Arrived in their ER at 6:45am it's 11:15pm still in the ER and for the last 6 hours she was moved into the hallway. Finally they got her a room around midnight. The staff on the floor has been professional and accommodating. The actual room is nice as hospital rooms go. The big issue here is the hospital is already to small for the area it serves. That will not be a quick fix.

I was disappointed that no one looked at my eye. I kept complaining about a headache worse than a migraine & no one bothered to notice my right eye which I was holding onto the right side of my forehead was completely dilated. When I went to my eye doctor the next day he said the pressure in my eye was 42. I had to have emergency laser surgery. I had an acute glaucoma attach. I don't have glaucoma but I did have an attach.

Most of the staff is rude and seems to not realize that they work in a field where their job requires them to actually want to help people get better. True turn them and burn them attitude in the ER with no regard for actually putting patients on the path to a full recovery. Overall attitude from staff is the patients and people there to support there are a nuisance so they transfer patients to other hospitals under the false pretense that they are being moved to see a specialist despite not actually ensuring a bed is ready and knowing that specialist won’t be available for days later. Ryuki S has horrible bedside manner. Do not go to this hospital in an emergency if you’re hoping to get the care you need and deserve.

First I would like to thank all the nurses on staff that were in someway involved with my care. They treated me very well and were all so professional. I felt very safe and at ease, they were very knowledgable and answered all my questions and made my stay very comfortable. Hate saying this but if I need to ever go back to a hospital ,this is my place. I really love these people ,they really do care about th here jobs and the patients. While visiting an ER is never a perfectly enjoyable experience, my visit to the Henderson Hospital ER at Green Valley Ranch was as close as I could get. I was able to make an appointment so I didn't have to wait. I was brought back to the exam room within 3 minutes of arriving, and Ashley was a pro at getting me settled and cared for. Dr. P was able to look at at my injury immediately and determined that I, in fact, did not need stitches (rather than inflate my bill and needed care). The admitting staff was quick and efficient and I was discharged after a quick exam and tetanus shot after 30 minutes. Overall, the best ER experience I have ever had. I will go here any time I need emergency care and will recommend to everyone in my area!

Being in the hospital is usually not described as a pleasant experience but staying in Henderson Hospital was a very pleasant experience for me. From the admissions person who helped me to the RNs and CNAs and the housekeepers and dietary professionals, I was given the very best care. The facility is very nice of the staff has no direction. I was there two months ago and my meds have not been changed yet the doctor took two days to review my meds and never did approve them. I never did get all the meds I needed.in there for hours without my meds.Whenever you ask a question they point the finger at someone else and never return.

My sister delivered her baby at this Hospital and they knew the baby was in distress and also knew my sister water broke plus she had Vaginal bleeding and They still left the baby in her before delivering for 3hours.. Talking to other Doctors They should have did an emergency C-section which only takes 15mins to prepare for.. Now my niece is fighting for her life @ children Sunrise Hospital Where they are doing an amazing job to get my niece the medical attention she needs. Also my niece was a healthy baby brought to full term there's no reason why she should be fighting for her life like this...Henderson Hospital fail my family due to there bad decision..

I went to the ER and there was virtually no wait . Once I got back to the exam room and I will have to be honest here while the nurse was very nice I did not feel that she was very competent. I stayed in that exam room for 4 hours. Waiting for 30-45 minutes for call to be answered. A lab was never labeled and had to redone. For the positive part I was moved to a different exam room within the ER and the nurse was excellent. Very professional, kind, great bedside manner and she really knew what she was doing. I was taken for a nuclear stress test and the tech was amazing, explained everything and was very kind and caring. Overall I had a positive experience there and would go back. Though hopefully do not need to ever again.

Went in to ER swollen with fluid. My throat and tongue so swollen it was hard to breathe. They told me I had too much steroid built up in my body, yet gave me more steroids in an IV . Then sent me home. They were completely wrong! I was having angioedema, a life-threatening allergic reaction to my blood pressure medication. I repeatedly told the APN / MA (I never saw an actual doctor), that I have been on steroids for 4 years because I have lupus. This was NOT swelling from steroids. This was fluid and came on suddenly. It did not make sense that it was caused by the steroids I had been slowly tapering off of. Having that much fluid in my body for the extended time because of this hospital's misdiagnosis also caused kidney problems. I went to the ER because my high school anatomy class taught us that fluid retention usually means there is a problem with an organ... heart or kidneys. Very sad that the ER staff knows less than a high school anatomy book and their lack of knowledge could have killed me.

