I worked as a volunteer at the VA hospital for four years and met many veterans. They were so appreciative of the medical and support staff. We are greatful. Thank you.

I feel compelled to express my appreciation to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the VA for the care provided to my father with a severe pneumonia and then an autoimmune reaction. Whatever the administrative problems, I can't imagine a better group of people. I feel certain that if Dad had been in a regular "insurance run" hospital, he would not be with us.

Excellent hospital! As well as all personnel. Really felt alive there. Would like to live in Albuquerque to be near this V.A. hospital to get care. Thank you all for the extension of life! God bless you all

The reception at the Albq VA sucks. They weren't serious about my husband's chest pains and high blood pressure. I had to let the receptionist know about his symptoms. He said he told her but she said he didn't tell her everything. Then they wouldn't let me in with him at triage. They were very rude and wouldn't let me back with him. I asked where he was and she said I couldn't go back to see him. This is the worst VA hospital I've ever been to and I've been to many different ones as we are full time RVers. I've been in the medical career field for over 40 years and I would never treat a family member like this!! I will be passing this on to the chain of command!!
