Rx refilled, flu shot, three doctors, and oral surgery schedule in less than 3 hours. Now that's Native Pride! Great service from triage to dental, thanks for making a native feel important!

Google needs to create a way to give zero stars just for places like this. We've been stuck here at the ER with a sick toddler for hours and still nothing even though there have been only 5 people here. Should have just driven 45 minutes to the hospital in Farmington. They have always taken care of my son within 30 minutes even when there are way more people that need to be seen even after midnight. That's right, driving nearly an hour to another hospital would get you seen sooner than coming to this garbage of a hospital. This place is a complete joke. Don't come here. Abandon it and maybe they'll fire the idiots who run this place. EDIT: After 4 hours of sitting in the waiting room, a nurse finally showed us in. Hoping we were finally nearly done, we were once again forced to wait. Watching nurses and doctors walk (very lazily) by us without even acknowledging our presence, my wife and I both began feeling that they would probably make us wait another 3 hours til 8 am just so they could tell us to go the the Pediatrics area so they didn't have to deal with us. We waited another hour and a half and in that time the only person to greet us was (suprise!) the janitor. After the hour and a half, we decided to leave. I get the feeling this place would let you bleed to death while waiting before they bothered to do anything with you. Don't come to the ER if you value your time and your life. ABANDON ALL HOPE, YE WHO ENTER HERE!

If you are having symptoms of any stroke or heart attack this hospital is incapable of saving their patient's heart muscle or brain. The triage nurse assesses the patient but failed to perform an EKG and too late your loved ones are in danger for recovery. They recently released a young healthy male with low potassium and discharged home then died with no IV or oral potassium replacement. How can you discharge a healthy person home with low potassium that can cause heart arrhythmia. I understand that the ER are inundated with sick patients from ear aches to trauma but please be mindful and respectful of family members that need this community health services. I have approximately 20 yrs ER experience and never had unprofessional telephone experience with the staff like the triage nurse and charge nurse. My loved one received poor patient care and not address the basic symptoms of a stroke...it could of have been treated with minimal residual. Im not impress with your hospital and patient centered care provided. Treat patients with an utmost respect. The staff needs to show more compassionate care even if you are a traveler, or burnout, or getting your training as a resident. Patients at this hospital are not animals there are bigger problems out in the real world I know you know what I'm talking about !!!!! (How does this hospital pass State and JHACO inspections even the Gallup survey.)

I will have to give a two star only because they always take my bother in the ER who deals with epilepsy. I get it this a US government hospital. Still sad how the resources are lacking in the US government hospital. I know the nurses and doctors can only work with what they have. I had to take my husband to NAIHS one year for extreme emergency gull bladder infection. I knew he had to be admitted immediately but arriving at the ER around midnight. I kept telling them this is very serious. I think we waited for a few but had to make the decision to go else where. I drove my hubby to Farmington's ER at 90 miles an hour. So glad I made this decision because his gull bladder infection was very serious. Farmington ER did a fantastic job calling in a Surgeon to remove the gull bladder in the he middle of the night to come to the hospital. Do your research and do what's best for your love ones. Get insurance so you can get better care if you can afford it. Please let's keep posting and make others aware.

When my mother was treated there. She was treated with the up most care. And unlike most hospitals I was allowed to stay there in her room with her. I came from Texas to see her and the staff understood that.

I've called in for meds refill & left a message with the description of my 2 medication with the RX # and a call back phone # on Friday, Jan 13th at 8pm. Monday, Jan 16th, got here at 12:45 pm to pick them up & told me they don't have any refills for me. I was told to wait & I ll get the in less than 45 minutes. I get called & receptionist tells me I don't get my main pills I came for & ended up he ordered the wrong one. Grrr really! It's 2:01 pm, still patiently waiting. OMG!!!

Thank you for literally saving my life. I want to thank all the staff in the Shandiin clinic, you have treated me with love, care and respect. The staff in the lab are the best ever. I would like to thank all the staff in the pharmacy for all that you do everyday seven days a week. I also would like to sincerely thank Dr. Bruno and her surgical staff for treating me with the utmost respect and care, Johnny, Crystal, and the rest of the gang who helped me the day of my surgery. I have never been treated better at any other health care facility, EVER! My love and respect to IHS.

I will never forget, nor will I ever be able to thank the staff at this hospital enough for the love and the care they provided my grandmother. They nothing short of outstanding. They even let me sleep in my grandma's room at night when ever I wanted to. With me coming in from Texas, they provided for me as much as they could to make my visit with my granda the best it could be. For that, I will forever be grateful.

I have ERYTHROMELALGIA , and it took me a whole a year and 2 months to finally see a neurologist , I've been told " are you sure your not rubbing your hands and feet to make them hot " or " you have a fever , you'll be fine " , doctors won't understand the pain , I may look fine on the outside ,on the inside I'm dying from the pain of ERYTHROMELALGIA . When I go in from the walk in clinic , it takes literally 5+ hours to get seen by a doctor , I suggest the facility needs to hire more doctors to get to patients alot faster , if they have enough doctors , they need to put atleast 3 doctors in each clinic
