If I could give no stars I would worst experience I have ever had. I have sickle cell disease and the doctor practically told me I wasn’t in pain and that I was addicted to pain medication so that is why I was in pain. The doctor doped me up with heavy pain medication and right after giving it to me had the nurse release me to go home. There was absolutely no privacy and I was in a room with about 10 chairs stacked up next to me with a small screen separating them. My seat was missing the screen and the doctor pretty much told all my personal information to everyone and then called me a drug addict in front of everyone. I could tell you all of the information about 4 other patients I was sitting around because that’s how discreet they were. The doctor stated that he spoke to my specialist and my specialist wanted me to go home. I called my specialist immediately after and was told that the doctor stated I was doing fine, in which I was not, and that I took some medicine, which I did not, and they even got my blood counts up. I wasn’t there long enough for them to get my blood count up or to check for that. Worst experience I have ever had and the doctor was extremely rude. The facility was also very dirty and I have ports in but due to the cleanliness I did not allow them to access them.

Exceptional service and care during my recent surgery...thank you Mountain View!

Wes Hackbarth

It's the people. Most caring that I've ever experienced.

Dr Blanco and her team treated me with exceptional care, along with the nurses who were supervised buy lead nurse Susie. Much appreciation to all.

I came into the emergency room Sunday morning, screaming and crying in pain due to my illness. They put me in a room to have labs done, and when i asked for help to get up, the nurse told me no, and that i needed to stop dramatic. I almost fell twice. Then for 3 hours they stuck me in a corner of a room that had another 6 people in there. Dr hadn’t come to talk to me at all within those 3 hours. They let me sit there in pain. But i was moved to the CDU around 6 on Sunday and I’ve never been treated better. The staff in here is amazing. A big shout out to Veronica, Melissa, and Lorelie. Such great manners and hospitality. Made sure i was comfortable the entire time. If it weren’t for the emergency room troubles this would be a 5 star review.

If you a nurse doctor or whatever it may be in a hospital learn to have patience and compassion Dint let a patient lay in a bed 3 days without changing linens after having a accident and don't tell a patient to change it herself I'm so sorry I couldn't have been made m more comfortable When I asked if I could get some rest the reply was PEOPLE DONT REST IN HOSPITALS Also language barriers Are very important if the person can not understand u properly there can be major issues Sorry was stay wasn't what I expected!

It was wonderful as always, I don’t go to no other hospital in Vegas but this one I feel like I’m being taken care of and it’s so clean and the people are so respectful, they make you feel right at home you can’t help but get well there thank y’all so much words can not explain, Love this hospital always

Alicia Garcia

The ER is top notch. The second I walked in was taking care of immediately. I came to this hospital because of it's rating not disappointed.

Kirsten Elrod

The staff is extremely professional and treated me with care, from the moment I walked through the door. In the town I used to live in, the staff at my hospital was atrocious. But here, everyone I interacted with was amazing. They made my surgery as stress free as it possibly could be.

Warren Hollis

There were some delays to my test, but I have to say that my experience was very positive because of the people involved. Everyone was warm and friendly and very skilled at what they did. It was the feeling of a small town hospital rather than a large teaching hospital with all the benefits the latter has. Mountainview is the only hospital that I go to whenever possible.

I went to Red Rock Interventional Radiology for an ultrasound intervention. Red Rock gave me the best service and care that I have had at a medical facility ever! Sonia and Abby were so kind and helpful getting what was needed for me to come to the facility. I gave them a box of See's! Dr. Eltroth was kind and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed and the procedure went smoothly. I chose Red Rock because my daughter -in-law had an arterial-ventral-malformation and they did an excellent job on her surgery. I recommend without any reservations and am returning for further procedures.

Ken Edwards

You took good care of me....Thanks

Deborah James

From the time of arrival at the hospital, things were moving like clockwork. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, etc. the entire experience was a blast. However, that soon came to an end. Once the house doctor, and my surgeon agreed to let me come home, things seemed to go down hill from there.. it took close to 2hrs to get released. My husband had to track someone down to check us out. Everything up until I checked out was great. A recommendation, would be to have a small core group designated to check patients out of the hospital,. It will relieve a lot of frustration. Respectfully submitted 7/1/19.

Peter Perhac

Dr. Flores was wonderful. Staff was great. I am always impressed with the professionalism. Answered all my questions.

Trudy Rimer

I would not advise even my worst enemy to ever go to MountainView Hospital. My last visit wasn't any better that any of the others. I went to the ER with severe diverticulitis and neck pain, and I had to wait 5 hours in a wheelchair that made my neck much worse. They refused to bring me a pillow or help support my neck in any way. The staff is mostly extremely rude; some to the point of being downright nasty. When they did finally examine me, it was clear the were just trying to get me out the door. My problems were not properly addressed, and they even prescribed a medication that it clearly states on my records I am allergic to. 3 days later I had to go back to ER because MountainView did nothing for me. I of course went to a different hospital where I received outstanding care; they told me that MountainView should have admitted me and should never let me go home that day. MountainView is the worst hospital in the Las Vegas Valley. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles if you have to to go to a better hospital. I will never go to MountainView again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there either.

Stephanie Milligan

Your staff was knowledgeable and very kind. Thank you for all you did to help us.

Neil Roth

All the Doctors and Nurses were nothing short of amazing in their desire to make me comfortable and safe after my surgery. And the food is great!

k h

In pain? Do NOT go here. You will have to sit in a HARD CHAIR for a long time. BUT I have to say the medical staff was very helpful and I know they're not God they did help control the PAIN for a little while.

Sam Anbarchian

Found the hospital very well organized and clean. Pre-op and post-op were very comforting - gave you a sense of confidence that was relaxing. Post-op nurses were incredibly kind and professional. They worked so well together. My nurse Shereen was SUPERB!!!

Juiselle Yslas

Great service and most were very attentive. Like any place there is however that one person that ruins some of the experience, but that is to be expected. In my case it was a postpartum nurse. Overall great hospital!

Leon Angel

I was so pleased with how quickly I was seen and made comfortable. The quality of care was amazing. Leon Angel brought me to the hospital but I was the patient. Judy Angel

Howard Price

Was treated wonderfully well by all nurses and staff. Thank you so much.

Bill McDonald

Procedure went very well, Doc was great. Didn't like having to lay on the gurney in the hall for a long time behind a woman in a wheel chair. Scheduled Arrive time was 2 hours before the actual time the procedure started.

