I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful the folks in the pediatric gastrointestinal unit have been to us. Each staff member we have been in contact with from check in, to registration, from blood work unit to scheduling each and every person was kind, helpful, courteous and understanding. While we haven't yet found the reason for the issues that brought us here, I'm comforted to know they are doing everything can and they are being so very thorough! Thank you to all of you!

Thanks to CHAD g.i. we are working on a treatment plan for my daughter. After struggling for answers to her problem, i feel like we are actually getting somewhere. Everyone we have come in contact with, from registration to doctors have been professional, kind, and have thoroughly explained what we need to do. My daughters situation was urgent. We were able to get her an appointment quickly, didnt wait longer than 3 minutes in the waiting room, and were back on the road with answers, a plan, follow ups and prescriptions within an hour. Thank you so much CHAD! We are so greatful.

Children's Gastroenterology First visit: Extremely rude receptionist and completely forgot to fill our child's prescription. Forgot to inform us that we didnt even see the actual doctor we had the appointment with, creating confusion. Second visit: Receptionist remembered to be nice to people this time. Apologized for forgetting the prescription the first time, then completely forgot to fill my childs prescription....again. Im down 2 copayments now, but should I be?

Dr. Bonnie J. Proulx was the kindest, funniest, most child friendly, caring helpful doctor I have been to in the 9 years of my daughters life. She took TIME with us. She exhibited great knowledge in this field. She explained everything to my daughter and then to me. She set a plan into action that day to help end my daughters stomach issues. She gave us HOPE when we were wondering if this was just going to be how our daughter lived her life from now on. I could not recommend her more highly. The rest of the staff, from front desk, to nurse, to check-out were also extremely kind, child friendly and helpful. Our whole experience was phenomenal!

Today I went to CHaD to get my trimonthly endocrinologist visit. I wasn't surprised sitting in the waiting room for so long because it happens EVERY TIME, however I was quite shocked when it had been 45 minutes waiting. Finally someone came out and asked us to step into our office where she said to my mom and me, " I apologize but doctor Harrington will not be coming in today. We called her at home and she said it's her day off. Sorry" And pretty much said they'll reschedule but didn't even give us a refund on our copay. I wouldn't go there unless you absolutely have to. It's a waste of time.
