If I could give it zero stars , I would. this place is horrible, un professional, it's a mess. they admitted my mom in the center, admitting process was terrible, then we couldn't get a hold of her... left several messages , wouldn't call us back, didn't get seen by the doctor and just got medicated the whole time she was there. finally we decided to get her out and all her clothes that we took there was missing, their excuse was we didn't log it in, well they wouldn't allow us to go in with her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This place is horrible from reception to care and then billing don't go here!

My father was here, the only good thing I can say is that he was safe. He did not receive therapeutic treatment. It was nearly impossible to speak with staff there, They didn't do any discharge planning, abruptly sent him home by cab one day when he was still very ill and he was placed on another Legal Hold within weeks. Thankfully, he was sent to another psychiatric hospital. I left a message to share my concern with their Patient Advocate who didn't call me back.

Heinous experience. Staff and doctors were over worked. I was not allowed near enough time with any clinician or doctor, accommodations are spartan at best, and the first doctor that saw me was with me for less than ten minutes and didn't look up from his chart. Also constant lies from the staff as to how, when, or why I would be released.

If you are looking for real help not just meds, dont send yourself or anyone here. You will just walk around like a zombie...its really bad!!!

I don't know about the adult units because I'm an adolescent, so in reference to the north adolescent unit, it's pretty fine. I've been there twice. It's not the best but it's not the worst either. There's not a lot of stuff to hurt yourself with if you're suicidal. There's 3 therapy groups everyday. The only downsides are some techs are kind of rude, you have to have a roommate, and pretty much everything is supervised. If you play by the rules you'll have a better experience.

albert ramos

I went there for treatment, there's no support from doctors, no theraphy you basically you just sit around doing nothing. You are better off foing to the ER and ask for help. They only care about you being there so they can bill your insurance. I got absolutely no help, I couldn't sleep and asked for medication they gave me vitamins, if you want to go watch tv or play cards go there. This is by far the worst experience of my life. I ended checking myself out and went to the ER, where they prescribed me the medication I needed. If you care about your recovery or love ones. Please don't send them there. If you have insurance they want to keep you there giving vitamins. If you don't have insurance they want to discharge you right away. I do have to say the staff aside from the doctors were very nice. I was there 4 days and got zero sleep because thay wanted to give me benadryl. What a sorry excused for a recovery hospital.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Worst experience of my life. Was an extremely abusive environment and there was no therapy involved what so ever. Employees were very unprofessional, using profanity and racist terms including the N word against patients. Male staff were very manhandling and gave me shots just for crying about being there. This is not the place to go if you are looking for help.

I can't believe how wonderful this place is absolutely took care of me ! The staff are amazing everything about this place is awesome !! The food , activities, and you get to smoke and they provide smokes for you if you don't have any ! Honestly I had a wonderful stay here the doctors and nurses really care for you and treat you like a human being then just some junkie or addict ! Please give this place a chance and be open hearted and positive and you won't regret it !!! Thank you so much seven hills !!

I would also rate this facility with zeros if given the option. I suffer from depression and have no chemical addictions. The poorly trained staff, however treat everyone as an addicted, worthless piece of crap. They violated so many of my basic rights I plan to file a suit against them. I've only been discharged for two days. Many of the staff are worthless egomaniacs and are condescending and Dow right rude. There are, however some a few wonderful staff members. I did have the opportunity to spend 30 minutes with the new director and he is very compassionate and tells me many changes are coming soon. He listened to me and told me our conversation helped him. I had so much contraband that I didn't even know was contraband until I was checking out. I did bring it to the (worthless) charge nurse's attention. I had to beg for one tiny packet of soap at time and use toilet tissue to dry my hands on, yet I'm walking around in full sight of every staff member with strings on my clothes. I have a bladder disease and ended up raising hell at midnight to get cathed. The staff is horrible, some much worse than others. I do not intend to let this go. I'm not asking for, nor want money, only to try to make things a bit easier for those who come after me. Any time I would tell the charge nurse my patient rights were being violated she asked "where does it say that?" I replied YOU don't know what the handbook says? I also had a nice (unscheduled ) chat with the new Director and assured me things would change in the future. When I advised the charge nurse IAd met with him she didn't even KNOW there was a new director! I told her she would be attending a staff meeting later that day and would find out! Lol. I knew because he told me. During my stay there, with the exception of my last day because I knew I was leaving, I followed every rule and was respectful to every staff member as well as the other patients. But once I new I was leaving..... They had my name tattooed on their asses. The food is inedible. I didn't eat a full meal in 4 days combined. Nothing to drink but water and a small cup of nasty coffee in the morning. I have several auto-immune diseases and got horribly sick there . No one baths. However I don't blame them since you get barely a dribble of water in the shower. And I sleep all winter with 2 fans and an open window but I've never Ben so in my life. I slept in layers of day clothes. And as someone else said, there are no blankets, more like a worn thin sheet. I could go on for hours but that's some high lights. (Didn't check for typos so I apologize should you find some.)