My names komashia I just gave birth to my second baby girl here and I was scared at first because of the bad reviews but you truly have to have ur own experience everything was wonderful from my care to the friendliness of my nurses who gave genuine care and didn't make me feel like I was a burden to the Dr who delivered thank you Dr. Leaphart and s\o nurse Alley who took great care of me I'd give this hospital 10 stars if I could I appreciate everything they did for me

I went in for a vaginal bleeding was attended right away. The staff and the doctors wore amazing right attended to ensure all testing exams were dine right and results came back with less an hr. Thank you made me feel better and worried free :)

I was there this past Monday for a heart catheterization. I couldn't have asked for a better or cleaner hospital with an absolutely great staff. Yes, I was there for an abnormally long time but emergencies came up and I was put on hold for over 4 hours. The nurses in pre-op were fantastic (Brianne and Holly!) and I couldn't have asked for better care (and they had a sense of humor which I consider to be important!). The catheter team (including the doctor) was highly professional and it seemed as though I was in and out in moments (I'm sure it was far longer than that!) The hardest part of the whole procedure was lying on my back for 4 hours but Jonathan (my aftercare nurse) made it go as smoothly as he could. He was a gem! The entire staff was as personable as they come! Simply an extremely clean hospital with an excellent staff.

Had to bring my Mom to ER as she was experiencing excruciating back pain. Our nurse Valerie in ER was amazing so patient and nurturing with my elderly mother and very attentive to my mother's needs.. I cannot speak as highly about the DR that was on call Dr. Henderson - he didn't seem interested in treating my mother's pain and told me I would get complete diagnosis in report. I was referred to an orthopedic and I cannot get an appointment for over two weeks. My mother cannot walk, get in or out of bed and this is supposed to go on for over two weeks. I was particularly upset to find out when making an appointment with orthopedic that there was a Dr. Tariq who specializes in spine issues on call yesterday in Henderson Hospital and he was never sent to meet with us or treat my mother and yet they wanted me to schedule an appointment with his private practice. I did not. The ER is very organized and seemed efficient - the drs managing the cases; not so much. Radiology rep Brian was very good and attentive with my elderly mother.

This ER Henderson Hospital extended facility is amazing. The interaction with the receptionist, security guard, Doctor Wantanabe and nursing staff was a dream come true. There was no waiting time, the facility was spotless and, again, Dr. Wantanabel and his staff were impeccable. The care, the information given to me and the empathy was so appreciated. I will never go to any other ER or hospital. Henderson Hospital and their new ER extension are unbelievable. I have been to both facilities.

I went to a different hospital ER TWO Times (to remain nameless at this point) with the IDENTICAL Problem. I had chest pains related to dry vomiting which was caused by extreme abdominal pain. Hospital #1 ONLY examined the chest pain, gave me pain meds and released me....TWICE! Henderson Hospital gave me CT Scan on my abdomen, noticed a big problem, scheduled me with a Gastro Dr who found that I have Colon Cancer. This diagnosis could have been done 7 months prior by the original hospital and wasn't. Henderson Hospital SAVED My Life. The Doctors, Nurses and ALL Staff is just Amazing. They listen to you as a patient, have compassion and understanding for your needs and follow through on the Medical Service you need. Thank You to Everyone at Henderson Hospital.

Hospital is a failure. They generate bills before treatment and they have no qualified staff to read the dozens of expensive test that these same unqualified individuals administrator. Doctors are private contractors, so the Hospital is just a cash cow because the Hospital and the Doctor, whom you never see, bills you as well. I wouldn't come here if I had 4 limbs removed.

Nurses helped a lot but I was having major chest pain and it took forever for them to attend me! And worst part of all I was put in a chair In the hallway were everyone was seeing me get treated in the hallway , my diagnosis was said in front of other patients who were also in the hallway next to me . I was sitting in a chair that didn’t even recline and my husband was put in a chair next to me as well . We were both uncomfortable !!!

