I guess I am in the minority. My husband was not getting any better from a stomach bug the EMTs told us (that's another story). So took him into CMC Anson and we were taken straight back to a room. Within 30 mins, we were told he had kidney failure. The drs there went above and beyond with us. The actual dr was in the room trying to start an IV herself. They saved his life!! They had him transported to main and called to check on him. That was our experience at that time and have been back since and always excellant care.

Since is the only healthcare option in the county that accepts new patients, it is flooded with people with every sort of ailment and/or condition. My experience is that staff is always friendly, but from the moment I walk through the door, I feel I'm on an assembly line. The interaction with patients is efficient, but lacks caring. I feel like there's a price tag over my head that keeps going down the longer I'm in the building. Things I tell the nurse must be told again to the NP that sees me. The NP is nice, but none of the staff seem to look at patients in their entirety. When I did have a doctor, she took time to know her patients and formed a connection with them that helped in treating them. Yes, even with an appointment, you had to wait, but she was giving each patient her undivided attention for however long it took. If there was any place else to go that didn't involve packing a bag lunch, I would go there.

My son had an appt at Carolina Primary Care and we arrived 15 mins early. We were the only ones in the waiting area. After an hour of being here,everybody that came in after us has been seen and have left. And we're still sitting here. So I rescheduled his appt and left. We will not be coming back here. This primary care office is just pitiful. What an awful experience.

Upper management at this facility is a joke!!!! To many Chiefs and not enough Indians. So short staffed, takes forever and the poor nurse that helped me was so stressed because of it! I will never go there AGAIN!! I will drive past and go to Monroe!

Was treated for a concussion in April 2018. Found the staff to be extremely friendly. Had a newborn with me, and they were very accommodating. Hit it just right with only a 15 minute wait time (they publish this on the CHS website). They did handle the business side, but were not obnoxious about it or disruptive. Had a great ER experience.

They will bandage you up and send you home to die they are so slow and very rude workers I advise everyone keep it moving to Richmond or Union County

The staff and ESPECIALLY the Dr. Is the best, worked quickly with attention to detail. No judgements no hestation. I'm so very grateful. I am a VA patient. They were treated me with compassion and took care of me perfect till I am able to get help at my VA clinic. A sincere thank you all very much!

Absolutely amazing staff and hospital. Dr. Rachel shemtov was quick and on point with care. Got me from hurting so bad i was sick to my stomach and in tears to comfortable and able to make the 4.5 hour drive on down the road to home. Thank yall so much!

I hate this place. There are no family doctors in the area accepting patients. I only go hear if I'm having an issue that I really can't deal with. Went with a breathing issue was told it was cause I smoked they never looked at me or anything. Took my 7 month old cause she was rly sick said it was just a cold she didn't need meds, 2 days later take her to pediatrician she has pneumonia. Went in for several oral pain cause I couldn't get into my oral surgeon till the 16th was told to stop coming to er and find a primary, that basically they thought I wanted narcotics, when I tried to explain I was concerned that the tooth my have gotten accessed, wouldn't give me a prescription for anti biotic or even naproxen...but sent me home with four hydrocodone I didn't want because I'd already taken 2000mg of ibroupine and 3 tylenol. Everyone here is so rude especially the doctors

Go to urgent care instead ( if you can). Their triage system is a joke and way over price for facility charges. Never recommend, terrible experience. Save yourself the headache and money.

Carolinas HealthCare System Anson is NOT a typical hospital. Usually only used as a triage station and then patients are sent home or to a TRUE hospital if more care is needed. Only go there if it is an emergency or you can not get to Monroe or Rockingham. Anson Community Hospital on Morven Rd. was taken over a few years back and then torn down. CHS Anson is the only Hospital in Anson County.

Went in for serious sharp pains and inability to breath. Was told I was not having a heart ache and sent home no effort at all to figure out the issues... Terrible doctor