I was in south adolescent unit for the first time I was there there was a nurse there named aidam who LOVED i mean LOVED giving shots and made fun of the kids i was a 'regular' there the 5 time i came back was the worst i was having fun with the other kids there and i walked down the hallway to my room to get something and he said 'sofia you're gonna get a shot okay? you're being wild' i freaked out and starting crying and when the shot came i started screaming. all this for trying to make the best out of a bad situation but with bad theres always good there was some amazing techs that helped you and actually treated you like a human bean and made ur time there more tolerable shawny helped alot amd deserves so much more then what hes getting he helped me and calmed me down everytime i got mad he showed me how to calm myself down Josh also deserves ALOT more i was going to harm myself with a brush a till he came in and took it hes so funny he always makes people laugh but knows when to be serious and when hes serious everyone listens i cant put in words how much these following techs helped but if u guys ever have a problem over there talk to them// adrian josh crhis megial shawny jeff junior and john

darlene donoghue-anekwe

All I did was sit around and watch TV. I slept a lot. They have some groups but they're kind of hokey. I don't smoke, but just to get outside, I'd go out with the smokers. I ate a lot. You could go back for as much as you wanted, so sadly, I gained weight. Not much else to do there. Half the time there was someone who would dominate everyone and keep the remote to watch what they wanted to watch on TV. BORING.......

I would not recommend this establishment! They are overpriced & insincere. My daughter is 21 & was admitted to this establishment. She has since then been released, lost her job & insurance because of her hospitalization & is spiraling without her medications. Medicine prescribed is $600 just for one & she needs three. I called this hospital to see if any programs were available to help her acquire the medication she desperately needs & they hung up on me & refused to help. What kind of facility are you refusing to follow up & help the client after the fact?

Collin Symons

Hey, this guy is depressed. Let's put him in an AA/NA rehab because that will help someone who doesn't drink or do drugs. Oh and let's limit all communication to friends/family and black out all the windows, that will sure help his depression. Warning to anyone that goes there. Every day they will bring your hopes up, tell you that you're leaving tomorrow, then give an excuse why you can't leave or why you were misinformed. Every. Single. Day. They tell you it will last 3 days but expect to be kept against your will for at least a week. I literally got nothing out of being here besides a mountain of medical bills and far worsen depression. Edit: They will also give you your official diagnoses after talking all of 2 minutes with a doctor. You will not see them again.

I was there for three days and from the moment I stepped foot it there, I felt like I was in jail. I was there for depression and anxiety. The whole time I was there I never received my anxiety medications. I only got it once and that was because I started having an anxiety attack. The staff doesn't seem to care about your needs, and treat you like a prisoner. I felt more depressed being there than anything else. I was so glad I was there for only three days.

James Schoneman

About a year ago my depression had come to it's worst and when things seemed hopeless I had tried to kill myself. After about an hour of being talked into calling 911 I was taken to the ER then to seven hills. After this point I was not allowed to contact my family till the next day. I was put on a plethora of drugs and barely fed. And I never saw a doctor even once during the week and a half that I was there Plus all the nursing staff didn't care about any patient there.

jessica land

Food good , but they do not filter patients who should be somewhere else or not there at all. I was sexually touched by another patient who had done so to 4 previous girls before I said anything. Permanently scarred. A more prison like feelling. Alot of homeless needing some place to stay and be fed .

james a.

