this place again. The hours were great but they are not comparable to the amount of hours I spend on hold with them trying to get their lackluster customer service to take care of something. Disgusted and disappointed.

Concerning the phlebotomist in the blood lab. I wish I would have got names, unfortunately i didn't. I was very disappointed in the immaturity and lack of professionalism shown during our second visit. My husband and I took our 3 year old son in to get his blood drawn, he was very scared. When they held him down to draw blood he had wet his pants. So the nurse said that we would have to bring him back in another day because it was unsanitary for them to continue, so understanding that is what we did. The next day we went in and when the nurse checked the file she said "oh wow I picked the fun one", and started complaining that he was the kid who peed himself the day before. When she realized I was his mom she pulled the other one into a room and was talking about the situation in a joking manner prior to calling his name. This being the place we take our children to the pediatrician I thought they would be used to taking a child's blood. Now we know that this is not a place to take you kids to. It is a shame we drive there from Ashland to get treated poorly needless to say we will not take our children there to get blood drawn. I would give them a zero star if i could unfortunately i have to give a 1 star rating.
