Worst place ever... do not put your loved one there and make sure you do not deal with Lydia... Cold hearted and MEAN.

Iv been an employee at this facility since November 2016 and its been a heartbreaking experience to see how residents are treated. Unless your a family thats going to visit everyday, Its one of the most unRoyal places you could put your loved ones. The Aides do minimal work at there own jolly time, there blind and deaf to cries for help, not all but most of the nurse heads are to far up there butts to want to get there hands dirty with something as small as getting water for a resident. This facility barely keeps enough supply to do resident cares. And are too cheep to by essential things that a "Rehabilitation" should definitely posses and have available to all safe to give as needed. Resident are very unhappy here and it kills me inside to see no heart in these healthcare facilities. And people making profits off of basically torching people who need top quality in There cares.

1). For the nature of this business. I made a call to find out what room my friend had been transferred to from another hospital and the woman who answered the phone told me my friend was NOT there; she couldn't find her name....so she transferred me to Admissions??? Really?? First of all if she does NOT know how to look up patient room information - to say the least - she should bed emptying out trash or something else...NOT being the RECEPTIONIST who greets you and directs you to whomever she can... I am going to see my friend today - for the first time and I hope to NOT validate these reviews. There is always the Patient Advocate or the Hospital Administrator...and so forth and so on... I am talking UP the protocol.

DO NOT ALLOW YOUR LOVED ONES TO BE PUT INTO THIS PLACE. My grandmother was put here from a hospital and they don't take care of their patients and they leave patients in their beds and don't come when the nurses button is pushed they also leave patients lying in there own feces for extended periods of time worst experience of my grandmothers life no one in there late years deserves to be treated like this! They didn't want to let us move her until I started saying correct words like neglect and abuse then we got moved out within an hour and don't let the staffs song and dance while you are there fool you they didn't even know basic information because they weren't actually taking care of my grandmother. Please don't put your loved ones in this awful place from what I hear they change their name frequently so the bad reviews won't follow them.

I don’t know how many people work here but I brought my mom in at 6:00 pm to get her bed sore healed and no one even acknowledged us showing up. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and someone from admissions just showed up with papers for mom to sign!! This place is horrible. Needless to stay it takes about 1 hour for a cna to show up to moms room after pushing the button for help or if you go to the nurses station in the center there are at least 3 cnas sitting there laughing with each other on their phones??!! And look down the halls and almost every light is on for help. These people are not here to help just for their paycheck!!!

Dealt with several of these facility in several states.. the treatment is absolutely disgusting and inhumane

Items stolen from rooms, no reports or follow-ups done. Patients passing away, several per week. Place always smells like death. Short staffed, staff they do have on personal phones. Very few employees speak English. Patients are neglected, don't receive physical therapy as they should.

This facility was really good with me They helped me recover faster then I thought The girls in admissions were very friendly and the marketer was very honest and professional and the nurses were very friendly too I would recommend this facility

Jazmyn Hornaday

This place is terrible my boyfriend is there right now they take forever to come to the room when he pushes the call light they are also the reason why my boyfriend leg got amputated if I can give them a zero I would never bring your loved ones here at all

A Racquel Vidrine

Worse place ever not even worth the one star

TD PRO

Far and away the worst place in the United States for health care and rehabilitation.

Nice facility been employee here for abt 6 months now

Would give zero stars if I could. My grandma with Alzheimer's has been staying here well over 5 years, aside from her clothes always getting lost she also broke her ankle here. My grandma is immobile and unresponsive, so someone accidently broke her ankle; this never would have happened if proper precautions would have been taken. Even more so my grandpa who visits her everyday tripped and fell on a box left in the hallway. He dislocated his shoulder and had to have surgery on it. Being 90 years old the surgery could have killed him. The negligence by the staff here is unreal. If you care about your loved ones stay away.

Please Note: I would not give this facility any stars but the only way to post a review is to give a star. A scam just like the care they give their poor, unsuspecting patients. This is merely a way for me to get this review out there. I GIVE IT NO STARS!!! Las Vegas never, ever, ever send your parent or anyone you love to this facility. Even if it's for respite, do not do it. They are an inept group of people who try to pass for caregivers. We told them our mom was allergic to most fruit and nuts. She goes into anaphylaxis shock. A family member went to visit her and there were diced apples on her food tray. She needs her liquids thickened, and the water they prepared was so thick the straw stood straight up, it was like jello. Our mom who is bed bound, was all the way at the end of the bed past the hospital rails with her feet on the ground and her body on the mattress. If she would of slid anymore, she would of fell to the floor. Below is a pic of another patient they just left in a wheelchair and laughed. Needless to say, our moms respite visit was cut short.

Worst place to send your love ones . They are my father's wallet with $600 in it claimed he never had a wallet, they stole his phone , his cane , and lied about administering medication. , I witnessed them ignoring patients calls for help or assistance, they keep them overly medicated. All patients can barley speak . Nobody answers the phone and when they do they would transfer me to my father's room witch had no phone at all ., I've left messages for staff and coordinator . I've witnessed them manually feeding patients fast and ruff hardly giving them time to breath . The worst place ever !

