The doctors here are fantastic. And the support staff and medical personnel who assist in reception and treatment are also great. However, the woman who handles finance is unhelpful and unresponsive. Our child has never had a lapse in his health insurance coverage, ever. Yet, we have been repeatedly harassed to pay hundreds of dollars "due" because the finance representative insists his insurance card was not on file following enrollment in a new plan with Presbyterian, through an unchanged and very well known employer, no one lapsed, provider requirements were followed. This information was and has subsequently been provided and provided, and verified, he had full and in tact coverage on dates of all visits, yet she refuses to adjust the balance due, which should legitimately be zero.

We took our son at 4 days old for a checkup to see Judith Romero. In short, we were so discouraged, she had us running around town with our very new newborn and concerned that something was horribly wrong with our healthy child. I do not recommend her if you want to have a say in your child’s health. If you want to read further about our experience of having only 2 visits with her, here is our experience in detail: My husband and I were new parents and had done plenty of research knowing exactly what we wanted to do to care for our son the best way we could. Two big concerns were developing an alternative vaccine schedule and breastfeeding. When we discussed the vaccine schedule with Judith, she quickly tried to scare us into thinking it was important to get all the shots for him all at once. We knew that this was not what we wanted to do but she was insistent. She expected us to make a decision on the spot about his shots, we wisely said we would discuss it and figure out what we were going to do. In terms of his weight she was not satisfied with what he weighed at 4 days old and ordered multiple tests that left us running around town in the middle of winter to draw his blood. He also had a tongue and lip tie that at that point was undiagnosed even though we knew that was the issue he was having with breastfeeding comfortable and getting enough milk. She was literally NO HELP in helping us figure out how to get him enough milk or revise the tie. After we left the appointment she left me feeling like we weren’t caring for our child adequately. I was so anxious in what was already a stressful and sleep deprived time. A few hours later she called me in what seemed like a frantic manner insisting that we needed to come back for a checkup the next day. At the check up, literally all she did was have the nurse weigh him and then came in for maybe 2 minutes and all I can remember her saying is, “he looks like he’s doing better and so do you.” The end, me 5 days postpartum and him 5 days old had to leave our house, go out into the cold and drive over to see her for nothing that was as urgent or helpful. We now see Patricia Engleman at Davita who we love and is so knowledgeable and helpful with working with our natural and research driven preferences.

I've taken both of my children here since they were born. My children see Dr. Broxson. Very knowledgeable. She always stays on top of things and listens to concerns. The office staff is really friendly. Minimal wait time. Never had any issues here and will continue to take them here.

Helpful staff and always running on-time or close to it. They've also been able to get us in when we need it. And they have a triage line which is nice...but we always end up coming in after talking to them.

Very kind and helpful staff. Dr. Seelinger is fantastic. My 3 yo son said “I love those doctors” as we walked out of his well child check (even after he got a flu shot!). ☺️

DO NOT bring your child here if they require attention deficit medication. Countless times my son has had to go without his medication because the prescription does not have the required DEA number written down. This causes the pharmacy to have to call and wait. If you call to inquire you too will wait. They are obviously in such a hurry to leave for the day they totally forget about their patients. This place has a real sloppy operation going.