I checked into the E/R At Green Valley Ranch at 2581 St Rose Parkway (intersection of Coronado Center DR) with severe abdominal pain on 8/9/19. The attention I received was better than any E/R I had ever been in before. The staff is wonderful - caring, friendly, professional & thorough. I waited less than 2 minutes to be seen. They saw the pain I was in, and immediately began examining me to find the cause & address my pain. Within a short time they were able to get bloodwork and targeted testing done. My pain was abated as quickly as they could, and I received constant attention. The Charge Nurse, Sara, and RN Brandon were terrific. Dr Hernandez was thorough & spent time with me, explaining every detail of my condition, and how to follow-up with a treatment plan. The staff is extraordinary, and I can't imagine better care anywhere.

I am disappointed at this facility. I was seen for exactly 10 min and visited with the doctor and no diagnostics were done not even blood work. The protocol of care was not followed correctly! The insurance lady came at the end and said your visit will be $500 with a co insurance of 20%. I asked her if they are out of net work she said she’s not sure. The information should have been provided initially and if they are out of network that should be discussed Initially as well, I would have made a decision if they would have told me up front that my co insurance would be 20% to leave. To charge $500 for a 10 min visit With a provider that just talked and no other protocol was taken is incorrect. I am going to dispute the fees!

My wife ended up with a kidney infection, was sent home with antibiotics and pain meds. The infection came back because there was a stone they missed the first time examining the CT, so they admitted her to the hospital. The staff was slow and unhelpful with anything, IV bag changes took way too long, they were slow to bring meds, and almost every question was answered with "I'm not sure." For such a state of the art hospital the staff seems rather poorly fit for duty as none of them could seem to read the chart for medications and past medical history. In fact for having a record of everything since check-in right in front of them, I'd say they're downright inept. Overall for a place made for "care" there seems to be very little goong around.

My daughter was born here yesterday. The entire staff is amazing. Very attentive to the mother, the baby, and me, her father. Very personable, attentive to detail, quick to respond to our requests. The facility is extremely clean and the cafeteria is wonderful. I could not ask for a better place for my daughter to be born. I will recommend to everyone I know in the area to come to Henderson Hospital and I will be grateful for life for bringing my daughter into this world in a peaceful, friendly, clean, and respectful environment. OUTSTANDING!!!! I'm a cowboy and have been in more hospitals than rodeos lol and this place is the hilton of hospitals!!!! Service amazing! Staff out of this world!!! Doctors wow they listen and have superior compassion for the patient!!! They kept me feeling safe and comfortable at all times! I wish they were in colorado I would always use them!!! The only bad is they transported me to sunrise hospital in the ghetto whom is still trying to get me my antibiotics days after my release!!! while I wait in laughlin ready to accept my death/stroke when the infection hits my brain. I have no idea what they didnt keep me admitted and finish my treatment!! Y'all wrote me a script when I returned to you but nowhere in nevada excepts my colorado based insurance!

Literally walked in the doors of HHN ER at Green Valley Ranch and was greeted, asked my symptoms and taken back into a room. I was in pain for 3 days with gallstones and was taken care of with wonderful care. The staff was great, the nurses were great, the techs were great and the dr was great you usually dont have them all being great at a regular hospital! I highly recommend!

Everything was fine until discharge. They were trying to discharge me without a proper diagnosis and no results from all testing that was completed. Also no doctor was going to speak with me to go over their findings, give me a diagnosis, explain future treatment and what I can expect going forward and any follow up. There was definitely no communication amongst the staff regarding my discharge. How can you discharge a patient without having these questions and concerns answered?? Very disappointed.