Before I came to this hospital, I was suicidal and wanted to hurt myself. I was put on legal hold, just like many other patients. Theyre not gonna release you if you are a danger to self or others and if youre not compliant with the treatment! The place is OK. Everything is as scheduled from smoke break to meal times. Staff consistently checks on you every 5 mins and theres not much privacy. The night shift people are very friendly and attended to my needs effectively. Patrick the nurse took care of me and he has been very helpful and caring. I felt much better when my medications started to work and now I no longer feel suicidal. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is wanting to get better.

Horrific experience of over ten days! They easily could have verified my medical conditions with the doctors information I provided. However, they chose to treat myself and numerous others as if they were a figment of our fancy. Was released with no place to go or stay for the night. Since they had given me a bus pass, I slept at a bus stop. The following day, I signed a lease as planned, with a place I had applied at.......the previous month.

If you love your family member, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO BE TAKEN HERE!!!! Patient was admitted on a Tuesday, and still as of today, (the following Monday,) has not seen a doctor once. The social workers and care management people do not return phone calls. My spouse sign the papers to have the hospital disclose information to me, but they will not. I brought my spouse fresh underwear on Wednesday, they were not given the underwear until Sunday, and only then because we complained to the desk about it. They force the patients to take six or seven different mood stabilizers, yet will not disclose to me what medications that they are taking. When I request to speak with the nurses about medications, they either simply do not answer the phone or pick it up and immediately hang up. Multiple times when I have called my spouse, I heard extremely violent movies playing in the background of the call It is painfully obvious that the VAST majority of employees here, with one or two notable exceptions, do not care about the patients they over see. I repeat. Do. Not. Allow. Your. Loved. Ones. To. Be. Brought. Here.

Great place for detoxification (heroin) & mental health which is what I went for. A little more info that I was curious about before I went to seven hills: You can bring a couple outfits as long as they don’t have strings (they removed all of my strings from my pants and shoes) Brings shoes with no laces You can bring cigs but only unopened packs They will allow you 1 smoke break every few hours About 7 in total a day They will give you medicines that help with withdrawal TREMENDOUSLY and for opiate detox they will provide a subutex tapor

Please if you care for your loved one don't take them here. Getting hold of anyone is a nightmare, phone calls are never answered. I brought clothes to my loved one on Wednesday and were not given to him till Friday after he demanded. The rest have been missing, we have been given a run around, who steals boxers and worn out slides. There are cameras all over yet no explanation of who stole them has been given.

Barry Homebrew

Horrible! My friend went in voluntarily for alcohol detox and it was worse than a prison. NOT conducive to any form of recovery at all! The wards were mixed with mostly court appointed people that consisted of crazy people, drug addled people and the unfortunate few who were actually trying to get better. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Tesoro Pistol

It’s prison. Don’t go here. Especially if you have depression. They make it worse. I called it “seven hells” and one of the doctors heard me. He flipped out and added three days to my sentence.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! I had a horrific experience take place with one of my family members. Here's what I went through... A family member is envolved with a man who abuses her mentally and physically. After almost 10 years of marrige and 5 suicide attempts (this being the most serious) she finally was committed. She attempted suicide by taking numerous perscription pills. She had a legal 2000 hold placed, and had shown signs of manic depression. After a short stay in the ICU her condition was stable and she was transfered to Seven Hills. We were under the impression she was on a 72 hour hold to identify what conditions she had and what further treatment would be necessary. After being transfered and being there a total of 10 hours the calls from her began. She called a different times all day long saying I'm getting out come get me. When we would try to confirm this with the nurse we would be transfered to a few different people and then finallly told that if we called back later the information would be available. What really astonished my family and I was a certain call that we had placed wanting to get a hold of our family member, we were told by another PATIENT that she was sleeping and that if I wanted he could wake her up, after saying no and trying to get on the phone with a nurse the patient began to pass the phone around to other patients until finally I hung up. I was under the impression that the patients were in a stable and structered environment with group meetings and private sessions with psyciatrits, but instead it was as if all the patients were running around wild. After a stay of less than 48 hours she was released to us undiagnosed and untreated. Essentially she came out the same if not worse than when she had gone in. She never even sat down and talked to a psyciatrist according to her. This place is a joke, if you have a say as to where a family member should be placed if you are placed in this situation Montevista Behavioral is said to be fantastic.

