I have been here since wensday with my 3 yr old and since we have been here they have been doing an amazing job taking care of my baby. Making sure he gets well and taking great care of him my baby is doing much better now and i couldnt be anymore thankful to all the staff and doctors im not thankful to just one person i am thankful for everyone from ER staff but every single person nurse's respiratory tech doctors everyone who has helped my baby get better this truly is an amazing place

Drove my son here directly from school with a possible concussion. Sadly to say I'm still waiting for him to be seen, 4 hours later. I've had to repeatedly check with the front desk to try and see if we are even on some sort of waiting list. They seem more lost than me. It shouldn't be called an Emergency room it's more like a DMV waiting room. ANTHONY SLONIM fix this. I went and asked what was the longest waiting period in the adult ER. The front desk clerk informed me the longest waiting period she had was 45 min to be placed in a room. How does this make any sense same building such a huge gap in waiting periods?

Incredible humans work here, they all do an amazing job and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my children. I want to thank everyone on the 4th floor for taking such great care of my boy. These people are the reason my son healed so fast! The staff here are very skilled, professional and as kind and sweet as can be! So totally impressed with this place. ❤️

On may 6th i went innfor a routine repeat cesarian. Due to unforeseen circumstances, i nearly bled to death. However the nursing staff who took care of me following my hemmorrhage were all fantastic. I drove 2 hours from winnemucca because i knrw my local hospital would likely kill me, and im grateful i made the desicion to go to renown.

1st and last time i take my kids here. Told me my daughter had croup and i had a 6 hour wait. How the hell can you tell me my daughter has a diagnosis with out getting seen...

The night shift crew was great. Come morning, we were told they’d bring breakfast. Had to wait an hour only to be told that we can get him food at the food court. Also, they didn’t let us get food for him [father].

From out of town. Went in for respiratory distress. Staff fast and friendly. Daughter seen by doctor, xray, and out in 2 hours, on a Saturday evening. Dr. Cotti? and ALL STAFF Was GREAT!!!

If I could give a negative star I would. Been here for 3 hours and have yet to be helped. Awful experience. If you need an emergency room, I would suggest going somewhere else.

They charged us $250 for emergency services but was 3 hour wait just to get the doctor in the room. My son was crying nonstop for some reason and they couldn't figure out why. Thankfully he got tired of crying and slept for an hour and when he woke up he forgot why he was crying and started playing. So they told us go home without telling us what went wrong with my son. When I told nurses to get the doctor they said we aren't the only patients in the hospital!!

You'd be better off taking your kid to a veterinarian. This place is a joke and an embarrassment to children's hospitals
