Worse emergency room ever see waited 4 hours to be called and 4 more untill i gave up and left not before cry out frustration the whole reason i stayed was because i was scared wanted help. I dont think they care, if you go and have carring nurses thats great but i will not be returning -

Not once but twice. I took my mother to Lawrence General hospital for an emergency situation and twice, we were left in the room for hours. No one checked on her. No Doctor visited her and twice we left unseen. The nurses were careless. The bed was broken. They did not have pillows. They brought a bunch of towels instead of a pillow. She was freezing. All she got was a cold sheet. Will never ever go back even if I have to drive all the way to Boston.