Adam Wadley

I'm Cancer and chronic pain patient that could not get my prescription filled because of a change in insurance with prior authorization. The insurance companies policy says if you're switching to them from another Medicaid program they will honor all prior authorizations for 90 day's. It's a lie so I had to go to the Mountain View ER with a 130 heart rate throwing up and 180 blood pressure. They will not admit you with opiate withdrawal they wanna give you a lidocaine patch and blood pressure pill and send you home to die. They treat you like a heroin junky looking for a fix they never want to treat your pain while there. I didn't request any take home prescriptions just wanted to be admitted until the insurance company would get my meds paid for. I would not be eligible for any detox treatment at a rehab facility because of my ongoing cancer still being active. So long story short I ended up picking up a infection because the stress my body was under that landed me in another hospital.

Kimberly Sanchez

I'm currently a patient I've been here for 3 days the staff has been nothing but caring understanding patient attentive overall wonderful the room itself has been very comfortable clean the food well I've been on a restrictive diet but it's been delicious. Everybody is extremely professional their bedside manner is extremely caring and they actually listen I've been to other hospitals were you feel like a patient care you feel more like your person but they care about not just a patient. Thank you Mountain View Hospital and all of the RNs nurses and doctors

Michelle Przybocki [Dr. Beth Howe Center]

Overall, my experience at MountainView Hospital was very positive. The nursing staff and doctors were for the most part ver caring and concerned for my well being. I received exceptional care and always felt that they personally paid attention to my needs. However, the Bed Management Department fell short of the expectation I have for receiving a room assignment that was considerate of my needs and reason for my visit. Changes should be made that evaluate each patient completely in order to determine if a private or semi-private room is necessary. It is glaringly obvious that this hospital currently falls short in that area. I strongly encourage the administration of the hospital to review the current policy for patient bed assignments and make the changes necessary to avoid situations in which a patient is in an environment where their recovery is negatively impacted by the environment in which they placed that prolong recovery time. It is unfortunate that all of the really great things that happen at MountainView Hospital often are overshadowed by in proper bed assignment. I would highly recommend this hospital for all the good that I experienced, but I also suggest that a restructure be considered for the Bed Management Department so that patient placement is done with the sensitivity and consideration for the individual that is essential to facilitate the best recovery possible.

Troy Knight, M.S.

My stay at Mountain View Hospital was exceptional. As a former Hospital Administrator and currently a consultant for compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, I know what to look for. Mountain View Hospital exceeded expectations and provided a comfortable stay with what seemed to be an endless roster of professional and competent team members.

Abe Schwartz

From pre-admission to admission and my angioplasty procedure, a very efficient and professional experience in every way. The staff and doctors were knowledgeable and caring.

The Doctors and nursing staff are so wonderful here. Had two of my children here and have always enjoyed my stay, felt very well looked after and supported.

On July 13 I gave birth at MountainView Hospital. Before my induction it was made clear to the doctors what the plan was for my labor and delivery but it was not honored. The most important expectation was a safe delivery. The resident doctor that delivered my baby did not honor that expectation. She pulled my babies head forcefully and hard twice during delivery. She was reprimanded by the other doctor in the delivery room each time. After the 2nd time she was asked to stop and step aside. For whatever reason she was allowed back to help with the delivery. The resident doctor once again did not honor our plan. She took it upon herself to cut the umbilical cord instead of my husband. When my husband inquired about it he was told by staff that she was just "excited". Why was this behavior allowed? Is this a customary practice at MountainView Hospital? After delivery I was wheeled over to recovery. I wasn't examined or spoken to by a doctor about my delivery. My baby was also not bathed. The nurse said she would try to bathe my baby but she had a lot of discharges so it was no guarantee. On two occasions I was asked about birth control by staff. How did staff find time to ask me about birth control but none to bathe my baby? Why was I not seen by a doctor? Are these behavior's customary? I would like MountainView Hospital to investigate these actions. I am very dissatisfied with my experience here.

kailie klafke

Labor and delivery are AMAZING!! I had to be induced which was a long process. But a nurse was always there to help me be comfortable and understand what was going on. I also had a few complications after delivery and they took such good care of me! The nurses in postpartum are so funny! Even the cleaning staff had us cracking up. Thank you so much for making my 1st baby a good experience despite all the complications!

Second time I had to take my wife, and as the first time, they ware all so very helpful, they took care of my wife, and , answer my questions

I was told to go to ER that I probably needed IV antibiotics. I arrived at approximately 10 pm on a Friday night and was seen almost immediately. After lab work, etc, I was seen by doctor who prescribed medication for me to take at home and I was not admitted. I was discharged at about midnight. I have never been in and out of an ER that fast and have the staff give such excellent care. The ER staff was wonderful. Thank you all.

Ken Wilkins

We always use MountainView Hospital and adjacent office building for our medical care. I was in the hospital for two operations in 2018. My wife was in the hospital in 2015 to cure a medical issue. The care provided by all the nurses was excellent. This is the only hospital in the area that we would use for future needs. Both my wife and I have an excellent cardiologist (Dr. Thomas Lambert) at this location. After my surgery, I stayed at the hospital and had full time physical therapy for 3 weeks (24/7) in 2018 on the 5th floor of the office building that is a part of the hospital. All of the physical and occupational therapists were outstanding. About 6 months after completing the therapy, I visited the therapists to thank them for their services. My fantastic neurosurgeon (Dr. Gregory Douds) practices at the hospital with an office about a mile away.

Robbie Morris

This was the worst experience ever. These people don't care. They didn't even tell me my insurance was out of network. And told me the bill was going to be $7,000. After sitting there for 6 hours and an empty emergency room they finally took care of me. Stay away from this Hospital it is a scam.

Linda Dougan_NV

Top notch care from the ER to Echo to Telemetry to ICU to Administration to Pharmacy. Fired one consulting, rather insulting, doctor. Dr Ahmad Noman, Dr Raza and Dr Navid Kazemi were THE premiere physicians overseeing my in-patient care. Kudos to MountainView!

Chris Johnson

My Mother had surgery here today (4/22/19). I was reluctant due to the HORRIBLE time in the ER previously ( She waited 18 hours in the hallway chair when there for chest pains. Not one nurse checked on her after placing her there). While waiting for her in the recovery waiting room, an alarm went off. NOBODY came to fix it. Several people told people. The operator hung up on one lady. After listening to this for OVER an hour I had to go sit in the main lobby because it made me sick. NOBODY seemed to care. Sad, especially seeing how it was the "recovery " waiting room.