My sister was there when she had some issues. They take really long to answer any questions. When they realeased my sister they said they would help but at the end they only released her with minimal treatment. Would not recommend this facility to anyone that really needs help.

For a hospital that treats chemical addictions, Seven Hills is wayyyy nicer than the other options. I had a friend suffering from meth abuse and addiction. Seven Hills is clean, modern, caring and successful. It has a much nicer approach to the treating the whole person, not just the condition. A lot of hospitals get a bad rap in Las Vegas. This place is the exception. My friend is clean and sober and happier than he has been in years. I have worked in healthcare for many years. A lot of clinics and hospitals get a bad reputation or bad reviews. This is due to treating people challenged by behavioral health issues and addictions and abuse. So a positive note of "thumbs up" to Seven Hills Hospital for a vastly expanded facility and helping to take some of the burdens away from hospital emergency rooms settings. Treatment facilities do not have enough beds as is needed. Seven Hills is a welcome addition, adding capacity and success to healthcare in Nevada.

Slovak Danny

Sad to say this is about the best treatment you will get in the Las Vegas Valley. Every Psychiatric hospital especially Spring mountain has a lawsuit ranging from abuse to malpractice. Sad but Nevada is dead last in the country not only in Psychiatric care but medical care also. It's a lose lose situation. Suicide isn't the answer but when you come out of a hospital that was supposed to at least point you in the right direction to get a little better yet you feel the same as you checked in or alot worse....what can you do?? The state needs to get involved and say enough is enough and change the way these hospitals treat they're patients!!!!!!!

A family member of mine has been in Seven Hills for four hospitalizations in less than a year. Each time, I became more and more aggravated over the shoddy and pointless "program" they operate. Patients have hours of time to kill, they do not receive individual therapy, only group. Patients are not kept informed, families do not get information from doctors, social workers there. I would not refer anyone experiencing a psychiatric crisis to seek help at this facility.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO SEVEN HILLS. MONEY SCAM, MONEY SCAM, MONEY SCAM, MONEY SCAM, MONEY SCAM, MONEY SCAM. This place is a joke they do not care about the people they are supposed to help. All they want is the money, they will use the 72 hour hold to force people to stay just so they can charge you. They spend minimal on food, heating, blankets, everything. then they charge you and do not tell you what they are charging. They lie, cheat and steal. DR Vilt their doctor is a joke he does not even know about the prescriptions he prescribes. He will prescribe meds even before he knows the issues a patent has. i saw 10 people file a complaint on him and after leaving all the complaints have disappeared. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!

I just got out of this horrifying place. I checked my self in on may 11, I arrived at 5 pm wasn't done with intake until about 9:10 , when I was signing the paper work they lied about how long it took. They said with in 2 hours, b.s. with all I was trying to work through , I was short tempered and very agitated with the whole thing , nobody wanted to help me . So I kept on them. they moved me to the severe behavior unit, because I would not stop until I got some answers. I get to the unit I was beside myself with what I saw, I watched a tech escalate a situation with a patient. The patient was angry about a phone call. This tech took his coat off and was going to fight this patient, the patient ended up with a broken arm. Next day a nurse threatened me with a shot because he lied to my face and I erupted l walk to my room still yelling at that horrible nurse. The next day witch was Monday the unit had bed bugs, they take all the patients to the gym area for 5 hours ,wow there is more to come. For now seven hills should absolutely be ashamed of them self. Profit before people, how do they still have a license to be in business. . Thomas L.

