Do NOT bring your urogenital system problems to this clinic. Depending on which urologist you select, you might be gambling with your health for years to come. I had the misfortune of rolling the dice & picking a staff urologist to handle a kidney stone problem. He pushed for a lithotripsy which he ended up botching, resulting in agonizing pain and misery which necessitated two subsequent ureteroscopy's to extract the remaining fragments that were created by the mishandled lithotripsy. In addition, I became ill due to two different "stents". Due to his mishandling of the original issue, I had to limp through months horrific pain, illness and massive medical bills. After consulting a urologist from a different hospital system, a year later, he told me that its possible, the Concord physician was too aggressive and probably should have waited a bit longer before determining the most effective, safe and accommodating procedure to proceed with. Suffice to say, be careful who you pick when you don't have adequate, accurate reviews of various physicians.......select at your peril:-)

I've never had an issue here. Been working w/ Dr. Yap for 10+ years. He is patient, listens and fully explains everything. Kudos to this doc!