Loral Monson

They had me and 15-20 other people in chairs and beds in hallway all night won't let you talk to Dr tried to give me breakfast had to refuse so I could take my stress test . Once your there you are basically a prisoner wouldn't get me a Dr to release me and was told if I left insurance wouldn't pay so your a prisoner . I hope I'm not charged for a room cause never got one . Only one great doctor all night don't remember her name, she was the infectious disease doctor five star doctor . Been telling people to avoid this place go to Centennial hospital . They should let people know there are no rooms available people crying ,moaning all night in halls

amy hahn

The doctor in the emergency room was great. However - he forgot to give us the discharge papers and he went home (presumably) and we were left in the waiting room for over three hours. I asked the nurse at the desk repeatedly to check for our doctor (who had left) and she wouldn't check - she would only look in the computer to say he hadn't responded yet. If she would have gone back the six inches to look she would have seen that he left hours ago. Very frustrating.

Leslie Morris

I was very impressed by Mountain View Hospital and the care that I received from the receptionist at the entry door to my final departure. I found check-in to be very organized and friendly. The instructions I received were specific to me as a patient and very well explained. Throughout my journey, everyone with whom I came in contact respected me as a patient and sought to give me the best care and attention possible.

Wayne Harper

Spent 9 days in rehabilitation unit after hip surgery outstanding care from nursing, pretty much spoil you. As far as rehabilitation crew far above 5 stars thank you so all so much Max Mike “Kiki”Tony and Stacy and Emily you all were outstanding

Jackie Marinoff

I've only used MT. View Hospital since the day the doors opened. As always I was treated with care and compassion. The nurses and doctors in the ER cared for me immediately as I was having breathing issues. Thanks to everyone at Mt.View I'm doing so much better.

James Spagnoletta

Nice doctor. But we have been waiting for discharge papers for over an hour and have seen patients come and go. All we are told is the papers are ready just waiting for the nurse. Ridiculous its 230 in the morning. Update: we got out of their finally at 3 am. And the doctor prescribed the wrong medication... After all that the doc prescribed medication he didn't ever discuss with us. Told us what he would prescribe and the script we got was for something they already ruled out from tests in the ER. Down grades to a 1 star. Avoid this hospital if you can. Go to summerlin if you are able I find their service much better and faster.

Aisha Brock

I have never been to am ER and they moved so fast and very attentive. I don't live in the area but will drive to this hospital any time I need medical assistance. Great staff and again very fast and thorough. Thanks guys!!!

Heidi Valle

I was at MountainView Hospital for an angiogram performed by Dr. Thomas Lambert. I was extremely pleased with the care and efficiency given from the first pre-op lab technicians to the recovery nurses after the procedure. I want to especially note Eric, Edward, and Brenda for the professionalism and friendly care to me and my husband. Thank you!

rosanna vega

I had to stay several days. Awful service staying in their emergency rooms staying overnight. The nurses downstairs did not give the treatment needed. They care was not there. Not even a toothbrush. It wasn't until I was put in a room upstairs that I received appropriate care.

THERESA C

I was greeted by staff and assisted with signing in. Everyone was very friendly even under challenging situations going on around me. I recieved outstanding service with minimal wait time. I'm very happy with this hospital and I'm grateful it's in my community.

sandra siksta

I highly recommend this hospital. This is where I delivered our baby girl. Staff are very friendly and you can tell they know what they are doing. The celebration dinner and cake for our newborn is good as well. Overall, I am satisfied with Mountain View Hospital. Thank you everyone and keep up the good work.

I was transferred over from Dignity Heath ER and I was taken in fairly quick. I had to go to a holding area and stay in a chair for hours, then moved to a room , and it was not clean. I was in a bed and only a folded sheet which kept coming down. I was laying on black plastic basically. I understand they were busy but it should have had a fitted sheet like others had. The cleanliness of the room was not good. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned . They had black dirt marks all over. Over all the nurses i had were very nice. except for 1 that was taking care of me when i was in that room. I have not problem saying his name. Jon, a younger nurse. He was very rude. I had to asked him several times to please close my curtain as people were waking by and i felt like i was on display. I finally unhooked my self from the monitors and closed it my self. He comes back in takes my vitals and was very rough. I did not appreciate that, and then he says in a rude tone....... Your going to another room which is better. He takes me down and around the hallway and get to the room, I asked to take the pillow i had and he says so rudely........ NO YOU CAN"T .. We are short on pillows... I am like wow.. I get in the new bed and he leaves. . I don't want to ever deal with him again. I had a lot of nurses and he was the ONLY ONE that was awful and rude. I was in that room for a while then i was told they were finally moving to a room in the hospital. I was sad because Roxanne was so very sweet, I had one nurse she gave me a new gown , i wish i new her name. She had come in and said i saw you walking to the restroom and i said she needs a new gown ..I couldn't tie the back as the ties were ripped off.I got a new gown so thank you to her. Melissa was so so very kind and sweet. I found out she is a charge nurse. She made things happen. She came in and said they were moving me . Kinda sad. When i got up to my room which i had another person in it. She was non communicable and i could not sleep as she was all most like moaning and it was loud. I am in no way being disrespectful.I was sad for her. They took her for some tests , she was gone for a while and i got to sleep She return and it was quiet but then it started and louder. I finally after being there from late Saturday night was discharged after midnight on Tuesday morning. I had been home for only an hour before i had to go to the ER after being on the road for 6 days working. I had nice nurses when i was in there also. I just wish things had been different in the ER of the hospital. Not having to be in 3 different rooms before moving to the room in the Hospital part. Thank you to all the nurses except for the one that was rude. He really needs to learn manners and be respectful. Maybe he is in the wrong job.

Tammy Curtis

The nurses on the 4th floor was just awesome.Wished I had them every time I went..Dr Lambert and Dr Barber are always the best..Also we loved Dr Flesher one of the resident Dr.s

Robyn Traylor-Smith

Come here for a quick fix, if your being admitted run the other direction. Expect at least to wait 12-16 hours after you’ve been admitted for a bed. Oh and you can spend your time waiting in one of these nifty hard chairs or one of the many over crowded sitting rooms or the patient filled hallways. And it’s completely unorganized This place is a disgrace and it doesn’t serve the 3.5 stars it’s being rated Update*** upon reading my review I’ve had 2 representatives for the quality department come see Me and address the issues I had the previous evening and vow to take a look at the management and bedside manner of the ER nurses! I am now upstairs In a room and every body on the fifth floor has been AMAZING and ATTENTIVE.

