I'm about to see Dr. Pukett I just hope he's the good one. He'll extract 3 wisdom. I'm so scared! My rating is for the waiting for eeever to give me a appointment and once you are there even if you are early still have to wait foreeever!!!! 8.30.2016 Reviewing again; Saw Dr, Puckett, 5 times, even though still takes long time to get an appointment, I loved this Doctor Pukett he is very friendly and inspired trust on me. I refused the wisdom extractions and he was ok with it. All work is done with him and all looks great. Sooo, yes, 5 stars for Dr. Pucket.

I went to see Kathleen after 3 years of fertility issues and I couldn't sing her praises enough..she actually listened to me ,went over my symptoms with me, And help devise a course of action and a treatment plan I felt more hope leaving her office then I have felt in almost 3 years. I can only speak for the medical side but I am always treated well here. The staff and Dr. Lunar have on multiple occasions gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met with minimal cost or repeat visits. I do however do not appreciate that the facility is anti-gun. Some of the clients that show up there are a bit spicy.

3 times I've got to this Clinic I feel like I'm dying with flu-like symptoms chills really bad congestion can't breathe sleep or cough nausea dizziness and I've been tucked away three times by the same person for some stupid excuse first time if we don't take walk-ins set an appointment for Monday all the doctors on vacation no doctor can see you just start calling at 8 in the morning I'm sure we'll take you nothing does this woman that see how sick I am I guess I'll just have to go to the emergency room and the taxpayers can foot the bill before I croak

Was one of the first in line and before the doors opened and spent nearly 4 to 5 hours waiting in lobby and another hiur and half behind the lobby. Allot of welfare people getting pills. I was in lobby the snd woman by me was bragging how easy it is for her to get pills. So everyone and their mother in low income goes there.

This place is horrible! They take appointments and walk ins and have no system that works, they sent away I don't know how many patients that needed services!!! The stat is a negative star!!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment, came into their office 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I have seen the entire waiting room change over nearly twice since my arrival. The staff respons after an hour of waiting and my complaint was "The provider seeing you has only one room" when i questioned how much longer the response was "I don't know, there are still 2 people ahead of you" How are there people ahead of me when I have been here longer than everyone is this place. What kind of monkey organization is this? I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

One Nurse was absolutely the most rude and condescending person I've had the displeasure of interacting with. One doctor there is pretty great, but he's always booked or out of the office. Had to have a wisdom tooth extracted, but I had a severe infection. I expected a prescription for antibiotics and the procedure to be scheduled for a later date. Apparently that was not what the dentist had in mind. The dentist proceeded to yank the tooth despite the danger of the abscess rupturing and getting into my bloodstream which is deadly. I laid there completely terrified watching him yank it out. I was then told "all done" no antibiotics or pain meds I received some gauze in a Ziploc bag and was pointed to the lobby to leave. In excruciating pain I went home and dealt with it.

This place is a joke. The desk people are I'll trained and are dropping the ball. I called for a refill on a prescription. .after countless calls over two days to both Ben Archer and the local pharmacy, I was finally told today that I needed to be seen..might have mentioned that before I lost another nights sleep and am too aggravated to EVER return! Finding a real medical facility. .with a doctor..not a nurse!!!
