Went there with my youngest and had to wait over 3 hours and still did not get seen while my son cried in pain. We left and went elsewhere. You can change the name of a place but when you do that you best get a better staffed er to help with when you get busy. No wonder so many people leave and go elsewhere.

I had gallbladder issues sent me home multiple times. And told me it was a stomach ulcer pain got so bad. I went back in and a dr told me i had gallbladder problems they sent me to gf. I even knew it was gall bladder issues before they did.

Care was great on the floor, but it's the dirtiest hospital I've ever been in. The entry rugs and family room hasn't been vacuumed or cleaned since we got here 6 days ago. I don't think emptying the trash is enough to prevent people from contracting whatever virus or infection that's floating around in here. Maybe the Bismarck hospital is cleaner...

I went to the er after a bad fall. I had a ct and labs done. I was sent home with a "pulled muscle". I went to the clinic the next day because the pain was so bad. It turned out that i had three broken ribs and moderate to severe kidney damage. They missed it all. They wouldnt prescribe anything for pain either. Needless to say, im pissed. I dont know yet if the kidney damage is permanent or not.

I went in to the ER because I was having chest and arm pains. The nurse told me “oh you are too young to be having a heart attack” and then left me sitting in the room for 2 whole hours without being seen by a dr. The dr finally came in, felt my arm and said “oh it’s just carpal tunnel go home and rest.” Needless to say I was pissed. Got a $1030 bill from the hospital and didn’t even get hooked up to machines to check my heart. Also, while sitting in the room for 2 hours I could hear the nurses and dr yelling and bitching at eachother. This place is literally a certified bandaid station and I will not be going back.

We had a great OB team after my baby boy was born here we have had to come back due to post birthing issues with my wife and then we get here and the nurse says we will not provide anything for.you baby and she can't be alone with her own child we have been treated poorly and are about ready to leave due to some of the staff will never EVER be admitted here again.