So for about three weeks my mother has been experiencing extreme stomach pain so bad that she hasn't been eating, losing weight and having diarrhea. She would sit and cry all day. So on week two I finally was able to convince her to go to the hospital, we get there and entry was so polite. When we get back into a room the nurse comes in and is very abrasive to my mother, he went to put her iv in and didn't even get it in a vein which caused her arm to swell and bruise profusely. She was holding her breath because was in so much pain and the nurse goes "well breath or you're gonna pass out and that'll just make this process longer for both of us" she apologized and the nurse replied "you know who else forgot to breath? Amy Whinehouse, Janis Joplin and river Phoenix " apparently he thought she was drug seeking in order to speak to her like that. Next, they drew her blood for testing, set the vials down on the medical table next to her and NEVER did the labs. They were also supposed to take her for an xray of her stomach but confused her charts with another patients and did her hip, they never fixed this mistake. The P.A came in and told her she had the stomach flu and sent her home. Two days later, she was doing worse, a lot worse. She went back to Henderson and they told her the same damn thing. "Stomach flu" and sent her home. The SAME night, I took her to st.rose off lake mead. She was in such pain her blood pressure was in stroke levels. 197/109. The doctor we got there was SO fantastic, he took her back for imaging, ran labs, gave her morphine for the pain while she was there, and an ultrasound. All things that should have been done at Henderson hospital but since she doesn't have insurance they didn't give a fukk. Turns out, my dear sweet mother has an ULCER, Gallstones and H.Pylori. All three of these things are pretty serious and if she trusted Henderson hospital could of been deadly with the lack of care they had towards her. This hospital should be ashamed of the way they conduct business and treat patients, if I hadn't made my mother seek different medical advice this could've developed into something like cancer and you lazy people just told her it was the flu and called her a baby. This is a hospital I'm ashamed to have in the valley, I mean why was Henderson hospital opened if they aren't going to conduct a level of care that the doctors themselves would refuse if they were in our situations?

Went to the ER with post surgery swelling, concerns with possible blood clot. First impressions, homeless woman living by the ER entrance. Once taken to the ER the gurney was covered in a fitted sheet looked like moths had eaten it. The in room trash can was moved to make room for the lab tech .....there was medical waste not cleaned .....a bit unnerving for an exam room. The nursing staff all very nice. I was given an ultra sound no clot detected, then other tests were ordered......very costly tests, CT Scan with contrast, cardiac stress test, I was told I was going to be admitted and would be able to discuss treatment with a cardiologist????? I have no cardiac issues, why would I need to be admitted? I decided this was a mistake coming to this hospital, I know it’s new, but to just arbitrarily want to admit me without consulting my surgeon. I left the ER NEVER to return to this hospital. When I left the homeless woman who was sleeping at the entrance was getting dressed right there at the ER entrance.

As a patient I have not experienced a nicer or more pleasant group of employees at a facility. The CNA's were very respectful of patient with addressing me as Sir along with prompt service. No individual entered the room without a knock on the door to announce their presence. The Staff were punctual if the call light was initiated, or the staff would be responding over the intercom system within a minute if someone wasn't readily available. The Physician and interns were were very thorough. The nursing staff at the facility were very attentive and presented to be legitimately concerned about their patients. I am new to the Las Vegas area, and I am glad that if I had to experience the hospitalization it was with this facility and the wonderful staff.

I went in with a possible broken foot, found out that not only foot was broken but ankle too. The entire experience was just delightful (except for the broken bones part). The staff, the service, and the wait time went above and beyond my expectations. Just a delightful group of people. There was one nurse who was short and rude; however, she might have just been having a bad evening because she was definitely the exception and not the rule. Thank you so much to the staff at Henderson Hospital for everything. I highly recommend this emergency room.

Very clean and nice environment. Staff was friendly and efficient. Had to ask for pain reliever even though they asked my daughter for her pain level and she told them it was an 8 out of 10. My daughter had a low grade fever but was freezing and was never offered a blanket until she went to X-ray. We also had to ask for water. The nurse that took blood said she was going to start an IV “just in case” it was needed and when she couldn’t start one (probably because my daughter was dehydrated) she just gave up and said it was not necessary. My daughter did get a steroid shot and her first dose of the antibiotics before we were discharged which was great. We were given a prescription for an antibiotic and told to follow up with our primary care doctor after she finished the antibiotics when they explained our discharge instructions to us, however when I read the discharge instructions later at home they indicated that we should follow up in 2 days with a primary care doctor. Also, labs were drawn and we were told that we would not be called if the labs came back positive unless the medication we were given was not going to treat the infection. My daughter ended up having mono and we were never called and told the lab results. If I wouldn’t have gone on to the portal we would have never known she had mono. They told us they were checking for mono but then we never were given instructions on how to care for mono at home except for take antibiotics for tonsillitis (that was the discharge diagnosis) as instructed which will only treat the symptoms of mono. Also, we provided our primary care doctors name to the nurse but the visit medical record did not get shared with our primary care doctor and the discharge instructions did not list a primary care doctor of record and stated we should follow up with another primary care provider which name they provided. We never received a follow up phone call to check on my daughters progress and to review the positive lab result. These things seem like very basic medical practices that should be done even for an ER. Isn’t that what a community/neighborhood ER should do? What happened to continuity of care and communication with the patient to make sure they know their test results and how to care for themselves with the final diagnosis? As a side note, I signed in to the portal and confirmed my account online and I still received about 5 emails requesting that I sign in to confirm my account.