Stephanie Lawhon

The staff is lazy . after rolling there eyes and huffing and puffing after you ask them to do any thing. Items are stolen by staff from the room every day. They will not do rehab on patients well because the answer I received was they were on the last day of the 12 hour shift and they were tired. REALLY...

Lauren Canda

Warning: You are taking care of my uncle and. His sisters Took him some KFC so that's what he ate but they ate the food from the rehab but guess what they got food poisoning and are super sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am with transport of another facility who went to Royal Springs to pick up a resident who had to be moved to our facility. LPN Johanna, who attended to the discharge was very efficient. She, together with the CNAs worked as a team to have the resident ready for transport. LPN Johanna was very professional and worked to the last detail to ensure a smooth discharge and turnover.

Awful awful place my grandfather was there for almost two months and got transferred to the hospital at 3am. They did not notify any family members and we only found out when my mother went to visit him at 3pm and his room was empty! They said they called and left a message but couldn't remember who they called. He has three emergency contacts and none of them had missed calls or voicemails! My grandmother passed just two weeks ago unexpectedly so my family is already on edge and the staff new this! Not to even mention his entire stay was awful. Hes a Type 2 Diabetic and they constantly gave him foods high in sugar and salt no matter how many times we told them he cant eat that. He constantly fell out of bed in the middle of the night when he slept and instead of coming up with a solution the nurses would just get mad at him because hes hard to lift back into the bed. The night he went to the hospital their solution was to just get him a lower bed and put pads on either side. He would request help to the bathroom and theyd tell him to just use his diaper and they'll change it later! This is a disgusting place and I'd give them negative stars if I could.

I was so hoping that the reviews were wrong but unfortunately after only two days they are absolutely right this place is very very bad in every way you can imagine so my wife will have to self check her. Self. out of there a I'm not sure we're going to do she will not make it there

Marissa Cola

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. What a joke of a facility to care for ANYONE. My first visit to this place was a disaster. My grandmother who stayed here for only a few days while pending a transfer to a group home had a broken wrist. While visiting her, a nurse came in and grabbed her broken wrist, we had to remind the nurse that her wrist is broken and to not grab that arm as she also tried to take her blood pressure on the same arm. The nurse seemed absolutely lost about what she was doing and what is going on around her. Secondly, my grandmother who is 94 years old with advanced dementia was scheduled to be transferred Wednesday to her new group home. On Tuesday the day before her scheduled transfer she was released without notifying any of her family including her power of attorney that they discharged her and took her to the WRONG group home. She was finally located, traumatized, barely understanding where she was or what was happening. The director and head nurse refuse to speak with anyone about this incident. This place should be closed, I can only imagine what the poor patients go through that are there long term. I'd advise to stay far far away from this facility.

I am a doctor in another state but my husband daylon Bishop is currently residing at this facility.his things have been stolen,he does not recieve meds on time,he is left in bed for days on end.being a parapalegic he needs to be repositioned and that does not hapoen. I myself gave been on the phone with him for hrs at a time waiting 2 or more hrs for his call light to be answered and on several occasions i myself have to call to get a nurse or cna to respond to light. There is severe neglect and abuse in this facilty and being in medical myself this is very inappropriate and unnecessary.the way he in particular is treated is unjust as well as others...def will be removing him..

Gary Butler

That need to shut down they don't have protocols in place no directors on the property ask questions and they can't answer file a complaint against a staff thay push from one staff to another staff to another staff they won't tell you which one or who the director you can find a high-end to take or make your complaints thay put hands on patients verbal abuse and hitting and lay hands on just because they're mad and upset do not send friends are friendly there

jaiden Jaramillo

Its horrible, no one knows anything, smells awful, rude staff, place should be shutdown

This is the worst nursing facility I have ever witness. The staff is very unprofessional and shows no compassion. You ask for assistance and they look at you like you’re crazy. They do not care about the patients and the facility is filthy. They are understaff 13 to 14 patients per nurse. I had a family member who was their for a short time because this place didn’t provide the care needed. They let him fall out of the bed and didn’t contact the family for several hours. The nurse didn’t know what happen and she didn’t care. This place needs to be closed. If you have a family member in this facility you need to move them ASAP. Get your love one out as fast as you can “PLEASE “before it’s too late.

Please, PLEASE, do NOT *ALLOW* anyone that you care about to be here! This facility is run on the cheap with minimal to NO access to specialists, doctors, basic rehab equipment. 1. Serious lack of skilled staffing! If recovering and a wound begins to bleed or there is a complication, it could be life threatening - there are no people on site most of the time to properly evaluate and treat wounds, blood pressure issues or infections. 2. Language and skill barriers! Only three people we encountered in our ward could fluently speak English. Two of them did not work weekends or evenings and were only administrators, one did not deal with the patients directly. It is extremely difficult for a patient to communicate their needs and I personally watched the concerns of the patient ignored or - as previous - running into an issue where staff members were not trained to perform the level of care that the patient needed. 3. LOW BUDGET! Things are fixed very slowly and problems are responded to with equal poorness. When the patient needed something, it was not uncommon for 30-45 minutes to pass before someone attended them - despite multiple people being nearby and the call light being in clear view of the ward station the entire time. A couple of things were just never fixed the entire time the patient was there. The facility lacks equipment that other physical rehabilitation facilities would have, such as walkers. PLEASE do not ALLOW anyone you care about to be housed in this facility. YOU HAVE A CHOICE!