This place was horrible I went in here after a bad break up with my girlfriend. I was having trouble sleeping , and dark troubling thoughts. When I first went in they had some gay guy that wanted to give me a strip search. They send someone else in to cancel the search all together. I was at the lowest point of my life and so me of the staff treated me as if I was cattle. There was one lady who was great she really helped Me so I could feel comfortable. The staff judges patients , and make open put downs toward the patients right in front of them. When I was leeavung I told the staff that one of the patient was wearing my shirt and wanted the shirt back. He look over to another staff member and made I'm off my rocker expression to his co worker. He finds out later that my shirt was worn by another patient. How rude can be to make fun of someone sick in the first place or try to size up patients as if they are doctors. When it was time for me to leave they couldn't even find all my clothes. Also another lady that was staying didn't get all her stuff back either. After telling them that I would report them or I needed to be reimbursed for my clothes suddenly my clothes appear and they bring them out. I sick now but I would never go back to this so called hospital.

Kaida Addams

Staff is great but the doctors overprescribe pills to the point it's dangerous. Something should be done about this problem as even medically prescribed pills can result in horrible side effects and even death. It is a problem not just with this hospital but with doctors in general.

Mira Recalde

Seven hills has helped me not have suicide thoughts and not kill myself. They are great PLEASE READ AND GO THERE IT IS WORTH THE PRICE!!!

I was recently admitted here and had a horrible experience. This place is only for drugging ppl up and keeping them as long as they can to collect more money from the insurance companies. The longer you stay the bigger the payout for them! Dr. Ho was my doctor and he was very indirect, dishonest, and displayed not a care in the world about my situation. I was deprived a meal due to certain dietary restrictions on my behalf. During intake at 4 am in the morning, the (African) head nurse was in a rush to get me back to the room I was assigned and failed to get my food allergies which is primarily cheese. We had cheese stuffed chicken breast, I couldn't eat. The techs and nurse refused to call the doctor to get authorization for someone to bring me up dinner. I was forced to go to bed without dinner. The food there taste horrible! The break room was NEVER clean. The floors were filthy. Dr. Ho tried to put me on more medication other than what I was taking at home and I refused but he kept insisting but I never agreed. I was also lied to by the African head nurse about Excedrin that I take for my frequent migraines. She said to my face the facility doesnt have any and that i would need to have someone bring me up a bottle which was untrue. So for almost 2 days I was deprived that as well and I have migraines every single day! Finally I threatened to report this to my insurance Tricare and was discharged after the full 72 hour hold. He kept every other patient there longer, 7 and 8 days, for as long as he could. SCAM HOSPITAL AND DOCTORS!! These facilities place you with ppl with unlike issues and make you feel very unsafe and comfortable. There is no security around. This is also a co-ed facility where men and women are together, no seperation. This should be out of compliance.

Shelby Stone

My friend has been admitted here several times, and she seems to never get the help she needs. Her last time being admitted this past week I've attempted calling several times to get a hold of her and these people just dont care apparently cuz no one answers after several minutes of it ringing. Not even an answering machine to leave a message it just hangs up after it rings for longer than 3 or so minutes. Based on other reviews and my friends personal experiences, I wouldn't recommend.. Re evaluate your practices Seven Hills!!

I was located in the adolescent unit for a week. Most of the staff there were really nice though there were some that ticked me off. I made a few friends there and a lot of the kids were really chill and helped you feel more safe. I made about 5 close friends there. My favorite of all the staff was Devin, he taught me coping skills when I was frustrated. He wasn't in charge of our unit though, he was a one on one with the kid who was in a room across from me. I was a tiny bit disappointed when I figured out I wasn't allowed to have a roommate, that was mostly because of the fact that I am a trans guy. I couldn't have a girl roommate because I identify as a guy and I couldn't have a male roommate because I was born a female. The room to myself was nice though. Overall my time there was pretty nice. I didn't dislike it and even at times I felt at home.

Seven hills is the worst place to go: drive the extra if u have to: to southern hills behavorial health. The staff are nice & dr. Did spend time needed: not a rush but again theres very little therapy at southern hills but u get treated better by staff atleast & better meals. Please save yourself the trauma of going there for any help. Now if its detox unit that's a different story but adult unit like a jail.

they lie and are VERY manhandling people, and they also will take away everything and will not tell friends the truth on anything. instead of a rehab place it is a prison. your tied down and guys holding you down as well and yelling "your not in control here" nurses not careful on removing patches I have marks from nurses and doctors, so do not go unless you want to go crazy.

