My hubsand had grand mal seziure at sky city casino and was transport this hospital and because of incompetent staff. My husband suffer major brain damage and has been coma since sept 24. This hopsital should not open if they can not handle simple emgerency. What of hopsital lock medication and key home with them. Nurses and dont what they doing. My hubsand is probably going die due there neglience. If looking for place to die . Go this hopsital. I would have give _1 but that wasnt a option

My husband was really sick and dehydrated and at Crownpoint they let him go with only Tylenol and said he has viral disease. Our neighbor had good expereince at Acoma and recommended us to go there. Even though the ER was full when we arrived, we only waited 10 minutes in the lobby. I couldn’t believe it when I saw Dr. Lu. He took care of my mother with severe dementia when she was admitted to Crownpoint 3 years ago for TB and pneumonia. He diagnosed my husband with flu, strep throat and pneumonia and throughout the treatment, he and the female nurse checked on us multiple times. Before Dr. Lu let us go, he said I looked familiar and I hugged him and told him he took care of my mother at Crownpoint. Everyone at Acoma are friendly and caring and I am glad I came. I also recommend everyone to come here.

I'm sitting here bleeding on the floor with a pain level of 8.. handed me a gauze pad and said they're busy.. no one checked on me in 20 min so far

Everytime I've come here, the staff is really nice and helpful. The service is pretty quick compared to other places I've been. I'm not sure what these other reviewers are talking about, but my experiences here have been very good, everytime.
