It’s very unprofessional activities with every sector. There is not any emergency service they have. They treat like normal patients. I have nothing to say

- fast check in - good nurses and doctors - waiting time is NOT bad - people who wrote bad reviews are impatient - Humans in general are hard to please.

THEY TRY TO BRING ALL PATIENTS INTO PSYCHIATRIC UNIT! They physically abuse their patients. Don't always give medicines to the patients that are required for their health. They are rude and disrespectful to the patients.

This place is the friggin worst, I been sitting in the er for more than an hour and no one registered my child then the staffers holds conversation amongst themselves like there is no patients here

The white jewish male practitioner in urgent care kept staring at my chest on 10/28/18 around 5 am. The pa or doctor who i first saw, in the past, touched me inappropriately, whether intentionally or not

I arrived here with my mother at around 2:50 PM. At 6:15 PM- after over 3 hours-- we were finally seen by the physician. Not only this, but we were waiting this entire time without any clear explanation by the staff of the remaining time we had to wait. It is now 7:10 PM and we've been waiting over 40 minutes for our discharge papers. Very tempted to just walk out. I understand the term "emergency" implies the exigency-- which would require to be seen as soon as possible. Of course that is not always something which would realistically be accommodated- but this aside, at least be transparent about the remaining waiting time instead of saying "coming up soon". "Soon"- a term as ambiguous and vague as possible. Also I truly don't understand what takes this long when each and every time I've been here (since I was very young in fact), the time spent with face to face care from the physician is around 10-15 minutes. The rest of the time? Waiting and waiting and waiting. Maybe hire more physicians, nurses or scribes and properly delegate among them. Maybe be more transparent about the waiting time and explain why instead of leaving patients uncertain and annoyed. In any case, this place needs work. A whole ton of it. In the meantime, I suggest you avoid at all costs.

Worst hospital in the world absolutely the worse and I can't believe I used to go here as a kid. My sister had a problem with her appendix and they thought she was just being annoying.... Guess what !? We went to Long island Jewish hospital which is clearly million times better and they diagnosed her and found out her appendix had to be removed. If we actually believed queens hospital and gone home I would have lost a sister who I love very much and thank God she is still in my life until now. QUEENS HOSPITAL IS THE VERY WORST HOSPITAL OF THEM ALL!!!!!! NEVER COME HERE ESPECIALLY IN A LIFE AND DEATH SITUATION.

Slow service! -2 Star The urgent care nurses were pleasant, took good care. +2 Star One of the “rude” nurse in observation unit, her name Baptice was arrogant! Manager needs to train her how to talk polite or she probably needs medication lol! -3 Star

Waited over 8 hours to be seen. Bawling out in excruciating pain i was ignored and everytime my daughter would respectfully approach to inquire my condition theyd walk away from her! This hospital is the worst in the county. Staff are inattentive and unprofessional.

Extremely unsanitary. Extremely unprofessional. Nurses repeatedly cursed at me while they were caring for me. Nurses forced me to sleep on feces soiled sheets and with feces soiled blankets. Feces throughout the floor near the bed and in the room's bathroom. Janitor never truly cleaned even though he showed up numerous times. The room required an urgent deep cleaning. They tried to force me to take drugs that are inappropriate for me and refused to listen to my needs. They clearly misdiagnosed my issues. They gave me medications that made me sicker. If you ever end up as an inpatient in this hospital, dial 911 immediately and ask for a transfer! New York Presbyterian Queens has significant issues but it's much cleaner and it's much safer and it's much more reliable. The best time to register there is after 7am.

The worst customer service possible , to think you are calling to check on a possible life or death situation , they are truly disgusting

Sheldon King

My job was to transport a patient and it was not a pleasant experience. They knew I was coming but it still took them another half an hour for a doctor to come up, and then another half an hour to get patient in a wheelchair. Staff was mostly rude but somewhat friendly after I practiced some kindness. I’m sure they do not like their jobs very much and the culture could be better. I will give it to the police officer there who allowed me to park in the handicapped spot and did not write me a ticket.

Wife who is pregnant was cancelled an appointment when myself and her took time off from work and they called her day before to advise her appointment is not for the date give to her 2 weeks prior to calling. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Been there for an emergency 2 times because unfortunately they were the only ones in my borough taking my insurance, and I didn't want to travel to far. Both times, I waited over four hours to see a doctor and waited hours in between for test, I also wait hours JUST to receive dismissal papers, I was tempted to just leave. For BOTH times I was in the ER for a total of 12 or more hours. This can't be acceptable.