I owe you my life seven hills thank you. The Staff, Doctors and the overall treatment and service bar none. And the food was great as well . It is to be expected that those who refuse to TAKE responsibility for their own lives and problems will blame others. I would definitely recommend seven hills

Carol Miramontes

Worst experience ever! Please do your research before going to this place. This facility is not looking for the best interest of their patients. They are only interested in the financial part of it. I took a family member hoping that it would help. The first day I visited her she was talking about how all the patients end up helping each other as no help comes from the staff. We were misinformed by staff so many times. I myself work in healthcare and when I reviewed the reviews I thought it was patients that were probably overreacting but I was wrong I feel so guilty for pressuring my family to admit her in as I honestly thought that this would help. This has actually made it worse. They never have anyone to help if you have questions after a patient is already admitted. They don’t know what they are doing they don’t have protocols to follow. Each shift does what they want. They give patients their medications whenever it’s convenient for them not when it’s scheduled. Do your homework. We tried checking her out right away and we were unable as their was no doctor ever available nor a case manger. That was the first thing I asked when we were with a intake coordinator and she informed me that they have doctors, case managers and patient advocates for the patients. That is incorrect they kept her against her will for more than 48 hours as no doctor was able to evaluate her to confirm she was ready to leave. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Note no one will come out and speak to you if you requested to get some information, they give you the run around.

Diana Olsen

most of the patients/clients we serve, usually end up here due to a psychotic episode, med follow ups, or they’ve been brought in against their will... i am the new case manager and i will be dealing with staff in the emergency pretty regularly... i look forward to a good repore...

I was a patient and few weeks ago. And bruh. No. If it weren't for a few people there it would have been the worst thing ever. 24/7 people yelling "smoke break, dinner time, breakfast." Ect. My stomach didn't sit right with anything I are while I was there. They expect you to be up at about 7am radt to do stuff but they wake you up like 4 times while you try to sleep to take vitals. Tthe food had no flavor and was gross. HORRIBLE. some people even said "they wanna make your stay as miserable as possible." I told them to burn my paper work when I leave because I will Never Be back.

Ron Novoa

If you are an adult hope you get placed in C1 or C2 and not the geriatrics unit because of the following in C1 and C2 you get eight smoke breaks in the other you only get five smoke break you also get taken to the cafeteria in C1and C2 where you get to eat hot food and cold salads in the other unit your food is placed in a styrofoam container and brought up to the unit where it was sit from 30 minutes to 45 minutes before you get it the food is either cold or lukewarm health law says hot food is to be at least 140 degrees and salads 40 degrees or colder the staff at night is more interested in listening to their music then to taking care of the patients at night if a patient gets up to go to the nurse's station after 9 they are told to go back to their room

My stay at Seven Hills Hospital was as pleasant as it possibly could be under my circumstances. I tried to commit suicide and having a place like Seven Hills to go to help stabilize my Depression was a life saver. Seven Hills is a place to go to help get you become stabilized so that you are able to be successful on the outside and the staff at Seven Hills helps you with all kinds of referrals and services to research and help those who are seeking additional assistance with the long term care that some of us may need. I highly recommend Seven Hills Hospital for any immediate and/or crisis you may be experiences.

My daughter was takem there after an episode, first I thought why Henderson if I live in the northwest and last time she was taken to Spring Mountain treatment center, I asked to use to the restroom it was hideous no paper, dirty and the walls with graffiti, then I tried to talk to my daughter I had to call 5 times nobody answer I waited around 15 mi It's a each time , then I visited her I almost cried the place is dirty, smells horrible, people is rude. I'm terrified since she is a minor.