I would advise to provide a phone number for patients to call in further with full names and more information. I would advise against asking people their full name via this system. I arrived at the ER at Green Valley Ranch on St. Rose at about 4:30am with moderate to severe lower abdominal pain. The facility itself is brand new (~7mo), clean, and comfortable. The staff was both professional and personable. They attended to my health concerns quickly and kept me advised of the process as we progressed through each step. I was administered a CT Scan (I believe they have other imaging tech on site), and they were able to diagnose and treat my ailment. I'm quite happy with the care I received, and despite never wanting to end up there again (only because who wants to go to the ER), I wouldn't hesitate if I experience other healthcare issues that require an ER. A special thank you to Sara who made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. We even shared a few laughs despite my ailment. I give this specific experience 5 stars.

I went in for a colonoscopy, for the last 30+ years finding a vein in me has proven VERY hard for the best of them, even for routine blood test! And they have ALL told me they are the best! The least amount of times I’ve been stuck has been twice in each arm!! Well, I told them good luck and the issues, what has usually worked, the guy said “let me get my machine”, they have a machine that finds your veins!!! Here’s the cool parts . . . not only did he get a vein in the first try BUT it was in my forearm!!! ONLY one stick!! Any one that has an issue with them finding a vein knows what a big deal that is!!

I Feel bad for the good CNA's because there always short handed and only a few of them actually work hard the rest are either pretending to work or hiding in the stairwell exits! Not sure what the supervisors are doing about the lazy ones. Otherwise great hospital

As a patient, it's our job to be nice to the medical staff that not only has more education than us, but also whos main focus is to save your life. My Defibrillator went off 47 times. Yes, 47 times. These wonderful people got me stabalized and into a surgical center as soon as humanly poasible to help correct my issues. Thank you for saving my life and keeping me going. This hospital is mediocre at best. The ER is extremely slow and so not explain everything to you. The sign in system is lacking and the line is right by a. Automatic door so if anyone is in front of you in line it will continually open. Staff does not care if people cut you in line either

All I want to rate are the people who took care of me while I was in the worst pain of my life. My day/night nurses, all the nurses are great! My day nurse Rebecca was/is amazing!!!! She was better than a husband by my side. She made me feel better and helped with contractions, she was there the whole 5 hours of the worst pain, I cried and cried and she was so patient with me. Being induced is the worst!! I will never forget how wonderful Rebecca was. I’m very happy I chose to deliver my daughter in this hospital.

Last night had to go to ER my daughter-1 year old fell from her high chair, i didn't strap her in. RN-Joe at the front desk was the nicest most caring nurse ever. He was also the person running the show down there last night. He had a lot on his plate and never failed to be compassionate. Shout to RN Joe.

Sadly, I have the experience of visiting ALL the ER's here in our valley over the many years. But I will honestly say that Henderson hospital was without a doubt one of the cleanest, nicest, best staffed hospitals, I haven't had to go to a hospital ER for a migraine since I had started my migraine treatments, but this one was just unbelievable I got there within seconds of being dropped off I was in the back seeing a nurse and a physician's assistant they treated me with respect dignity and kindness they gave me something for my migraine and I felt wonderful within an half-hour, and I would say about an hour and - I was out the door and the staff was very wonderful like I said the place was immaculate & friendly..... If i ever do need to go back to the hospital - I'm pretty sure sadly, knowing me, eventually I will, lol, I hope that it is Henderson hospital and that is all I got to say!!! Peace out♾

I have been in the medical field for 25 plus years and worked as RN in ER and have never experienced such poor quality of care. The doctors come out to waiting room area to talk to patients to complete verbal/history assessment. HIPAA violation? I do not want other patients/family members/visitors knowing the reason for my visit to ER. The doctor ordered tests without physically assessing my complaint. At no point in time while in waiting room or when I was taken back into the ER treatment area did the doctor or nurse complete a physical assessment. How is this possible? After waiting for 4 hours In pain and vomiting in waiting area I was placed in ER treatment area in a hard plastic recliner. The hallway corridors on both sides were lined with these plastic recliner chairs and full with patients getting various treatments, IV’s, wound care, cardiac monitoring etc. I waited for 2 hours for lab results, never saw the doctor again until he told me lab results and instructed to f/u with specialist. I will never return to this hospital for care. If needed on Emergency basis I will seek treatment elsewhere.