CHUCK LIEFERT

the only reason i gave it 4 stars was i went in for chest pains and was treated right away and the nursing staff were fantastic if it were not for them i would have walked out.waiting for further tests it was from 10 am to 11 pm to get a room,a lot of people on beds in the hall, then from 6 am to 9 pm waiting for a stress test with little information once again the nurses were the real saviors trying to comfort me and doing there best to comfort me.i can't say enough for there professionalism and smiling faces.

Kary Lee

Staff was amazing during my labor and delivery. Thank you everyone that was there during my stay.

Karina Castillo

I had a great experience at Mountain View. The nurses on L&D-Patty the Charge Nurse was very helpful and sweet, Danielle helped me through the rough and painful night, Kristina was fantastic and helped me with the birth. My post partum nurse Aubrey went above and beyond to take care of me when I was so sick, Glenda, Michelle, and Alisa were all so great on postpartum too! I will be returning to have my next baby. The staff is top notch and the hospital is nice, clean, and happy.

Krystyna Stover

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I have had several problems with this hospital and even a couple recent visits. I suffered a miscarriage in this hospital last week. I came in the first sight of spotting and completed the miscarriage for the most part in the E.R. Waiting room 4 hours after arriving there and taking several blood test, urine test, and ultrasound. I know they could not have prevented the miscarriage but they sure could have given me my test results (especially on checking in for results hourly) and talked to me before I find out I am having a miscarriage because I think I just lost the baby on the toilet in this bathroom stall! Not until morning shift chance did I get attended to besides testing.

Joanne Rubin

I think this hospital is better than average. All of the personnel I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The hospital is kept fairly clean.

Crystle Pistol

I got bit in the face by a dog. I checked in at the kiosk. I sat down for leas than 5 minutes before they called my name and took me back. The staff was so nice and supportive. Samantha was the nurse that ended up cleaning out my wounds. She was very calming. The doctor was very nice. Everything was clean. The person who took my blood pressure was great. The woman who did my registration was great. Everyone was really great. I was traumatized so I appreciated all of the help. I thought I was going to be sitting there for hours so I was pleasantly surprised that I was in and out In less than an hour. Great Job Mountain View!

Waneita Welch

The only thing I have to say is the dietary dept isn't very people friendly. They argue with you and don't help out much with what yiu can and cannot have. The menu is lame as it dosen't have much variety, so if you don't like some things you end having the same meal lunch and dinner every day.

Trisha Ferris

I recently had a surgery at Mountain View Hospital in August 2019. The whole process was the smooth, easy and efficient. My father passed away in this house in 2007 so I was hesitant to be anywhere near this hospital but 12 year later I would say I would gladly go back. It was just fine.

Brandi Butt

Recently had our 2nd child. The nurses here were awesome. Very thorough in explaining everything every step of the way and overall so kind and nice. Would recommend this hospital for laboring moms.

Leon Golden

Great people, fantastic experience. I am very happy was treated like Family. Thank you to all of the team.

Heather Fraley

I was brought back for intake quickly due to having a heart issue. Testing was also done quickly. The treating PA was very nice. But after testing they made me go back out to the waiting room and wait for 2 hours though there was hardly anyone there. I finally asked what was going on and was told my testing results were back but I had to keep waiting. I saw the dr, was told I was fine, then had to wait another hour to have the iv removed and be discharged. I've never had a good experience at this Er.

Valerie Tobin-Printis

This is one of the worse . It was a 911 situation . I would've never willingly came to this hospital on my own.. My first experience was terrible and this one wasnt much better.

Joan Finlay

Staff was very friendly and helpful but not attentive specifically on the mountain view menu on food. I received dairy products even though I'm Lactose intolerent. Overall wonderful stay!

Derek Hobart

Went to MountainView ER because I fainted. They ran an EKG, chest x-ray, blood and urine analysis. I left the same day just two hours later. The bill was over $6,000. I called their billing department and agreed on a monthly payment plan. After two payments, they turned my account over to collections. I’ve called twice to ask why they didn’t stay true to our agreement and nobody can give me an explanation. This is as poor as it gets when it comes to customer service.

Jessi Ruckman

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if I need anything. I was taken care of promptly and they didn't make me feel bad for being excessively worried over nothing (yay anxiety). Good hospital, friendly staff, clean place. All around nice.

Bentley Parish

I never knew that such an excellent level of care in a hospital was even possible. The Staff is amazing! The Facility is world class.

Ralph nav

The staff is very friendly and thorough. They made me feel like I mattered. Performed all the tests ensuring a thorough exam. I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere. The doctor was great, I spoke to two doctors one may of been new doctor and the other supervising. I would recommend his hospital.

Stephannie Tucker

Perfectly good care. Secretive and shady billing practices. You will not get an answer as to how much anything costs. You will be charged on your way out, saying you don't owe anything and then be charged thousands of dollars later because get this: The ER doesn't bill for the cost of doctors! Who do the doctors actually work for? I don't know, but apparently it's not included in your ER bill. I needed stitches, and I never saw a physician. I was charged an additional1500$ for a physician I've never seen. Called and it's apparently for their "supervision" -- I never even spoke to them. If you pay 1500$, you should at least get to SEE a doctor. You'll live but what it costs you'll never know. It's no wonder people are constantly in bankruptcy for medical. If you're a doctor this seems like a pretty great deal, you don't need to do anything except exist in the hospital and collect a minimum of 510$ for everyone who walks in the door.

Kelly Ledesma

If I could give them a 0 I would. They “admitted “ my 76 year old father, who was suffering from chest pains, to a “chair”, not a bed. They left him for almost 24 hours in a chair, in the hall of the ER. No IV, no heart monitor, no food, or water. They told me they were really busy and short beds. How can you admit someone to the hospital in a chair in the hall of the ER. Insurance fraud, horrible care is an understatement. My father is lucky to be alive. I will never go to this hospital again. I am trying to put in a complaint to the state, this hospital needs to be inspected. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I have pictures

Roseann Gilmore

Every aspect of my stay was exceptional! From reception staff to nursing staff and doctor care I felt that everyone was invested in making my stay a positive one.

