No structure at all long wait in emergency room 3 to 4 hours wait it's really sad how big this hospital is and the long wait you can go to concord or Albemarle or Charlotte and they run circles around this joke hospital plus you have to pay a parking fee not good you have to do better with your patience they paying you to deliver not you paying the patient do your job

I'm literally in ER now and nurses ignoring me. I had a heahe attack at noon and um still on a board at 9pm. Midnight now, been here 12 hours with no end in sight of being taken care of

Babtist hospital is always relabible and my son has been there many times, friendly staff. People really try and help you there. Parking is a little much but not bad.

Disgusting and deplorable. Hospital is so confusing with so many add-ons throughout the years. If time was of the essence to find a loved ones room to say goodbye before they pass away(which is very likely to happen in their EXTREMELY UNIMPRESSIVE ER. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE 5 STARS REVIEWS) THEY WOULD DIE BEFORE YOU EVEN FOUND THEM. ER was dirty and overcrowded, and the ER nurse I encountered was very condescending, rude, unimpressive, and repugnant. She made a point to make me feel as idiotic as possible. My grandmother had a hemorrhagic stroke and was transferred there by our local hospital and she stayed in the ER for almost 24 hours, with absolutely no IV, before they finally even gave her an MRI and moved her up to the neurology department. As of now, which has been OVER 24 hours since her MRI and we still have no results. We still have no idea if her brain is bleeding or not. This hospital is a death trap and literal hell on earth. PLEASE AVIOD THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COST.

Took nine hours just to get a room . Nurse had an attitude every time I asked a question. Their public transportation who gives everyone else a ride sorry we can't help you.

I waited over 9 hours to be seen. The wait time is WAY to long. Especially when you are in a lot of pain.

My daughter went here, few month ago , when we checked out , the guy told me that I had pay in full , shall bring my balance to zero, but he said he accidentally sent it to billing, then he took my 315 dollars, then later I received those 500 dollars invoice, nobody knows a thing about it , Linda Washington at billing is very rude , bad attitude towards everything I said , I had seen lot of doctor, paid lot of bills, but this one just bad , it’s a lost lost I have to say .

Visited the brenners emergency hospital and they were absolutely NO help. The "doctor" and I use that term loosely came in spent 3 mins with my sick 2 year old and said she just had a sore throat. I asked her about the rash she had on her hands she said oh that is nothing, she just has a sore throat. Well the high temperature, vomiting, diarrhea and blisters in her mouth suggested otherwise but she wouldnt even consider thinking it was something different than what she initially said. This place is a joke. My daughter had hand foot and mouth disease and she called it a sore throat. And these people are supposed to be specialist. Whatever

I wouldn’t even give a one star. My boyfriend was having head pain from an plate put in when he was young, he was passing out & blacking out also puking and in severe pain. Once he got there he received a high risk bracelet and then sat in the NON EMERGENCY room waiting to be seen, and never was. He left without signing anything and someone forged his signature on his discharge papers! I hope everyone checks their bills from this place! Not to mention their cop told him that he could either sit and be patient or go to jail just for asking for help. The nurses were playing candy crush on Their phones and doctors was just standing around talking and playing games as well. This hospital is so rude and messed up! it needs to be shut down. We are looking into what to do about the forgery of his signature!

Been a patient there since 1988. Driven 3 hours to be seen. In all that time I have only had 2 uncomfortable experiences. I reported one and am getting read to report the other. I always send letters of praise where deserved. I told my husband if I was physically unable to tell him where I wanted to be treated and if he didn’t have me sent to Baptist and I died, I would haunt him the remainder of his life! My husband is there right now stuck in "nurses decision holding". He was transferred from Iredell hospital to Baptist by ambulance at the decision of his oncologist. My husband had a 7 hour cancer surgery 10 days ago and is there with pneumonia. He arrived at 2am by ambulance and it is now 11am and still he sits in "holding" instead of being sent to the cancer center. Nine hours so far.... The staff is rude and act like you are a burden for requesting one update on your loved one. He is sick, fighting infection and pneumonia, recovering from cancer surgery, but their holding him in a area that is not private. Nurse said she asked another patitents family to step out so my husband could use the urinal. He shouldn't be held in an area like that in his condition. But they don't care. This hospital never cares about the patient. It's all about the money. It makes me scared for my loved one.

Sat in the waiting room of the ED for almost 5 hours before being seen. Was told it was because they had a lot of traumas tonight. But I watched everyone in the waiting room slowly leave, new people come in and they be seen before we were finally brought to a room that didnt look like it had been cleaned in weeks. I would never come to this hospital for anything again. Ridiculous!

Son-In-Law taken to this hospital after an accident. Our family had to drive from Greenville South Carolina to be there with him. Though necessary, we have had to return home for a time. It was so difficult to leave a loved one in the care of strangers. From what we witnessed he is receiving excellent care by competent compassionate care givers in the ICU which helps so much. We are so grateful to the staff who have been willing to continually communicate with us regarding his condition until we can return.