I would have given this a full 5 star rating, but when I had nowhere for my 10 year old to go they tried to tell me that she needed to leave for the night. I wasn't about to let my child go into a car with someone she doesn't know to be "hopefully" dropped off at 10:30pm at home "alone" until I got home the next day. No one tells you that you cannot have children sleep through the night there. Also I understand if she was making ruckus and causing a scene running the halls and uncontrollable, but she was in my room quite ready for bed and practically falling asleep. You want to tell me right now she cannot stay over night?? I spoke to three different people over this issue and finally after a couple hours had some kind of answer (of which had it been that big of a deal they would have had an answer far sooner than they did). I explained to them that if she really had to go than they would have to discharge me so I can go home with her. They said they would have to call my doctor and see what he suggested and within five minutes they told me that it would be fine for her to stay.

I walked in with a headache, dizziness and fatigue. Almost passing out while at work. Because I was a younger woman and not in what they felt emergent condition I was told that the er treats big bad problems only. After telling the PA that I had these symptoms he asked if I had mono or a uti? Whit my husband next to me and me saying I had these issue off and on for years with no answers. I was wrote off by him and another dr that offered me motion sickness medicine and they sent me home after 4 hours. Needless to say I left there feeling treated like a crazy pill chaser that had nothing wrong with me.

Then they decided to send me to collections even though I was making monthly payments. I’m pretty sure my kids in grade school could run a better accounting/billing department then these clowns.

The intake staff was pleasant but the nurses and doctors aren't professional and don't even do a full examination. I went in with pain under my jaw bone that went to my neck. I can feel lumps and am very tender and swollen. The pain woke me from a dead sleep. The nurse practitioner barely touched the side of my face and said she didn't think it was anything at all. I explained that she didn't even examine where my pain is at. They put me back in the rapid room and I sat there for 4 hours or so. The doctor came in and said the CT was clear so they'll just start me on antibiotics and call it a day. I protested saying there is acute pain and lumps and no signs of infection. He has chalked it up to what he is calling a possible skin infection even though I have no other signs. The doctor never did any exam let alone listen to my concerns. Still in tons of pain and no relief... Driving further to a better hospital would have been worth it.

My experience here was honestly by far azing cant believe some of these reviews maybe its because I was in a totally different department but I came here to have my daughter and the nurses were beyond amazing, persistent and attentive treated me like a queen and to them I'm just a random patient but they didnt make it seem that way I enjoyed my stay in labor in delivery where the nurse norma was amazing super honest and very caring and attentive treated me like a friend where I felt more welcomed even tho I was in pain she made alot of stay better and worth it then when I was transferred to post partum nurse Margeret was extremely nice and attentive also very knowledgeable about my baby just over all sweet even when she was busy she made an effort to always stop by and check on me these nurses made my stay wonderful and better then I thought it could have been thanks to these nurses my stay was awesome

This is the 3rd time, my disabled son has been in this hospital dealing with pneumonia. We have been treated like royalty. From the housekeeping staff right on up to head boss man. I keep coming back to this hospital when he gets sick because I feel the doctors and nurse's care, they answer questions with simple explanation that non medical people understand. They tell me everything they are doing, every medicine they administer. Top notch nurses, doctors, respiratory specialist. Great hospital.

Nurses and doctors were very nice just not enough Room beds all the way down the aisles. I was admitted I never left the ER hallway in the emergency Room. They don't have enough rooms and maybe even enough nurses to take care of the patients. It's sad that they've already outgrown this hospital and need to make it larger and maybe get more staff. I got 3 hrs sleep, between the bright lights and the nurses phone right next to my head.

This was an absolutely shameful experience; after my checking in, I waited over 1-hours just to be triaged; after that I waited another 1&1/2-hours before being called for x-rays. I asked how long before I would see a doctor after I did X-rays & I was told there was going to be at least an hour. I was also told I’d need blood test; so at this point I realized I’d have been at hospital at least 5-hours if I waited, so therefore I choose to advise personnel I would leave. The waiting area was so packed there was nowhere to sit. Staff advised me they were extremely busy. Absolutely, one horrible experience!! Never again at this hospital!!