Stephanie Carrillo

I recently gave birth here to my first baby. I would definitely come back if I had another one. I was in and out within 2 hours. Very quick didn’t have to wait ,Prepared me for surgery quick. The nurse that took care of us was so great ! She was so helpful! Nurse shayna was incredible from helping baby latch on to making sure I was okay with my surgery.

Brandi Vallesteros

The labor and delivery and post partum nurses are really caring and helpful. I delivered twice at this hospital and have no complaints.

Rachel Flanigan

The nursing staff in L&D and postpartum were fabulous- especially the postpartum team. At the time of my delivery the staff was rude to my family that was in my delivery room- snapping to “get out of the way” and then not allowing photos... and a nurse walked up to me and my newborn and introduced herself as “auntie” before grandma had even had a chance to see the baby... I was VERY disappointed that my newborn baby was never photographed- which was something they raved about on their website... especially since they wouldn’t let my mother photograph the baby until she was swaddled and now I missed out on those moments of measuring, newly born, etc. - as I was not able to see it and will never get the opportunity now... not to mention it is a keepsake we will never have. The OB also felt the need to lecture me during labor when I informed her of my decision to not breastfeed. Overall my delivery experience was not the best.

The ER Department is great. However it's always backed up because of the admitting & discharge department. Needs major improvement there!

Richard Cumo

Wound care has an amazing staff.

Ivy Goldman

Came in with pain on my side. Waited maybe 10 - 15 minutes.. Processing started and when it was time for bloodwork and that was over, so was the pain. No IV, no meds. Dr. said it was probably a kidney stone ? Everyone was very nice and I was out of there in one hour. Walk in Emergency was great.

george phillips

From every nurse, to every doctor and specialist, service was superb. Caring about the patients was #one on everyone’s list. Great place to go for any type of illness.

Ashley Damm

Every single nurse and doctor in labor and delivery was just amazing every single one went above and beyond through the whole entire process which for me was quite a long process and pretty eventful and I never once felt like I was in less than amazing care! From being admitted to being discharged my entire experience was perfect! Thank you Mountain View!

Sherry SunriseRealEstate

Was seen by a doctor quickly,, and xrays taken of my husbands back.. Pain meds administered...

Doris Poders

Even though my stay was an overnighter - the care I got was very good. The tech's who took the tests were great and very caring. The nurse's and assistants were attentive. The room was clean. The food was very good. All in all I felt the care was above standard.

Darion Chesin

Best nurses, everyone is very quick and efficient! Just delivered healthy baby boy 4/28/19 and they give you a congratulations dinner! Favorite hospital in Vegas!! I’ll never go anywhere else.

Cabinet Guy

Father brought in from Hospice with DNR & no vent for a broken hip Nurses were Great really great, but Administration, Doctors, Social workers are WORTHLESS. They don’t follow up, even with DNR they vented dad, then decided not to listen to us the Power Of Attorney, but instead only listened to dimensia patient till we threatened. There is no one to speak with, no one knows anything about the patients other than the Nurses, but even they are confused with the lack of information & communication from their BS Teams of Doctors & Case Managers who in 5 days I have yet to meet! Beware if your elderly? Beware if you can’t advocate for yourself?

jody n

We have always gone to mountain view hospital and always have had great and wonderful experiences there. However after bringing my husband this time I was left with more questions than answers. highly disappointed in being kept in the dark on a couple of things until being discharged, and then could get no answers. Still not sure how to handle it

Deborah Jackson

Not enough nurses to help. It took 3 days to help with changing my sheets. No help taking a sponge bath and brushing my teeth.

Joana Chavarria

Labor and Delivery department was awesome. They took me in right away and put my baby on the monitor to be sure the baby was good. The RN Angela was amazing. I am so glad she went in on her day off. She was so kind, patient and understanding.

Donita Dix

Care given from all staff was excellent, from the nurses, support staff. A special member was Patty ( CNA) who went Above and beyond in her care. Food was great and served by a wonderful staff. My husband was in another hospital in July this year and all I can say is he came out worse than when he went in. We were kind of Skeptical about going into a hospital again. 2 things I want to point out, not as criticism. 1. When being discharged we were told to go to discharge (office) to sign out. Our daughter was a little impatient of waiting for someone to bring a wheelchair, so she went and found one herself. Asked the nurse where the office was located. By the cafeteria she said. Well after searching for 20 minutes my daughter found someone who was kind enough to direct us to the office which is next to the Starbucks coffee. Now when you look at the door to the office there is a plaque on the (left) side that describe s it as a classroom and then there is a “paper” that say discharge office. Which one would u see? 2nd: my husband was evaluated by PT twice in the 4 days he was there. The first time I wasn’t present. I was there the second time and the PT spent 20 minutes and that includes putting on my husbands shoes. He can’t walk without shoes because he had a stoke and needs them to walk well. pT walked him about 15 feet, came back, put him in a chair and left. When the case worker came she said PT recommended a rehabilitation hosp for 2 weeks. We discussed this with her and gave her all the information about the equipment and devices we had at home to care for him to strengthen his gait and get him back to his full strength. Thank you

Amy Wheeler

The staff all were very sweet and attentive. I was seen in the ER right away, everything runs very smoothly making your wait time in the ER not as long as I’ve experienced in other hospitals.

sam glander

My experience during my week stay at Mountain View Hospital was a blessing. The doctors and nursing staff were exceptional as they genuinely care about you and your health. They are very caring, professional and personable. I would highly recommend Mountain View Hospital to anyone who needs the services of a hospital. A special thank you to Dr. Miller who's knowledge, wisdom and personality are second to none. She saved my life along with my Cardiologist Dr. Ahmad. Last but not least, thank you to all the nurses who treated me with nothing but love. A special shout out to Nurse Laun who kept me laughing and her beautiful smile that would light up my room. Thanks again to all of you for saving my life. I pray that God continues to bless all of you abundantly beyond your dreams. Much love and forever grateful. God bless you all. All my love Steven Samuel Glander

Cassandra Ware

This hospital is garbage. The doctors are fake and have no clue on what they are doing. They are not clear when it comes to follow up. Thousands and one doctors come into your room but dont do nothing. I pray i will never have to come to this hospital again. Mt View sucks...Period

Kris Anzalone

My day at the hospital for a special procedure was made so much more comfortable by all of the people that I came into contact with throughout the day. Professional, caring, and gentle.

