rude. called 30 mins before they closed and apologized for this inconvenience and before i could state my issue the receptionist was extremely rude to me for calling. Sorry i had to take care of my baby this morning and couldn't get around to making a phone call. regardless of it being 30 minutes before close or 3 hours, guest experience is guest experience. and this location is just RUDE!
