Sat in ER for 4 hours with no body explaining anything with chest pains. Left to go to another ER room don't recommend unless you want to die.

Everyone from the check in staff to nurse and doctor were wonderful! Got lab work, x-rays and prescriptions in about 2 hours. It's a worry to go to any emergency room, our concerns were calmed. The staff were helpful and kind, Highly recommend them.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Staff was not friendly. The only nice person we spoke to was the young lady who took our insurance info and Karla the nurse. Georgia was a mess, rude, no hello, when she came to put my IV on it was dripping everywhere. The bathroom was very dirty. They disclosed your information in front of everyone and did not even think to ask if we would like our privacy. I am extremely upset, they place on my paperwork that I had acute bronchitis in which verbally her advised I did not have this. I went in the hospital for vomiting and a fever for over a week because my primary is very slow. A note to EVERYONE check your paperwork. Our insurance charges us based on what they put on there (emergency- non emergency). I was very dissatisfied and now I have to see another doctor to find out how I can get well!!!!!!!!

Local google reviewer here: DON’T COME HERE. I came in with symptoms relating to what could be a hernia combined with back pain. I was brought in the back and told to sit and wait. (Sitting obviously being one of the most painful tasks at the time) The chairs are definitely far from comfortable. Moved about 3-4 times and then given xrays as they assumed I had a herniated disk. After the xrays I was told to go back into the ER waiting room and sit again. After waiting 20 minutes a woman approached me and asked for my insurance. Then explained my visit would be $100. After payment I was pulled into the back and spoke with a doctor who explained their hypothesis is that I pulled a muscle in my back. I began to explain that I respectfully disagreed, explaining my symptoms were more from my abdominal area than my back. After a few minutes of talking he cracked down and explained that the hospital actually doesn’t have the options available to properly diagnose my symptoms. Adding that I must go through a primary care physician for treatment. I was frustrated that I actually had to push for the truth to come out. I was called a few days later by the hospital to schedule an appointment with a doctor covered by my insurance within the area. They called the office with no avail and told me they would contact me back once the doctor contacted them. A week later, I receive a call from the hospital, asking if I would like to go through the process again. Confused, I agreed, as I’m going on 3 weeks without proper treatment. They called the exact same doctors office and spoke with a gentlemen only to find out the doctor recommended by the hospital is no longer covered by my insurance. I asked what my next option was or if they recommended another doctor and they said the rest is up to me. In retrospect, I paid $100 for an X-ray of my back, and wasted over a weeks time seeking medical attention. THANKS MOUNTAIN VIEW FOR THE HYPOTHESIS AND WASTE OF TIME

I was treated here on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning for food poisoning, most of the staff was carrying and concerned from the time I entered the door. However I will say that the ultrasound tech could use some classes on professional bedside manner, etc... A person who is in pain and recieving a treatment which puts pressure on the part of the body that is already has pain is not actually going to welcome sarcastic joke's and sarcastic conversation nor find it funny which his arrogance did not allow him to realize that he was the only one laughing and that my tone had changed with great displeasure for the conversation.

I would like to give a positive review for a certain doctor in the ED. Her name is Leah Henry. I've been to the ED on multiple occasions for abcesses, so much she started to recognize me. Now even though she wasn't the one who treated me every time I came, she did come by to check on me after triage to see how I was doing. And I just want to thank her for her time and compassion. THANK YOU LEAH HENRY!