Sandra Douglas

I had cervical neck surgery in August. The nurses and staff were amazing. They time their night visits so that you get some sleep which makes things go so much nicer. Everyone is upbeat and uplifting. The bed was comfy on my very bad back and the room was clean. Room service menu for food was nice and the food was not bad for hospital food.

Patty Su

Because of my type of surgery, I spent 11 days in ICU. I HAD THE BEST NURSES. Yuni, Gail, DeeAnna, Andrew, Michael and Jacob! These are the nurses I can really remember.

Jacob

I dont typically tend to complain about places but I must say I had a horrible experience here. You'd think a heart related issue would be top priority in an emergency room. Not at this place it's not. While in pain they made me wait 7 hours only to pawn me off to another hospital. They took my money and insurance information upfront only to tell me they dont take my insurance. You couldn't have told me that in the beginning? I reccomend you go to another ER if your having issues.

sylvia german

My husband has been at this hospital several times and every time no matter what floor no matter what building he and I have experienced nothing but excellent service along with the best nursing staff anyone could ask for I just want to thank all the people who make this hospital a five star. With deepest gratitude thank you.

Denise Azbill

It was difficult to get a nurse into my room. I was very sick, and the only time I got a nurse into my room was for vital signs and medications. They were rough with me when they were changing my sheets. At one point I was incontinent and they put a diaper on me, and I sat with poop in my diaper for almost an hour and started developing a bedsore. At another point they complained that they had to change my sheets again. I can't really say much about the doctors, because I was so out of it. My son, who visited daily, said the doctors seemed confused. I hope I never have to go there again.

Mary Jo Dunfee

This review is being posted by the patient, Paul Dunfee: My experience at MountainView Hospital was mostly positive. From the admitting staff to the nurses, almost everyone was kind and courteous. Maria, my ICU nurse, was especially caring and helpful. My concerns are that the doctors were in a real hurry to get me in early, because an opening in their schedule had occurred. Because of that, the nursing staff rushed me so much that my wife was not brought in to preop to wish me well. This caused her much undue worry and distress. In addition. I experienced a great deal of physical pain and emotional distress during the TAVR procedure. I do not understand why I was not given more anesthetic or pain medication. I was much too awake for this. I saw, heard, and felt everything. It was a scary and unpleasant experience for me.

Daraesha Frazier

Omg by far one of the best hospitals ive ever been to. Had my very first c section here and the doctors and nurses were awesome. Nsurses are very kind help with everything i mean everything. I highly recommend this hospital. They made me feel so comfotable and stayed on top of pain meds. Thanks mountain view

Jonathan Hester

Absolutely love this facility. Great friendly staff. Everything was explained by all. They made me feel so very safe, and that I was in good hands.

Kathy Espin

I was in for a minor procedure but everyone was friendly, kind and efficient. Nothing but good things to say about my experience.

Bella fiore

Great hospital! Staff are ALL wonderful!

Tom Brooks

Excellent care....very efficient, professional and friendly.....thanks definitely will recommend to family and friends.

RAIDER NATION

Does this hospital cares for KIDNEY TRANSPLANT PATIENT'S my question was if you guys treat patients that already had KIDNEY transplant

Bob Zeebob

Pleasant, friendly, and efficient staff from registration through recovery made for a stress free procedure.

Joseph Cino

i had to go in for a breathing test. after i checked in, i sat for 3 hours waiting for them to call me. i finally went back to the desk only to find out the tech had gone home, they had forgotten about me and now they had to call in someone else. great service!

B Greene

So glad I decided to have my daughter here. A lot of people told me to go to centennial & when I called while in labor the lady who answered the phone in the labor and delivery dept. at centennial was very rude. She snickered & said, “ I can tell you right now we have no beds. We’re full.” So anyway I went to Mountain View and they got me right in. My labor only lasted 5 hours in the hospital so glad they got me in right away. Dr. Mclemore delivered my baby girl. He was great with my prenatal care and delivery. The nurses were so nice with great attitudes. I had high blood pressure so I met a lot of nurses. Dre, Brandy, Stacy, Shayna, Yao, Michelle, Christy, & a lady w/dreads while I was delivering I didn’t get her name & im sure I’m forgetting 1 or 2 of them. They were so awesome. We’ve all had those nurses who talk to us in condescending ways & make us feel stupid for no reason, but not here! They were great. I definitely recommend this place if you’re going to have a baby. They will take really good care of you!

Jasmine Williams

labor and delivery nurses are amazing just had c section nurse sarcastically said do u know how far I had to walk to get sandwich then forgot juice

Sherrie Snyder

Everyone from pre surgery registry to room nursing staff were very helpful and professional. My 87 yr old mom's cancer surgery went well and therapy staff assisted with getting her a walker thru medicare which was above and beyond patient care. Her surgeon, Dr Kowalski was awesome as well as her staff and the anethesiologist, Dr Lee was perfect!! My only complaint was that it took over 10 hrs from surgery recovery to get her into a room. The liason person wouldn't let me back to see mom in recovery and didn't seem to know anything. After complaining to her after 8 hrs of waiting, I was allowed to see mom around 830pm but she still didn't get into a room until almost 11pm. That's way too long and when I went out to go home, my vehicle had a flat tire! At midnight there was no tow service so I had to call a neighbor to come get me which was a huge imposition. But Mom's doing good and that is all that matters now. I could not give a 5 star due to the excessive wait time to get her in a room but other than that all was good.

tony killeen

Very efficient process including pre-registration.

Maurice Silva Silva

Nursing staff and Dr.s were all so kind and informational.

Brittany Lealp

Enjoy consulting here when needed. They have clear cut processes and procedures.

Deborah Klein

The initial triage portion of my experience was amazing. It was waiting to get a bed that horrific. It took 14 hours for them to find a bed and nobody ever told me that they were keeping me for more tests. In the meantime they stuff people in rooms and hallways waiting. No attention to their needs ie: water, medication, food, blankets.. just terrible!!

Veronica King

I was placed in a room with a recliner facing another patient. There was no privacy during conversations with doctors and nurses. They prohibited visitors in this cramped room, so neither my mother nor my husband could sit with me. I was scared, in pain and emotional so a little family support would have been appreciated! On a good note though, they were timely.

