I just waited 6 hours for nothing. The staff was very rude (except for RN in the reception). They talk to you like you are infected with ebola (yes i know but im not lying). I came from Bronx looking for better service and it was a mistake. Please take your child to.other hospital, dont waste your time. They are not friendly. You wait so long just for vitals and to see the dr.

The worst. They are greatly under staffed. Have one nurse taking care of 13 patients. They keep you almost all day/night. It's ridiculous. And often seems like they forget they have patients waiting.

I have been coming with my daughter 3 times with pain, high fever, vomits, diarrea and stomachache and they only has given Tylenol and water. Very bad service.

Staff are very nice BUT WOW WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SOME RESULTS FOR 5 hours already ! Its unbelievable. So many doctors and I have to speak in order for them to come to us that’s ridiculous!!

8 hours waiting for blood ,urine and sonogram results that is insane the nurses are friendly but the securities, they look like Bulldogs and rudes.

I had a great experience! I went to the ER this Wednesday 9/12/18 at 11 am with my 15 yr old who was suffering from abdominal pain. She was triage right away. The resident Dr. Bean saw my daughter right away. She was very nice and took care of my daughter's needs. To make the story short my daughter ended up having an emergency surgery of the appendix. The whole staff was very nice and thorough. Words can't explain how grateful we all are.

I wish to give them zero stars but there is not that option. Long waiting hour...the bathrooms are dirty...not enough staff. if you really have an emergency, please do yourself a favor and don't come to this hospital unless you want to spend the whole day and night waiting to be attending

This hospital was by far fantastic compared to mount Sinai in which I’ve decided now to leave and never come back. I was bitten by a dog and started feeling weird ; discomfort. So I went to the mount sinai ER and also the urgent care. I was given Amox clov antibiotics which is augmentive. I finish it all - the antibiotics and went back to the urgent care and ER they told me both that they contacted CDC and based on my story that lead to the bite and the fact that I was not showing apparent symptoms I don’t need a rabies shot. I left both the urgent care and the ER thinking to my self ok but why do I feel weird. One of the doctors at the urgent care told me it’s all in my head.

Security staff is very rude. The two gentlemen in the children's ER security station is the first we see before seeing a nurse. Their attitude should be welcoming and give polite directions. Visitors entrance Security is also rude. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile, so many attitudes around here with security.

BECOME A LIBERTARIAN. LOOK AT HOW YOUR TAX DOLLARS ARE WORKING. THE GOVERNMENT SHOULDN'T BE IN THIS FIELD. THEY DONT HAVE YOUR INTEREST IN MIND. SUPPORT PRIVATE HOSPITALS THAT ARE OWNED BY DOCTORS AND NOT BY THE GOVERNMENT.
