Horrible. Took my wife for a test for hematuria including cat scan and blood work. A month later she is still trying to get the lab results. The Urology department told her to FAX a HIPAA form which she did and delivery was confirmed but the hospital cannot find it. Getting results is almost impossible from this bunch of unprofessional people.