Lillian Williamson

Nurses attentive and monitoring of my condition was regular. However, blood pressure cuff left a HUGE, totally solid bruise that after 2 weeks has barely started to lighten. Food was excellent. Doctors very slow to visit. Pain medication not ordered in a timely manner and had to beg for follow up. The second day by 2:30 I had seen no dr and I had to ask if any doctors worked there! Only part of my original problem was solved. Since the other severe pain was ignored, I had to go to urgent care the next day to get help. For a teaching hospital with a supposedly high rating, I was not impressed.

Cheri Falcone

I always appreciate the staff and the personal help they give. I did not like being in the hallway as there is no privacy. Everyone walking by sees ya. But the staff was very respectful, helpful, and nice.

Synigal

I am giving 5 stars even though there were 2 staff members who should find jobs in some other area. The patient liaison woman should has no idea how to interact with concerned family members and also should know not to soak herself in perfume when dealing with patients. Also the one male nurse I had was extremely forgetful when it came to putting my side bar up at night, knowing where to inject blood thinner not in the shoulder but in the stomach and several other things like leaving bandages alone and not taking them off along with a patients skin. All my day nurses and staff members were very kind, compassionate, professional and made my stay there the best it could be under the circumstances, even the 2 student nurses I had attending me.

Alma Lopez

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Doctors took the time to explain findings, and showed care for their patients. Thank you!!!

Navyseal2210

Very terrible ER visit to this hospital, sat in a gurney with the paramedics waiting on ER staff that were sitting around. At first the doctor was a smart alack with the paramedics when we were in transit to the hospital and left the medic on hold. When we arrived all of a sudden he decides to be nice to all of us. Long story short after a CT scan and blood and urine samples I was finally discharged after 6 hours I already knew I had kidney stones. Right at the end the hospital tried to give me fluids after I had already received fluids on the way to the hospital as well as medication for the pain. After wasting my time they also wanted to prescribe me a narcotic that I specifically said I don't want to take any narcotics because of my job. The hospital was over crowded with people just sitting in chairs waiting to receive care and every time someone would ask for some help or an update the staff would reply with "Not my patient". That is absolutely ludicrous to show no compassion in the medical field. The bill I received at the end was even more insane for a CT scan, blood and urine samples. I will never go to this hospital nor do I advise anyone to go to this hospital unless you want to be treated like you're worthless.

Roger Smith

I was sent to Mountain View for a radiology procedure. The whole process from pre-registration to undergoing the diagnostic test was excellent and streamlined. The doctors and staff were congenial and helpful throughout.

Dave Thompson

I liked everything *except* your discharge procedures. << Edited to correct my spelling. My complaint might carry more weight if I could spell I guess.

toni cummings

EVERYONE ON THE STAFF IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONALLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!! MOST IMPORTANT THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!

Tymesia Williams

I love Mtn View I gave birth to all 3 of my kids there and just recently had my tubes tied. My surgery went smooth when I was in recovery the staff was right there when I woke up. Everyone is always so helpful and always has a great personality. I will always choose this hospital before I look else where m.

Teresa Schalk

I had surgery and spent time in ICU, everyone was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The nurses were excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any future needs. My stay turned into something that was not expected, but I was very pleased with the treatment and care that everyone provided me. I want to thank them for everything.

Monicas Mommy

If I could give no stars I would, worst experience ever!! Never again will I have a baby here. First of all the nurses were rude as hell, not all but almost all of them, seems like they don’t care for patients at all. Second, the doctor that delivered my baby was a student still learning and while I’m pushing my baby he gets stuck due to her being so unprofessional and just brushed it off like nothing. My son came out so purple!!! How can these people be so careless!? Then lastly, I was suppose to get discharged early in the day on the 5th, come to find out the doctor that said he would put in a form to discharge me, didn’t even do that.. had me waiting hours and hours to be discharged all cause the doctor as well, careless. Overall this experience has to be the worst one yet, Summerlin was WAY better, 1000x better.

Sherry Treat

This is really a nice hospital. I had spine surgery there recently. My surgeon Dr. Garber is the best in his field. The entire team on my floor were out standing. I feel very blessed to be so well cared for. Thank you all. Oh and the food was great as well!

Joshua Sipes

Went in worried if I was gonna get the care and treatment I needed and the staff did an amazing job making sure I did. So thankful for everyone in the ER, apart of the staff, and cafeteria. Was there four almost 5 days and would am getting better thanks to them. Great work Mountain view I was treated more than a patient there but also a human.

Vibes With Essence

I have birth here 10-12-19 my nurses were amazing . Thank you everyone

Mike Janecko

The hospital and staff are great. Here's my problem, I went to er because of chest pain, instantly I was being profiled as a drug user. Very unsettling to say the least. It wasn't until my blood results came in. My potassium was very low, and not even an apology! Their response was that they see it all the time? If you want to be stereotyped, then by all means, go to Mountain View Hospital! Sucks that you can't have something going on without being duped a drug user. Very Sad!!!

DonMarsha Osborne

Nothing but great. Be prepared for too long of surveys showing up, that wii bore you to further sickness.

barbara branner

I received good care,no complaints. The only issue I have is that upon release I was not given instructions for after care. For example, no info about bathing. Can the incision get wet or not. Should the dressing get changed, or not.How much time to spend in bed or upright.

Skip Folden

Two appointments with Dr Alfred Paz went excellent. He is prompt for appointments, very friendly, listens carefully, and is totally helpful and responsive. He is excellent and highly recommended from both myself and my wife.

Carrie Reeves

I went for a ct scan on June 5th 2019 I was there for a few hours and was given oral Contrast in a cup I had no problems with that but when the Radiologist took me back they were told many many times not to give me the iv contrast dye and they did not listen and give it to me anyways I almost dyed not sure what I can do

Donald Lytton

I had tavr surgery on August 19. The personnel that helped me were outstanding. I would rate them all a ten. Ten being the best. However, your bed was the most uncomfortable bed that I ever tried to sleep in. I could not fall asleep after the surgery until 3:AM.

Carolyn Boyle

I went in for a minor surgery. Every staff person I encountered introduced themselves then clearly stated what they were going to do beforehand. At each step they reinforced the information again. My treatment was excellent overall. I am very impressed with the patient care at Mountain View Hospital.

