This place is horrible and staff are extremely rude ! Janet the nurse keep complaining to us about how tired she was ,how her and one more nurse have been working since they’re short staffed. She definitely does not need to be employed there with that attitude! Not friendly at all ! If your going to work with people with heart conditions you need to have some type of friendly service! The check out receptionist Cynthia Fresquez, Fernandez ? Was on a personal phone call laughing and not acknowledging me. After standing for five minutes clearly in front of her! Finally getting acknowledged she asked what I needed. I responded I needed to check out summary report and a follow up appointment made she very rudely handed me a visit summary paper and stated someone would call me for my follow up ! While still with phone glued to her ear she continued to laugh and turn around in her chair! Going on one week and still no call. This place is a joke and for someone like me with heart conditions I highly recommend y’all do not go here, they will definitely get you feeing like you’ve had a heart attack and leave with frustration!

They canceled within days of first appointment with Dr. Stamm. Rescheduled with Dr. Nair for 3 weeks later and so I had my GP change the referral to Nair so no insurance issues. AGAIN canceled within days of appointment!!! THIS is supposed to be New Mexicos BEST heart hospital??? Honestly would give a NEGATIVE 2 if it were possible!!!

Reading someone's review from a year ago. I was in their office last week. Waited approximately 2 hours to be seen WITH an appointment. Nice people but needs more work. :(

This place is simply awful! Di spite a referral to a specific Cardiologist from my GP, well they won't honor that - you get a random pick. Waited 1.5 hours past my scheduled visit only to be taken to another room where a nurse took my temperature and blood pressure and waited another half hour. Dr. Mansfield was really bad - would'n listen and finally admitted he didn't have time to actually review all their stupid paper work after several hours wait. I timed the doctor's visit - 8 minutes and 53 seconds for hours of wait AND he messed up his 'boiler plate' report - wrong patient. This was over a year ago and I have refused visits after calls and notices from them. This place is a clown car in a train wreck. Would give minus stars if possible!

Pick a number, wait in line - or on the phone holding for 30 minutes for someone to answer who cannot or will not help you, but pass the buck. Maybe you will be the lucky one who dies waiting for them to help. This clinic is understaffed, disorganized, untrained,uninformed, all staff takes a break at the same time.The morale is very low. Notes are not entered correctly, appointments are not entered. This place needs a major management communication overhaul. An automated answering system engenders laziness. Why should a person answer the phone, when you can put it off on another. The management of this clinic needs a a real wake up call, if they are going to be the main cardiac provider in Northern New Mexico. I know the clinic has good health care providers, but I think they are ignorant of what goes on in the front. I've certainly spent a good couple of hours crying about how they haven't or won't help me, and if anyone out there knows me, you know I'm a tough old broad.