I chose seven hills after I was in the hospital at Mountain View from being suicidal and Mountain View Hospital is on the Northwest side of NV and Seven Hills is on the complete other side of town from me. So when I chose Seven Hills I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into....with that being said. This is by far the best psychiatric hospital I could ever imagine. Their food was delicious as I only eat really one meal a day but couldn't help myself to eat 3 meals there as their food was soooo good. They give you snacks so you don't go hungry. The doctor is superb. The other patients were wonderful as well as the staff. If anything were to happen again Seven Hills is definitely where I'd go....that is nothing changed....as some of the review ppl seem to be picky...that's all I am saying. BUT A+++++++++ 100 % all the way damn best psychiatric hospital!!!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Staff treats the patients like crap with an exception for a few compassionate techs and nurses. During my stay there 2 patients were taken to the hospital because the staff over drugged them. Food sucks the only good meal is breakfast. This place is cold and your given basically a sheet to sleep with. Showers hardly spit any water out and your lucky if you get warm water. I was told family could call and speak to me anytime but after over 30 calls from family members I was never given a single message till the day of my discharge. Many people never even see there psychiatrist and are held there involuntarily after there 72 hour hold is up and are told "if you want to leave you have to take us to court before we can let you go". I felt so bad for some of the elderly patients there who needed help but we're constantly ignored. Instead of helping people they make a lot of people worse. Please don't send your loved one here. Jail is better then this place.

My son was admitted to seven hills after multiple visits to surrounding facilities in 2 years. Dr Alshaikh was the best thing that could of happened to my son. Not only did he take the to to actually listen to my son he withdrew him off of the 6 different meds the other Dr kept putting him on. My son has been home for a little other a month now and we HAVE NOT had any situation or crisis happen since he has left Dr Alshaiki care. To me that is amazing given our previous circumstances. Sometimes it's all about finding the right Dr regardless of the facility.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My son was transported here. It was a complete waste. It was more like babysitting, not treatment. We paid $ upfront, but I checked him out earlier than they wanted, so they owed me $592 back. It's been 2 1/2 months, and they still won't give me the money back. I call every couple weeks. They say, oh it's coming and it never does. It's terrible. We may have to go to small claims court.

male nurse unbuttoned my mother's blouse to stare at her breast. She filed a complaint and sure enough she was discharged the next day. I'm curious if anyone else had any issues like this.

I was here recently due to a bad depression episode. Please note, this is my first experience at one of these places so I cannot compare it to others in the valley. This place is honestly what you make of it. If you are truly ready to turn your life around and put in the effort to find better coping mechanisms, then you will be better for it. It does have a "mini-prison" vibe but I felt like that's done to help you rebuild yourself. If you are kind to the nurses they will be more than willing to help you out. I had problems with only one staff member there in the 5 days there but that was mainly because of the way she talked to our group. Food is... bearable. It messed with my stomach at times so that's my main negative. Otherwise it was definitely a step in the right direction for me.

This is the WORST facility in NV. DO NOT send your loved one here. They released my son WORSE than when he arrived. He ended up in the ER at St. Rose within hours and put on a mental health hold by the attending physician because he was soooo drugged. HE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RELEASED!!! He ended up spending 5 days in Spring Mountain Treatment Center (they were GREAT!) before he was able to enter a drug rehabilitation center. PLEASE....if you love your family member, DO NOT let them go here. This place is dangerous!!!

If you care about your loved ones, do NOT bring them here. For close to a month, I was experiencing hallucinations. I sought medical treatment at the ER and they told me to go here. Upon arriving, I was told to sign in and let them know I do not have health insurance. After a 38 minute wait, I was brought back and the first question I was asked was whether I had health insurance. I said no. I was then asked if I was suicidal or planning on hurting anyone. I said no. I was then told that they couldn't help me. As I tried to explain my symptoms just to get a general idea of what was happening to me, the topic kept getting brought back to the fact that I don't have health insurance. She was more concerned that I figure out a way to pay them than for my actual mental health, and seemed almost disappointed that I wasn't suicidal when she asked again, because then they couldn't hold me there and charge my family. She told me she believes I am developing schizophrenia, which was absolutely terrifying to me, and to get health insurance and come back. I ended up seeing an actual professional psychiatrist, who explained the hallucinations were stress-induced and detested Seven Hills' "evaluation". This "hospital" is a scam and they care more about what's in your wallet than what's in your head.

This institution violated my patient rights and refused to allow me to file formal complaints against it, further denying my patient rights. I was never granted an advocate in spite of multiple requests. I have spoken with legal counsel and will be seeking legal compensation.