My visit to Henderson Hospital emergency room department was for kidney stones. While in the ER I was diagnosed with having three kidney stones in the size of 5 mm and 6 mm. I was also diagnosed with a urinary track infection. I have a history of kidney stones and having to have emergency surgery to have them removed. I was a little disappointed with the visit due to the fact that it is six days later and I am still in excruciating pain and I feel with the size of my kidney stones I should’ve been admitted. The physician assistant that treated me stated if I had a urinary track infection I would be admitted however when he spoke to the attending urologist the urologist felt it was not necessary. I feel I was overlooked as I am still in this pain and do not know what to do.

These people are THIEVES!!! STAY AWAY! SUPER INFLATED BILLS!!!!! I went to the ER and I was there for 2 hours sitting on a chair in the hallway while they took blood from me to perform 1 or 2 blood tests and an ultrasound. Nothing else. I was released right away because It wasn't an emergency. Right of the bat they charged be $1,700 just to use the hospital (this does not include doctor, blood work or ultra sound, NOTHING!). They offered 60% off if I paid right away which I did. Then they said another bill will be mailed to me with the rest of the stuff but not to worry because it shouldn't be too much. I received my bill today and it is something RIDICULOUS. It is almost $,8000 and the prices are outrageous. For example a CMP Panel which ranges from $10-$89, they charged me $1,285! The ultrasound which ranges from $300-$600 they charged me $2,968!!!!!! Then a "3M level 4 ED w/procedures"... $2,944! ARE YOU SERIOUS!??? CBC Auto w/auto diff blood work, that ranges from $10-$49 they charged me $512!!!!! Lipase 301 which ranges from $10-$52 they charged me $479!!! Then they put in my bill ohhh "uninsured discount" $-4,946! Jeeezzz thanks!!! But guess what! MY BILL IS STILL $2,613.44 (plus the $684 I paid the day I regret going to that ripp off hospital!!!!) Not to mention they told me I should be receiving 3 more separate bills (Doctor, Lab and Radiography). So, that means for example, for a $1,500 bloodwork, that's not even including the "results" because the lab charges something too, so what does $1,500 pay for??????? you taking blood out of my arm?????????? This is INSANE!!!!!! This should be illegal!

The doctor was awesome! (as opposed to the rude jerks at St. Rose!). The nurses kept us informed of everything that was going on, timelines etc. This is what medicine should be like.

Father went to this hospital's ER.. I find out the next day, he's still sitting in an ER bed in the HALLWAY. When we arrived to visit him.. place was overflowing with patients, many which were soundly sleeping like they should have gone to an Urgent Care instead. The ONLY time a place like this should be over flowing, if there is a state or national crisis, which there isn't one. After he was tansfered to an actual room, the experience for him was much better. The staff were very professional and compassionate. Thank You taking care of him. :)

There was no wait time, but being charged $1,700 to do blood work and having a saline IV Drip was a bit outrageous! I could have gone to Labcorp and did the blood work for 50 bucks.

My baby was delivered and cared for in the NICU at Henderson Hospital. The hospital staff and nurses showed empathy and took amazing care of my newborn baby and myself. Not only did they take great care of us, but they also taught me how to care for baby, as I am a first time mom. For such a scary time of my life, my experience was fantastic. It is actually Henderson Hospital Green Valley ER on St.Rose and Coronado. Hendo hospital is the bomb and so is this ER! I have a plethora of medical issues when I tell you my blood work/XRay results come back in less than an hour I will not go to the hospital unless it is absolutely necessary bc you have to wait a lil longer, I accept that. Let me put Dr. Pellman out there too she and all the staff are ALWAYS ALWAYS on point! I go where I like customer service and great treatment. Ty Henderson Hospital and subsidiaries!

