My sister had a minor sprain in her arm and was diagnosed wrong and they put a splint on her, but they managed to put the splint on wrong leaving her in pain till we went to an office that diagnosed her properly, she was left with cuts all over her arm from the splint. Not a fun experience

Dr. Paige was wonderful, and treated me with absolute kindness and respect. Helped me deal with the problem I was having, and sent me on my way. I would reccomend this ER to anybody.

Typically a long wait. Good service once you are seen though. But there is also a long wait for prescriptions and discharge papeework. My observation is that they need more staff and to expand the ER so they can handle the number of patients needing service. They do have a "quick clinic" type of ER for less severe cases but it isnt always open. If you are sent to that section it is typically much faster service and you wont spend all day at the ER. Otherwise count on at least a half day if you need help.

Dr. Dimartino is horrible. She is extremely rude and dismissive. She clearly hates her job and has zero bedside manner.

They take forever.... !! And don't expect any medicine to take home... their liability is ridiculous
