Excellent VA . Owe them so much for all they have done for me on a better way of life. Still have long way to go. They really help so many of us veterans. See it everywhere within the Reno VA. BE PATIENCE. ASK FOR HELP. DON'T BLOW IT OFF, IT'S YOUR RIGHT AS A U.S. MILITARY VET.

My husband came to the VA ER 8 days ago with a very serious condition. It was touch & go for 3 days. The medical staff at the Reno VA is beyond outstanding! He has been in & out for major medical problems including chemo for bladder cancer. It is strange, but I feel very comforted when we are here. They are all pleasant & cannot do enough. Our vets are very lucky to have them!

Since 1983 the center has provided my medical care...The Staff, Emergency Staff and Doctors Nurses, Doctors, specialty Doctors, have always been over the top outstanding...in all these years the number one complainers about our care are the same ones who would complain about being hung with a silk rope...Thank You to the entire Staff ...

I have been going to Reno Veterans since July of 2018. The very best care, concern, they listen. I came in recently with some serious issues. Concerns, I've been treated at other veterans. The best care and fix, ever here at the Reno Veterans. I have some complicated issues, my Doctor KIRSHAN from day 1. I've been here 5 days, has fought for the correct care, listened to my concerns, her direct care ..concern helped the staff find something that was not known. DR KIRSHAN has gone above and beyond, I would recommend this Lady as the next Director, she has compassion and listens. The entire 4th floor staff ,nurses, the whole Team who helped are above good. The best attitudes on every staff member on the 4th floor. Thank you for helping me feel good again. Your the best !!! The rest of the Veterans medical facilities should be training here Thank you again

What a joke, very poor care from every department I went to. Horrible. Worst VA I've ever been to. They also caused a HIPAA violation for me which led to me not being able to get insurance because their doctors made up things in my chart that never happened. Getting some of those notes changed was a pain but the insurance issue was permanent. They never took my medical issues seriously or got to the bottom of them. I eventually did.

Since my husband was accepted in Reno VA, in November, we have had nothing but the best service! We even get calls returned on the weekends. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and very efficient. We couldn’t ask for better receptionists, nurses and doctors.