Christine Herzog

Mountain View is my hospital of choice. Overall the staff is amazing. Renaud one of the ER nurses is wonderful, kind, caring and compassionate. However, when I went to the ER on 8/5/19, a Dr. Spence was the ER physician treating me. I saw him for all of 5 minutes if that and was taken back to a room because he called a Code STEMI on me which Cardiology cancelled. That was scary for me because I had a STEMI 3 years ago. I went in for elevated blood sugar and an abscess on my head. Now I am sitting in a room waiting to find out what was going on, I never saw Dr. Spence again. He didn't come exam me, he didn't come explain treatment plan or tell me I was being admitted. NOTHING, not a word from him. He was the treating physician and he should have come to me and explained what was going on. This will not deter me from using Mountain View in the future, but maybe Dr. Spence needs some retraining on how to care for a patient.

Ogden Deli

Omg. I will never take my son to this hospital again. To much to explain but if you have an infant or a baby DO NOT TAKE HIM THERE. That's all I have to say..

Valerie Oill

We were so impressed with the MountainView Hospital and everyone we came in touch with. We were there 2 separate times a week apart. Both times we found that the staff were amazing and very professional and caring. So grateful that you have valet parking and Cory was terrific. We came in touch with the best people who extended the very best care both times we were there. The hospital is immaculate . The sign in process went very well. We didn't wait they took care of us when we arrived. Everyone was so pleasant and patient with us. I can't say enough about the care. The whole process is very organized and you have many people who you can call on. The nurses are so caring and are Angels from heaven. What a delight to go into a hospital and see a staff who make sure you are being taken care of. I would give them more then 5 stars. They deserve so many more. I just can't say enough about our 2 experiences. If you need to go to a Hospital , pick this one.

Priyannita Choudhury

Being a first time mom you want everything goes well and perfect and by choosing this hospital is my first attempt/step towards the term perfect. The care which I got during my stay was magnificent and Susan (sue)helped me and taught how to care for your baby to the utmost. Another name to mention is Stacy who helped me during my discharge taught us some very important tricks towards motherhood.

Bob S

MountainView Hospital is a good hospital to be at. The doctors nurses take very good care of you during your stay. Staff tries to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Shorty Jairo

I had an excellent experience at this hospital. All the nurses were very nice. If I have another baby in the future I would choose this hospital again!

Anne

Horrible filthy hospital, they will send you home with mrsa and other hospital inquired infections. ER is also a joke.

Karri Siv

I was brought into ED by paramedics. The nurses I had was great! They were very kind and empathic towards me. The only thing that turned out bad for me was the wait to be transported to a VHS hospital due to insurance. I was there early only in the morning and didn’t get transferred until about 8pm. But I know it wasn’t their fault so I couldn’t blame them. Otherwise; friendly staffs, it was clean, and quiet. Def recommend!!

Dan Butler

Above average care by hospital nursing staff. Definitely have advocate to have better experience. The walk in ER is a totally different rating. The staff is good but the process is absolutely terrible. After initial triage, spent 7hrs in chair in hallway. Then transferred to bed in same area in hallway. Called this overflow beds. Around two dozen or more like this. Next 16hrs in this bed. Then moved to an exam room in same area,no facilities ie: rest room, for 4hrs before being admitted to the hospital. I will not subject a loved one to that again.

STEVE SARCHIone

Amazing group of professional care givers.

Erica Stanciu

I had a high risk pregnancy and was induced 2 weeks ago at a gestation of 37 weeks. this is my fourth child and easily my most comfortable birth experience. Nurses were kind and accommodating, doctors were competent and attentive, and the students were great. No NICU time for my baby and we were home in two days. Just a great overall experience.

Sandra Kuehner

We Will continue to use Mountain View as there is no better option near our home. Nursing staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Cons: the accuracy of the ER admission note looked like something out of a fiction novel. Over crowding results in admission to hall beds in ER. Inadequate facilities for very sick patients. Assistance with Activities of daily living is a thing of the past. Infectious disease concerns can not possibly be adequately addressed when patients beds are bunked head to foot and the entire hall uses the same bathroom.

Elias Hererra

Had my baby at this hospital and the whole staff was great and caring.

Jessica Tuflija

Amazing staff. The nurses are incredible. Fast response, truly caring, anticipate the needs of the patient. Best hospital experience I’ve ever had.

The Bassett Team

I was admitted and spent the night at MountainView. I was given an IV that was never hooked up to fluids. I was offered meds I didn't need and not given meds I did need. I used a call button that rang for a significant period of time, no one ever came. The finally noticed me the following morning when I got dressed and was leaving the floor. I checked out against medical advice to find a hospital that would pay attention to a patient.

Shirlin Cooper

Admitted thru ER twice in 1 week and the service was great. Doctors and US TECHS, XRAY, AND CT SCAN explained what was going on and the procedure that was needed promptly. Great care with a smile. Staff from ER to my room was smooth. Shout out to RN Star, RN Tyler, RN Beatrice and many more. Thank you

James Twomey

All the people that I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. The food was good {the spinach salad was excellent}. Nurses were always readily available. No one wants to be in a hospital but if necessary, Mountain View is a good one.

kik loop

I met a lot of great nurse there and i hate to say but it has become like a second home for me. I was in the antepartum section of the labor and delivery floor for 2 months and although a tough experience I am glad I had it. But the food tho? Sucks so be very aware of that.

Lee Albro

My surgery went well and I was happy with the Hospital and the Staff. The only issue I had was I was collecting my things to go home and I forgot my Electric Razor in the drawer of room #430A. The shaver cost my $90.00 and it was only 6 months old. There was other property in the drawer but nothing as important as the shaver. We called the next morning and no one knows anything about it and it could not be located. It was not turned in to lost and found. My wife went to the hospital the next morning and she was sent to a few locations on different floors but no luck. I know we should of remembered it when we left but we didn't.

Dave Lochridge

I came in dehydrated after having diarrhea for a number of days. I was taken back in the emergency room area and parked for a couple hours before I had my blood test. I was then parked in a chair and waited another couple hours before I saw a doctor. I was never given any fluid to help my dehydration the whole time. No cup of water or anything. Nurses and nursing assistants all over the place. Eating snacks, and talking about their personal life in front of patients who needed their attention. Very poor compassion and caring exhibited by staff. Most acted like it was just a job. I hope I never have to come back.

susan hoon

My husband was transported to Mountain View via paramedics. Immediately treated by the ER physician, and shortly their after transferred and admitted to 3South. All the nurses that cared for my husband were so professional and caring. They were great. He has been hospitalized several times previously, but never has he been cared for by such a caring, adept, and knowledgeable staff. His heart issue was resolved in 2 and 1/2 days. Big thanks to all that cared for Jim in room 3014!