If I could give this Hospital ER a -0- I would have. I went the ER on Monday 6/17/2019 for severe chest pains, upon arrival I went to the desk and was told to go sit in a wheel chair and when the EKG machine was available they would take me back. I was finally moved back approximately 20 minutes later, I was approached by a nurse that asked what I needed I told her I was there for an EKG she replied "Great another one, I can't get a Break", I told her that I wasn't there by choice. After my EKG I was told to go sit in the waiting area and when they had room they would call me, I had to walk out to the waiting room. I sat in the waiting area for over 1 hour before I was called back, when I was finally called I had to walk to the back. Once I was put into what they call ER Rooms, I waited for radiology to come get me for chest Xrays, I had to walk again to Radiology and back remember I was there for severe chest pains. I was given an IV to draw blood, they ran all kinds of blood test. The doctor came and said that I would be hooked up to a blood pressure machine and heart monitor, over an hour went by and my husband went to find out what was going on and why I wasn't hooked up to the blood pressure monitor and heart monitor. The nurse finally came in and hooked me up, and said that they needed to run another Heart Enzyme blood test and it would be another 2 hours before they could do that. I sat there and 2 1/2 hours later I got the attention of another nurse that said that she would find out what was going on, by then I was livid. I removed all the monitor stickers and the blood pressure cuff, they came and took my blood and I told them that I wanted the IV out and I was leaving. I asked for discharge papers and was told that I wasn't being discharged and I was leaving against medical advise. This was the worse ER experience ever, they are unorganized and uncaring, I will never go back. Today I followed up with my doctor and found out that out of all the blood test ordered they never did the blood test for blood clots which is used for Pulmonary Embolisms, I had the test done today. SHAME ON HENDERSON HOSPITAL ER!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought whe you go to any hospitals the bathroom would be cleaned and sanitized. Well if you go to the Henderson Hospital be sure to inspect the bathroom first before using it. My boyfriend was admitted on a Monday, got into a room on Tuesday, when I went to visit him, i was going to use his bathroom and the toilet had throw up all over the toilet seat and the side of the toilet. I asked the nurse nicely to have someone come and clean it and no one came. I came to visit him again on Wednesday and still no one came to clean it and so i asked nicely again for someone to come by and clean it. Today is Thursday and i am here again to visit my boyfriend and still the toilet is not cleaned. What do I need to do to get the damn toilet cleaned!!!!

In a hurry to discharge paitents.Dr patel,Jensen,and Carter are great.Some nurses are hit or miss. Abby is discharge is rude dont know her paitents needs after tell her my grandmother can not get up and stand she still sent her home in a wheel chair instead of gurny.long story short be prepared for 2 trips if you dont get meds on list on paper before leaving,stay on top of your loved ones care.And dont let discharge hurry and get you out before you have all you need in your hands. UPDATE: Mandy Er dr is great aswell... we are back here because problem was not handled last time. I did your contact me thing a few days ago have not heard anything Thanks alot please contact me

Horrible experience... I have never seen such a disorganized ER. My husband was transferred via ambulance to the ER from the stand alone ER on Pecos and the 215. When he was placed into a room he was forgotten about. I asked the nurse what the ETA was on getting him a room and her response was how long has he been here i responded with 5 hours she laughed and said i have had patients waiting for a room for over 24 hours so when they get a room he will get a room!! I had to go to the administrative offices for my husband to get a room. No one should have to wait over 24 hours to get a room if they are getting admitted.

I didn't know I'd had a heart attack when I went to the ER. I thought it was something else. The staff quickly got to the problem, admitted me, and I was in the operating room as soon as I was stabilized enough for it. The cardiologist and OR staff did an amazing job at fixing me up quickly. They saved my life when I wasn't even aware my life was in danger. I'm so grateful for the outcome and education given to me upon my release. Nursing and other staff were also amazing during my stay. Can't say enough positive things about my experience.

I use to go to St. Rose but I will be coming here from now on . Excellent Dr’s and staff . Very thorough and try to get you in as quickly as they can . I picked a time when they weren’t very crowded so I probably got lucky but this place is very professional. They have a very clean facility . A+

Very prompt service by the nurses and front desk. Would give more stars but I got the impression I was annoying the doctor on staff. She didn’t ask enough questions about my symptoms. Gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. Ended up going to urgent care two days later and they were more thorough.

I had outpatient surgery and my experience with that facility and staff was quite good. The registration process was comparatively easy. The day of surgery I was admitted first, and the nurses were moving fast and proficiently. The anesthesiolgist was friendly and caring. When I was moved to the surgery area, everyone was ready to go and well organized. After surgery my outpatient experience was excellent. All areas visible to me were neat and clean throughout the facility.