Kailey Stinson

Please be careful when it comes to places like this. Mental institutions will lie to you and ignore you. They will refuse to tell you your rights as a patient. They will threaten to take you to court if you attempt to sign yourself out(which they do not ever do). This particular place was infested with red ants that swarmed over my body while I attempted to sleep. Every patient in the place at that time was complaining about the bug problem but none of the staff listened to us. I would wake up with bug bites all over my body. I was there to recover from drug use and they prescribed me a NARCOTIC drug at the maximum dosage which got me high as a kite and I was not allowed to refuse it or tamper down the dose. When it comes to places like this, There will be maybe 1 or 2 staff members that are actually genuine. There were a million ways I could have killed myself if I had wanted to. One of the patients was able to offer me controlled drugs, presumably she was able to smuggle them in or had somehow gotten them from a staff member. After my insurance stopped paying for my stay, they told me that they were charging me $7,000 a day and asked me how I would like to pay for it. YEAH RIGHT!! Best believe they kicked me out not long after the insurance money stopped flowing. This is place where they warehouse fragile people just for the money. SAME GOES FOR MONTEVISTA & SPRING MOUNTAIN. All of these places are the same. Seek help from family or trusted friends instead.

I've read alot of these reviews here and i find it difficult to understand why so many talk about how bad of an experience they had. You just need to suck it up and stop blaming the staff for your bad experiences there their to help you and keep you in line and sober and in good health mentally and physically we all had bad experiences at seven Hills rehabilitation but that's from our withdrawals and lake of substance and being around a bunch of addicts that have nothing better to do than point the finger at staff members show a little bit of appreciation the staff at seven Hills are all Angels there to help. I for one think it's perfect It's a good place to be when you've reached the end. I was s patient June2016-December 2016 Out patient actually i was addicted to Opiates,Benzoids, Crystal Meth. The day i took my leather belt and hung myself in a my closet is when i realized that i needed help 7Hills is a excellent rehab facility other than my two over doses i had on property during my six month treatment xanax, and percoset I myself am surprised that I od'd twice at rehabilitation who overdoses on drugs at drug rehab only an addict does i was clean all the way until march 2019 then i relapsed. Know it's every other week i find myself using again and when i use its for a week straight so here i am writing a review on seven Hills substance abuse program when all I'm doing is telling everyone my dark secrets, that i am once again using I'm only writing a review because i googled seven hills to get their phone # so i can admit myself again before i hit rock bottom again. You never realize how bad your screwing up until you here it from perfect strangers, on the internet,i find myself doing things that i haven't done since 2016 things that a normal clear headed person would do, doing stuff that only a drug addict would do it's a bad religion that I've gotten back into and i know that if Seven Hills can change me for a good two years clean and sober it can change me again Thanks for your help staff @Seven Hills I'll be seeing you soon

This place is a drunk tank, they hold you 3 days give you cigs and food like dogs. You never see a doctor this was my exsperence. Now my friend went in last week, 3 days she was let go. yesterday she took her life.....if you love someone and are helpless PLEASE find another facility. Im not given up , after all is said and done. Im going to the DA of Clark County and looking for murder charges to be brought up against the staff. Mark my words!!!! She was a wife, a mother, a daughter and a friend....they failed her.

WORST PLACE EVER! Worst and dumbest nursing staff ever! My grandmother was transferred there. I called everyday to get information. I was hung up on, nobody would call back. I was told to call back the next day and hung up on. I finally said enough is enough and went to the facility. I spoke with the case manager who seemed uninterested in my concern. She let me visit my grandma. My grandma had a fall risk bracelet on and was walking by herself. I asked what was this? She said that someone was walking with her....... I think they thought I was stupid or they were seeing ghosts. Nobody was there. We started our visit. I noticed she was having stroke symptoms. I notified the nurse and was told " I will let the doctor know and he will come evaluate her tomorrow ". I left the facility and called 911. When the paramedics arrived, the facility refused to let them in the building. They wouldn't open the door. They stated "we didn't call, I need to ask my supervisor what to do". After about 15 min they finally were by my grandma. She got transported. I called and stated that I need to pick up her belongings. They REFUSE to give the belongings back. All of her clothes and a stuffed animal that calms her down. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
