Quick, professional, thorough, friendly. Although most of the experiences I've had taking my children to an ER, were unpleasant to say the least, this was definitely different. I felt as though they listened attentively, assessed the symptoms according to our information and provided definitive answers and treatment. For the very first time in my experiences this was without a doubt the best and least stressful.

The scheduling department was terrible. Could not understand a word I said, repeated her self over and over and asked me the same questions too many times! Hopefully the doctors and the office is different.

Took my son to urgent care. Doctor took TWO hours to see him. Needed to get the prescription in before pharmacy closed, told the nurse this and she was very rude. Came to urgent care for no reason couldn't get my script filled anyways. Staff rude. On top of it the doctor made me hold my sons head down screaming so she could try to look in his ears and still couldn't see ... so unprofessional and didn't even give me a clear diagnosis. Never coming back to this location

The doctors are average. Nurses are nice but usual wait time in the waiting room is over 2 hrs. It doesn't get much worse than trying to keep a 3 yr old busy in a waiting room that has no books or anything to keep kids busy. I know they are kind of the only game in town but come on, they could easily improve the experience.

We arrived before their closing time and been rejected even my kid was bleeding , girls at the reception did not wanna check us in, they wanted us to go to liberty or downtown, this people don’t have a children I guess that they don’t understand how important to serve kids especially if they have emergency case,

I visited the hospital two tyms with my 2 yo.The wait time is too long even when the case is emergency..For the nurse to come we had to wait until 15-20 minutes,another 45 minutes for doctor and again 30 minutes for visiting summary and prescription..And the doctors, They make assumptions a lot according to whatever we say..the child wasn't checked properly both tyms..They won’t conclude on anything ..I think we don’t need a-doctor for that.