Poor, Poor Administration, My daughter who is diabetic was in this facility in April 2019 for a infection that they were to treat and when she got there they didn't ask her if she had dentures they just assumed she didn't so when they lost her dentures and realized that this was there fault they ask me to send them the invoice which I did because she just got these dentures less then 8 months before she came to Royal Springs Healthcare. I am still trying to get them to send the dentist the check after they said that they would after 2 months of fighting with them, then on June 5, 2019 I received a call from there admin that they would send the check and still nothing I called on 06/17 and that admin is no longer working there!!!!! and I am not getting any return phone calls. My daughter is in and out of the hospital because her sugar keeps dropping during the night while she is sleeping. My daughter can't eat properly because she has no bottom dentures and I am so afraid that her sugar is going to drop so low we can't get her back. What is a mother to do when she see's her daughter at the mercy of another healthcare provider same on you. I didn't want to give them any stars but it wouldn't let me.

He is stable. I am glad he got transferred to the Royal Springs Healthcare & Rehab facility in Las Vegas because 1. More compassionate and positive culture compared to Renown Hospital in Reno, pessimistic & glum attitude of 80% providers. At the Royal Springs 80% of staff are Filipinos who are known to be compassionate people. 2. There are 2 Respiratory Therapists in each hallway . 3. Wound care nurses visit him 1-2× a day. In Renown the wound department nurses visit the patient with bedsore once a week and the floor nurses are always hounding them. Here the wound department are very involved and doctor visits every Wednesday. His bedsore has improved remarkedly. 4. physical therapists visit him daily. I am happy with the plan of care the Royal Springs facility gives to Rod here. Today I thought the plan of care meeting here would be an emotional struggle for me like in Renown Hospital. They are more positive.

My sister is their and she has been their for almost three years she can’t walk or talk she was in a car accident. Well my sister has had so many things happen to her their they had a CNA male who was leaving my sister in her pee and feces and he had put a washcloth by her face that had pee on it. I don’t know how many times this has happened and when I went to talk to the head person they said they would Take care of it. Come to find out he don’t take care my sister or in that hall far as I know. But he still works their they keep leaving my sister window open that is no screen on it and my sister is on vent. She was sick a few weeeks ago. Trying to get my sister out of their but it kinda hard cause my mom need to become power of attorney for her so we can get her moves to Texas . This place only has a few good workers they are understaffed and also I think they are using trying to keep my sister their so they can keep getting money for from state everything they said they wanted to do to her her to talk and walk has not happened they have let her feet drop .

Jennifer Cameron

DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO HERE. A medical board needs to review and pull their license. They have no clue what is going on with the patients and do not want to be bothered. You ask who the nurse is and they don't know. They say drink water, but there is nothing with water near by for the patient to drink and aren't seeing if liquids are being drank. Sheets were covered with dirt and hair. Fingers were covered with dirt or blood. Diabetic...and they serve chocolate milk, juice ,and fruit and say they are eating. I repeat. DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES THERE..or your worst enemy. It's a sad horrible place. These reviews are all correct. Negative if it was possible.

Marie Eldridge

PLEASE DO NOT send your loved one to this facility. The director of nursing is most unprofessional and certainly beyond her station in life. It is extremely hard to get someone to Converse in English most of the time the staff is jabbering in their native tongue. I urge you to speak to others that have had a experience with this facility you will uncover many horror stories

Elisabeth Martin

Esperanza Obasi

Some of the staff are really trying to do a good job but the management was shoddy at best. Each had their own personal agenda not tied in to the facility's mission and vision statements. The DON had no delegation skills and obsolete clinical knowledge.

i wish my wife had come here sooner!....the team helping my wife recover from a stroke have done more for her in one week than healthsouth did in 2 weeks....after a week here im looking forward to working with therapist and staff to get my wife back home....food has been very good and my wife looks forward to her meals....great job by all the employees ive encountered....thank you!

Cheri Morse

I had a very good experience that my therapist Mo and Mike were the best and that I wouldn't walking today if it wasn't for there dedication and skills and professionalism and for Anna and Sandra my CNA's courage for the things they new i can do but I didn't believe I could. Cheri Morse

This facility has gone down hill over the past few months due to new management. I worked here for 3 years and I have noticed the change in patient care. The new administrator that is there referred to patients as "half dead". I would not send my dog here to be cared for. They are understaffed and the turn over rate is ridiculous. I understand that in business you have to make money but in a healthcare setting you still need to have compassion for the lives you take care of.

David Nicoll

WARNING THIS FACILITY IS HORRIBLE BEYOND BELIEF!!! You do not want anyone you care about to end up in this place. The staff is neglectful, lazy, rude, and incompetent. It really is that bad folks!

Daylon Bishop

I've been a patient here for 4 months and I've had stuff stolen from me they never answer call lights for 45 minutes to an hour and a half the administrators are rude
